meeting him

demons.... demons were flying above them, they had long bodies which looked like pieces of cloth flying in the air, they were dark and dark smoke came out through there bodies. they had no face, only dark blank faces looking and following them, the bolts were shot through there large hands with long fingers aiming at them.

"wha... what are those?!"

"Demons!!!"

"What?!"

"Don't ask too many questions and run!!"

Maliah didn't had a choice and held the hand of the man whom she thought was a danger to her life. the two of them ran off the park as police and defence forces were arriving, they came out of their vehicles and started shooting at the demons..... nom of the bullets touched any of them as the moment they reached the smoke coming out of them, they melted. the demons on the other hands, weren't even aware of the police forces, to them, they had one target 'Maliah' why they wanted Maliah? no one knows..... maybe except the man who held her hand and ran with her..... Maliah heart pounded as she looked at the demons

"don't look at them and run!!"

Maliah looked Infront and ran with him. he knew they couldn't avoid them nor run away from them much longer as Maliah was now getting tired.

he let go of her hand and turned to face the demons. suddenly, something shimmering started appearing in his arm, a silvered bow, one of his arm reached out behind his back and out of nowhere, a silvered arrow appeared as well, and then, he aimed at one of the demons and shot the arrow. the arrow pierced the demons smoke which acted like a shield to them, then it pierced it's body and the demon vanished into dust along with the arrow. then, he reached out another arrow behind his back and shot at another demon... the other also vanished, but when he wanted to shoot another arrow, the last demon stroke a bolt at him, the man saw it and quickly rolled over to the other side. the bolt didn't touch him but due to his quick reflex, he shot the last demon with his arrow and the demon vanished as well.

the man let out a breath as he sat on the floor. then he turned to look at Maliah.... she was gone.

"fuck"

he cursed. Maliah ran to her home and she entered inside, she locked all the doors and went to her room. she lay on her bed as her heart pounded in fear when she remembered what happened

"nononono, this can't be happening, demons.... demons attack.... no... that"

"Everything is real Maliah"

Maliah was shocked upon hearing that, she quickly looked up and she saw him. them man in her room. wait.. what? how come?

"You!"

"Maliah listen.."

"how did you enter in my room?!"

"listen!"

the man was saying this while taking steps closer to maliah

Maliah took a vase which was on her small table and pointed to the man.

"stay away from me!"

"Alright, but I need you to calm down!"

"calm down? you've been following me around for weeks now like a secret FBI, dark bolts shot at me by the demons who seems they wanted to kill me God knows why and you.... I locked all the doors and windows of this house and out of nowhere I find you in my room standing Infront of me... and your telling me to calm down?!! "

"yes"

" no!! get out of my house!! "

" I can't "

" am calling the police"

" don't bother, they are busy with what's going on at the park I don't think they'll have time for this"

" Get out!! "

" Maliah, they already know where you are if I leave you alone, they'll attack you again and this time they'll kill you!"

" wait a minute,you know my name,how do you know my name and What the heck are you talking about? you know why they are after me don't you?"

" Maliah, I need you to trust and listen to me, I promise that I'll tell you everything that's going on once you listen, and am sure you want to know the truth"

Maliah looked at him as her heart pounded, she didn't know if she should believe him or call the police but after what happened today, it seems like she didn't have a choice but to trust and listen to what he has to say..... he did save her life after all, and so she slowly put down the vase and said to him
