Reincarnated into Twilight & The Multiverse

I don't remember all the little details about my personal life from my first? life. All I remember is I had a family. I think we were happy. Besides that, I remember everything, almost like something bad happened and I'm blocking out all but the good memories. And I'm fine with that. Leave the bad behind.

The first thing I remember after my death is floating in perpetual darkness as a soul. I've read and wrote enough fan fiction novels to know this is my soul. 'Looking' around I see nothing but what looks like a black sea that I'm floating just above with starlight in the sky.

'If this is purgatory, it's not to bad.' I thought to myself as I got 'comfortable' to enjoy the view of the 'stars'.

Occasionally there was another soul floating by as I continued my journey. There was never anything 'spoken' between any of us, just the occasional 'bob and weave' to avoid each other. I do not know how long I floated there, just enjoying the peace and quiet. Years for sure, but how many was never a thought in my head.

An unknown amount of time later...

Before I knew what was happening, I appeared before a being of light.

"I am sorry it took me so long to get to you, child. Taking care of the Alphaverse is not something that is easy, even for me." the being said.

"I am not complaining, I was rather enjoying myself where I was. Who are you, if I may inquire?" I asked.

"I am simply known as The Creator, or C. I am sure you have some questions." C stated.

"Some, yes. You said Alphaverse?" I asked.

"Yes. As you know there are an infinite number of universes in the Multiverse. However, what you do not know is that there are an infinite number of Multiverses and they are contained within the Alphaverse. Omniverses are similar to a Multiverse, however only have a set number of universes within them, like the Dragon Ball universe that has 12 universes as ONE universe and several smaller universes that coincide with them, like the GT universes. By having an infinite number of Multiverses, every reincarnator can be reborn into their own new life. This is also why, except on rare occasions, a reincarnator is never capable of meeting another." C explained calmly.

(This is my own belief on how the 'Multiverse' ACTUALLY works. There are too many stories on the Multiverse being destroyed, and no other reincarnator noticing something is happening)

"That makes sense. So my theory was correct." I said to myself.

"Yes. You are the only mortal to realize the truth, even if only in theory. There are high gods that have never thought of this and you stumbled upon it by mistake!" C said, sounding impressed.

"Soooo...what now?" I asked, refusing to get my hopes up.

"Now, you get to be reincarnated into a world of your choice with five wishes." C stated.

"Not that I am complaining, but why five?" I asked.

"For realizing the truth. In some universes, realizing something gives you power, like laws from cultivator worlds. So I am giving you an additional two wishes." C explained.

"Alright, what world? And will closing my appearance consume a wish?" I asked.

"The world of Twilight, but it will be an Alternate Universe (AU). And no, choosing your appearance will NOT consume a wish. However your back story will if it is far past kinda stuff and if you dont want to 'live through it', it will cost you another wish." C stated.

"Are there any restrictions on my wishes?" I asked.

"Not really. Anything up to godhood is acceptable, however I will warn you. There ARE gods in this universe and they will know that this universe was given to you. So it won't be easy to climb those ranks, because I won't let them make it that easy." C said with a smirk.

"Good. I'm not that lazy. Okay, five wishes. For my first wish I want unlimited potential in everything I do. That includes removing any bottlenecks." I said.

"Acceptable. And your second wish?" C asked.

"For my second wish, I want to have the abilities from the Chronicle movie. I'm fine with starting at nothing, but my first wish should apply to it." I said.

"Good wish. They never did get to the real uses of that power in the movie. Third wish?" C asked with a smile.

"For the third, can I wish for universal travel or am u land locked?" I asked.

"You can, but your powers so far will allow you to use that power eventually anyway. I can give it to you if you want but if you have the patience to grow your 'Chronicle' power you'll be able to use that wish on something else even though you'll need to wait to 'jump' to other universes." C said.

"Then no. How about...adaptability. That would include regeneration since my body would adapt to any damage I take and any new energy I may come across so I can use it, like magic?" I asked.

"Done. Your fourth wish?" C asked.

"For my fourth, I want to be born with access to basically unlimited funds. I don't want to have to work with 'modern day slavery' wages." I said.

"Done. So no far off past stuff, good. Do you want to go to school with everyone from the movies?" C asked.

"FUCK NO! I want to already be an adult around twenty one or twenty two at the start of cannon and if my family is dead by that time, I'm fine with it...make Charlie my Uncle. Maybe with a bunch of land in the woods with the ocean on one side. But I don't want to 'wake up' until the day after I graduate high school." I stated firmly.

"Hehe, very well." C said with a smirk.

"...I don't like the way you said that." I stated.

"Don't worry about it. What is your final wish?" C continued.

"...for my final wish, I want reality manipulation but it starts at zero just like my Psionic powers and I've only experimented with my powers enough before I wake up that I know how to activate them even if I can only lift a piece of paper and repair broken things." I said.

"Very well. And finally, your appearance?" C asked.

"Well..."

"Very well. Unlike most people, you didn't ask for a harem, mind if I ask why?" C asked.

"I can barely stand people and you expect me to 'entertain' YOU know how many women? No thank you. If I manage to find a mate, I will consider myself fortunate." I stated calmly at the end.

"Hmm. While this IS an AU, I will not be changing anyone's character...however, I do think I know someone that would be the perfect match for you!" C said excitedly.

"Please don't force anything. If it happens, it happens. I'm in perpetual depression and don't think I'm ready for a relationship." I stated plainly.

"Yes. That's why she would be perfect for you...and you are honestly her perfect match as well." C mumbled to himself.

"What was that?" I asked, straining to hear.

"Nothing. You will wake up the day after you graduate high school, about four years before cannon. This means the Cullens will only arrive in Forks AFTER you graduate and you won't have to meet them at school. Sound good?" C asked.

"Yeah. This way I can start doing my own thing before cannon." I stated.

"Good. Enjoy your next life, child. I will be keeping an eye out so the gods down there don't try to overstep their bounds, so go nuts. Later." C said before I opened my eyes to see a ceiling above me.

"And so my new life begins." I said aloud to myself.
