Chapter 84: The Troublesome Raven Headed Beauty

*BOOOM!* A man sat on a chair as his dark crimson qi exploded from his body destroying everything around him sending many of his subordinates flying.

This man had bright blood red eyes with dark hair with strips of grey, he had large beard that was as dark as his hair, he wears red and black robes with the demonic sect symbol on it's back.

"M-my Lord is it him again?" said a man bowing this man was obviously stronger than the others.

"That bastard Batman! He took out another base! Not only has that bastard been foiling my plans, we've been kicked out almost half of the countries under my jurisdiction!" he shouted veins bulged from his body as his eyes became red.

He then stood up!

"Lu have we figure anything about his past? We know his identity yet it seems like he came out of nowhere!" said the Elder as his rage bubbled even more remembering the message he got when the first elder under him was killed.

*Flashback: One year ago*

"I expected better from you demonic sect trash." said brunette with tan skin and Lime green eyes. As he looked at something, with mockery in his eyes.

"Not only was deciphering your runes dreadfully easy, killing your elder was as easy as breathing. I expect better from your next base of operations." he said finishing the message.

*Present*

The Elder didn't know how he sent a recording of himself, as the runes were only made to send images. But hearing the words of cocky youngster he thought he was just a simply a talented youth.

How wrong he was.

"I'm sorry but nothing has come up as of yet, he must be from a rather isolated village." said the henchman.

Many villages are isolated from the world, so there's possibility they won't be able to find out his background.

"Hmph! Fine then, let's stop with searching for his background then we'll focus on fortifying our defenses. With his speed it won't be long before he's here." said the man as he stroked his beard.

*Three months later (still before the present)*

*BOOOOM!* A gigantic explosion shook the earth engulfing many men in traditional Chinese armour turning them to Dust.

The cause of the explosion was gigantic tank which fired energy blast after blast, mercilessly killing them.

Soldiers wearing military uniforms with high-tech weapons, then engaged the men in traditional uniforms easily defeating them.

Watching the battle a man in orange armour with large protrusions from his back and a helmet with two golden horns.

"Fefnir. How's the battle." said man speaking from a monitor infront of his face.

"We're obviously winning and no casualties. After this country will be ours. like the others." said Fefnir with an evil smile on his face.

"Oi! Please don't use that expression we look like bad guys!" said the voice who's revealed to be Ken Hai.

"It doesn't matter if we are viewed as good or evil, the world should know your greatness father!" said Fefnir, with an even evil grin.

'Maybe I shouldn't have made them so close to their counterparts?' thought Ken Hai.

"So father after this what's our plans?" asked Fefnir.

"Simple, we'll open up our borders and allow people to enter our country, this is the final battle after all."

This is the final battle which they will be taking part of this country is, well it's name isn't important anymore. Ken Hai managed to get into contact with a noble who's a decent person there and he'll be taking over as one of his senators.

Not only that this country is close to the ocean, he had to conquer all the countries from close to the center of the continent is where the Raging Wind Empire is located.

He took over many countries, all which were corrupt, some from the shadows and some in straight up wars. Well that's what's they wanted, as he recreated the four guardians from the Megaman Zero games.

Fefnir is in charge of the land forces, or the Burning Fist Battalion, Harpuia is the leader of the air force also know as the Raging Wind Battalion, Leviathan is in charge of the marine forces also known as the Deep Sea Battalion.

There's X who's know as the high priest, his job is to be the vice-president and make sure none of the future presidents or anyone high up in the chain of the Neo Arcadia's command become corrupt.

Ken Hai made law that a president can only run for four terms, which is ten years, if he didn't he'd be elected president for hundreds years.

Zero is to be his assistant, partner and body guard, Axl he's the chief of police and finally Phantom he's in charge of stealth forces also known as the Anbu.

Each of them four guardians (Fefnir, Harpuia, Leviathan and Phantom) are currently at work taking over a country.

Excluding Phantom, all the guardians are taking the direct approach. Phantom is the only one taking over countries from the shadows.

Right now this is the last country Ken Hai will take over, for no he'll solidify his hold on the many countries under his umbrella, closing them off and improving life for all of them.

Though he still allows traders and merchants to pass through, he has special lanes that were immediately built for this.

Another thing were the sects, some were trouble as they were independent of the government and some sects were in cahoots with their countries top figured.

