RDZ continues the speech "I've already finished with introducing myself and my team so now let's get into the technicals of how I'll love you to play. Busquets and Locatelli are going to be the focal point of focus in the team and in our tactics, as they'll dictate the flow of our tempo from high to low and from low to high, depending on how the match demands the team plays, the goalkeepers are expected to be always active in the box and be the first attackers and last defenders of the team, the defenders are to maintain a high line always with fullback that'll alternate between offense and defence with more emphasis to using their heads and judge when to move up and fall back. Midfielders that are as fluid and effective in progressing the balls from Busquets and or Locatelli depending on the match, the 8 and 10 are highly vital to our style because they're to position themselves strategically diagonal to the Dms in the team, for wingers, we expect you to know when to accomodate the fullbacks in attack by them falling into the middle but the striker should always be open for long balls and disturb the opponent's defenders, throughout the game.

This are our first needs for every position and what we'll train you based on and what we expect you to put behind your head and maintain open mindset to accept and accommodate new and changes in the game. We're going to separate you guys into 3 teams for a training game, we'll lineup the two teams differently but we expect you to adopt the tactics we've worked on in training , the first Team are : Tenas, Alba, Dest, Araujo, Christensen, Locatelli, Dejong, Gavi, Goncalves, Ansu and Alvarez while the next team consist of stegen, Grimaldo, Roberto, Pique, Gvardiol, Busquets, Pedri, Pjanic, Mitoma, Dembele and Gimenez. Messi and Moriba are neutral players, they can't score for either side but they can assist the side to score.

Alex and the board were in the stands watching the proceedings as they expect the team to show class, play with flair and vigor that's always attached to Barcelona around the world. The training game ended with Team A defeating Team B by 4-3, with Locatelli, Alvarez and Ansu scoring the 4goals, with Alvarez scoring 2 while team B goalscorers are Gimenez scoring a Hatrick for team b with Mitoma and Pedri contributing the 3 assists. Alex and the board members were impressed by the team and the players performance in the training game and they expect the team to play similar against racing Santander in the next game.

The contract offer for Messi was reviewed by Messi to 2years not 3years with the salary being reduced by 40% to 360,000 a week and his signing on bonus being as much as €40m, to be paid in 5 installments, over the period of 3 years, Busquets contract returned with his signature as he has no problem signing the deal, due to his love for the club and team. Alex has conveyed to the board the proposal of Nike, which was a very important issue which need the board members input before Alex could make a decision, which they'll meet tomorrow morning before the first preseason game and decide on the next course of action regarding the Nike offer.

Marotta is currently reviewing names listed by the clubs scout for New signings for Barca B and players the club believes could impact the game in the nearest future. With the clubs financial health being Splendid, conversations within the board in regards to the club going for Kylian Mbappe in the next summer and the club going for Florian Writz or Jamal Musiala as top targets, Marotta believes this players could keep Barca's status as a top team in Europe and make the statement that Barca would and is still relevant in the Global football market, other players on the list are Xavi Simmons, Trent Alexander Arnold, Alex Baena, Leroy sane, Jadon Sancho, Dani Olmo, David Alaba and Ollie Watkins all are in the list of possible signings or rather players that are currently performing in their teams with regards to Winter or Next Summer incorporation into the team.
