This story is about Balance, the former God of Balance. He has been living the life of a normal human for the past 18 years. He describes his life as dogsh*t and wishes to cause some chaos in this too peaceful world. Like his wish was heard by the gods, the world fell into chaos. Having an exceptional power as a former god, he is unstoppable... Or is he? ... 'Ah it's time...' The 'man' saw a light, the light became bigger and bigger. And at last he reached the light. ''Rising Army'' Balance couldn't think of a name other than this. Because Balance was going to level up his whole army. Not only the 2 monsters, their lay 1500 A+ Rank demons and 25 S Rank High demons on the ground trapped in endless illusions.
Balance could have already killed them but he controlled Fear of Death to where they were just trapped in endless illusions.
Balance had an excited smile on his face, he remembered that after 100 monsters submitted to him, he could upgrade the Monster Holder Title to the next level. But what happens when more than a thousand monsters submitted to him?
Balance extended his hands and released a special energy.
The demons who lay on the ground inhaled the energy and started twitching uncontrollably.
The demons all transformed to horrifying monsters who were all in unique shapes and sizes.
Looking at this beautiful scene (in the eyes of Balance), Balance couldn't help but smile brightly like a child getting his long awaited toy.

Balance didn't even look at the skill description, he combined them with Rising Army.
Balance decided that he would not change the name of the skill, so the name was still Rising Army.
Now that Balance has combined another set of skills for leveling his army, he decided to upgrade them now.
He could still only use this skill one time a day, but he didn't care. With God Force combined he could make a huge difference.
Balance extended yet again his hands and released an Unique Energy, when the monsters sensed this energy they all started happily rolling on the ground or jumping.
The energy that entered the bodies of the monsters rushed to their bones and flesh. The cells that were damaged and dislocated because of the recent transformation were directly healed and placed in a better position.
The monsters started taking on a better human shape, but there were still a lot of monsters that were too big and almost unrecognizable of their previous form. They couldn't change much, but they all looked less horrifying. But they would still give many people heart attacks upon seeing.
About 80% of the monsters took on a humanoid appearance, but only the form. They still had spikes coming out of their bodies or extremely disturbing faces. And were still ink black all over.
But appearance was not the only eye catching thing what changed. About 40% of the A+ Ranked Monsters directly advanced to S Rank. And 4 S Ranked Monsters advanced to S+ Ranked Monsters.
And this was only the first time he used Rising Army, imagine the following uses.
Balance nodded with satisfaction, if he submitted 10.000 monsters he would most likely get another skill which could combine with Rising Army. He was looking forward to it.
But to do that, he needed monsters.
The message of clearing the wave already sounded in his head.
With an exciting smile, Balance looked at the next wave of demons teleporting in front of him.