So that meant, many weren't happy with the change in government, some did choose to become allies with Ken Hai, but some disgusted him so a few people had to assassinated while he put up new leaders who were under his control.

He had to be careful as well he didn't want to go attacking countries or organizations under the five major nations.

That's why the Anbu existed. Though he had to destroy quite a few sects. After closing off the border to the countries he immediately began to improve the life of the civilians.

He doesn't want to reveal his identity at all, why? Because he has a new system functions which will bring him lots of rewards in the long term.

But hiss true goal? That's for another time.

"Anyway later Fef." says Ken Hai with a screen infront of him.

"Same to you father." says the reploid but.

*Boom!*

"You dare attack me while conversing with the great All-Father! You'll die for your insilence!" he shouts as the screen disappears.

"Geez! That guy is fired up as always." I said with a smile as I flip of Patty.

"Alright the burgers are read!" I said as Qian'er jumped up in joy along with Fenrir and Ignis.

"Yes!"

Qian'er now known as Ken Qian is now my adopted little sister. She wanted to join me in my journey and I agreed.

Right now we're just a days away from the capital of the Illusory Dragon Empire, known as Shining Glory city.

It was named that way due to the empire being the strongest for over ten thousand years. They have a pretty huge ego if you couldn't tell.

Their also the ones who spear headed the Holy Alliances of sects, well the Illusory Dragon sect did. This little empire started out as sect, it then became a kingdom it was formed eleven thousand years ago.

After the Empire was formed the royal family decided to split the sect and royal family in half. The Emperor at the time like many had plenty of kids due to having a harem, so one kid inherited the throne while the other got the sect.

After we finished with our lunch we immediately hit the road, running to the direction of the city at full speeds.

With how fast their going, it'd take atleast a day and a half.

"Whew!" said Ken Hai as he managed to get out of cuddly mess that was his current travel companions.

Beside him was Fenrir, Ignis and Qian'er who were snuggling with him. He got up and walked out of his tent decided to pee at a tree.

While taking leek he looked at the beautiful lake which seemed glow under the light rays of the moon.

The fire flys and the chirping of crickets seemed to give this place a calm and peaceful aura. Not only that, the beautiful lady with the most sexist body Ken Hai has ever seen in both lives was also taking a bath here.

His eyes widened as he immediately, normally anyone else would stumble like an idiot and fall or reveal themselves somehow.

However Ken Hai simply calmed his breathing and immediately lowered his presence before walking off to his camp.

He trained not only his body but also his mind, so much so he could easily achieve serenity even with most greatest of temptations.

The beauty who was bathing looked over his previous location and raised an eyebrow.

'That youngster has quite the self control, it's too bad I won't be able to tease him?' she thought as she playfully smile.

"May this princess know where your going?" asked the same beauty from last night following Ken Hai who had annoyed look on his face.

"To the Illusory Dragon Empire's capital." said Ken Hai.

Looking at this Qian'er looked at her chest and patted it.

"Yes sure, but can you please let go of me, we're strangers and I don't think we should be this intimate." said Ken Hai calmly, while making it clear he wanted some personal space.

"Hmph! And this princess here was only trying to comfort you!" she said as she cutely turned her head away. But then a teary eyed expression appeared on her face.

"Even after you leered at my naked body last night! I can't believe you! This princess won't be able to get married anymore!" she faked cried.

"Little sister don't you think your big brother here should take responsibility?"

"Big brother would never do that. He probably accidentally saw you naked and immediately left the area as not to cause trouble." said Qian with an expression that screamed 'not impressed'.

"For one of the princesses of the Illusory Dragon Empire your rather playful." said Ken Hai hearing this the princess instead of going on guard simply smiled.

"Your rather interesting you know that? You knew of my identity yet you didn't treat me with the respect that would've been expected." she says with a smile that would charm even the most hardened men but Ken Hai kept calm.

"I'm not a boot licker like most."

"I see even if that meant making an enemy of both the Illusory Dragon empire and sect?" she said with smile that'd rival people the like of Gin Ichimaru.

"Then so be it." said Ken Hai with a cold look on his face. Hearing his reply her smile widened.

"Your interesting you know that." she says as she withdrew a sword from a ring that was from her finger and and jumped onto it.

"I'll see you again alchemist Ken." says as she flew off.
