Meeting the new father

"Get out of the way! I can't control this truck!"

Vincent from earth shouted.

'Brakes are not working! I will kill this person!'

"Ahh, I can't move, this truck is sucking me in!"

Vincent from another world widened his eyes as he noticed he couldn't get away quickly enough.

'Why is it sucking me in as well? It's not something my father created!'

He was doing his best, yet the distance between the two Vincents was shortening.

"Why are you still here? Hey, what is happening!"

Vincent from earth shouted when he noticed that the truck he was currently in suddenly turned toward this person who didn't want to leave.

"Argh! Get away from me, what did I do to you?!"

The Vincent from another world started shouting, he gave up and just covered his head with his hands, awaiting his death.

*Crash*

As soon as the truck bumped into Vincent from another world, it stopped for a second. Both Vincents felt a great suction force on them.

"Wait! Why am I leaving my body? Let me go back!"

The Vincent from another world shouted as he swapped with the Vincent from the earth.

"Leave my body, you bastard! And why is our brain a part of our ghost form?!"

Vincent from another world was still shouting when the safety belt fastened itself, and the truck's engine started again.

"NOOOOOOO!"

Vincent from another world was shouting while being further and further away. The spiritual truck took him away to start the journey on which he will encounter countless adventures every young ghost/spirit/soul could dream of.

Vincent from earth couldn't hear anything right now. He was lying on the ground, inside of the body of his victim. He wasn't moving at all, all he did was just thinking about this whole situation.

'This experience is almost as exciting as reading a chapter of 'Mr. Shield and Jumping Girl fighting bad guys - authentic story' I can't believe that such a thing could happen in the real world. Is it even a real world?'

With this in mind, he observed as the surrounding things were slowly dissipating or changing into the ones from his memories.

"Something is wrong. I can feel that something weird is happening inside. Did he give in to the temptations? No, if it was true, the whole spell would have already disappeared. He must be going through a tough challenge. Don't worry, son, you will get through it."

The father who still didn't know a thing about his son's fate looked at his spell with concern in his eyes. He didn't expect that the challenges his son was facing could bring such a strong fluctuation of his mind space.

"It's been half an hour despite that, the fluctuation didn't disappear."

The caring father started walking around, waiting for the hour to pass already. Since it was his first time using this spell, he didn't know what problems could appear from this situation.

"What is happening?!"

He glanced at his spell all this time. There were no significant changes for this entire time, but now, a crack appeared.

Inside, the entire space was trembling, everything was slowly falling apart. Vincent finally could somehow control the body he now possessed. He looked at all the things around him and tried to find a way out.

"What is wrong with this place! I just came back from the dead and you want me to die again? I won't find another truck and another body to possess! Let me live!"

He shouted as slowly, the whole thing was covered in white lines. Before this place was like an invisible cube, now, everything had cracks on it, and some places were completely dark.

"The situation is slowly turning bad, I need to leave this place!"

Vincent said out aloud, and as god listened to his pleading, a hand appeared at the ceiling.

"Son, catch my hand. We need to get you out of here."

The middle-aged man's head appeared in the hole.

"Quickly! Grab my hand!"

Vincent quickly caught the hand and was pulled out of the spell.

'Thank god this kind man helped me. I don't know what would I do without him!'

Vincent said as he looked at his savior. His smile quickly disappeared by then.

"Son, are you alright?"

It wasn't because that it was probably his father now; it was because of who this person resembled.

'It can't be. It's just my imagination. I can't make hasty assumptions. I need to wait for some valid evidence. Just because they look alike doesn't mean they are the same person.'

As soon as Vincent noticed this man, he had a person in his head, a person he resented the most in his entire life.

"Father, could you take me home? I'm tired."

Vincent said these words with great difficulty. No matter how much he tried to not think about the worst-case scenario, it appeared in his head.

"Alright, since you are unwell, I will take you this one time, but it's the last time I'm doing something like this."

Fritz said and took his Vincent on his back.

"What happened inside? It wasn't a part of my plan."

Fritz asked in an indifferent tone.

"I don't know. I encountered a moving thing that tried to take me away."

Vincent said the story of the other Vincent. Even though he couldn't remember some memories, this body possessed most of them from the previous owner.

'Shouldn't memories be in the brain?'

Vincent didn't know that the space he was in was destroyed because he absorbed the true memories of the previous owner of this body.

"Tell me, son, do you feel any difference?"

Fritz kept asking questions on their way back.

"No."

"Sigh, that's good. We are here, let's go back inside."

He said as he brought Vincent inside of the house. As soon as Vincent saw this mansion, he had an urge to throw up. It confirmed his worries - the main villain of the story 'Mr. Shield and Jumping Girl fighting bad guys - authentic story' was his father!

Huff, second chapter today. I will die from exhaustion. If I really do, please continue writing this book for me!
