Escaping a Slimy Prison

Knowing that she at most had around a minute before she suffocated inside the mountain slime and having been unable to dig herself out with her claws or use her magic to create an opening big enough to escape through, Scaly began panicking as she kept her eyes shut to prevent the corrosive slime from turning her blind.

For the first time, she felt completely helpless and had no idea what to do, as even her newly invented water drill magic and dragon breath was rendered useless against the immortal body of the slime.

On the other hand, using the dragon breath skill had caused a rather negative effect, as part of the attack had bounced back and injured her. Although not to the degree that she would die to the corrosion before being suffocated to death, the damage was nothing to scoff at and would definitely take her some time to recover from if she managed to escape from her current precarious situation.
