Yen and Julian! (1)

Link was a bit nervous. He could't tell her that he was in her room that day, but he still wanted to do right by her.

"Sorry to bother you" Link smiled "I saw you and i couldn't help but come and introduce myself" Link reached his hand forward "My name is Link, nice to meet you"

"What?" The girl blushed, she reached her hand and shook link's "I'm Yen, nice to meet you"

Link was not sure how he would make things right, he spoke with her for a while. Yen was a sweet girl, she was a student at the Military School but was expelled. She did not want to talk about it so Link did not push. She was working as an Adventurer and as a Cook in the Restaurant they were standing in front of. It was called 'Heavenly bite' Which Link thought was a bit weird for a restaurant's name. After a bit Yen had to go, she needed to go inside, it was her shift.

"Why was she crying then?" Link thought to himself as he started walking away "Was it because of the Military School incident? No, from how she spoke of it, it seemed like the incident happened a while back. Is it in her job as a Cook or as an Adventurer?"

Link was invested in this for some reason. He wanted to help her out, even go as far as to get rid of whomever the people that were harassing her.

<That's a bit creepy dude>

"Shut up, i don't care. I don't mind going out of my way to get rid of some trash" Link muttered as he walked. When suddenly he heard footsteps getting closer to him.

"Hey you" a boy called. Link heard him but pretended he didn't. He just kept walking and turned around a corner, into an alleyway.

They were either stupid or too confident. The group followed behind Link and one of them grabbed his shoulder.

"Are you deaf?" The boy that grabbed Link frowned, he was obviously annoyed.

Link waved the boy's arm off and looked at the group. They were a bunch of kids either his age or a bit older wearing some sort of uniform. It was a combination of a shirt, tie and a jacket. They were dark blue with an emblem on their chest.

"This looks more like what High School kids would wear than a Military Uniform. The fuck is wrong with this Continent" Link thought as he kept looking at them. They were a group of 3 boys and 2 girls.

"What're you looking at? Did you not hear us call for you? Freak" One of them spoke. The scene looked very stereotypical.

"What do you people want?" Link asked. He did not want to do anything yet.

"We saw you talking to that bitch" One of the girls said, pointing in the direction of the restaurant.

"What?" Link frowned.

"You heard her. We made sure everyone knows that they're not supposed to have any contact with her. Which class are you from?" A boy spoke. Looking Link over.

"I just got here yesterday. I don't know what you're talking about" Link said, trying to get more information.

"You're new?" The boy asked "That explains it then, or you wouldn't dare oppose us" He smirked.

Link was trying his best to not punch this idiot into a coma. "This continent is odd. Kids his age back home are way stronger and wiser than this, he's acting like your typical high school bully" Link thought to himself.

"Long story short, she's a dirty whore, and whomever tried to have any form of contact with her will be shunned as well. She threw herself at my friend here and when he rejected her and pushed her away, she stole from him. That's why she was expelled" A girl explained.

"Now that you know who she truly is, it'll be best if you stay away from her. For your own good" A boy spoke.

"And you guys just happen to be around to see me talk to her?" Link asked.

"Yeah. Got a problem?" a boy asked.

"She seemed nice and innocent" Link thought to himself "This is annoying. Are these bastards doing this on purpose? Don't tell me this is the same type of shit i saw in Dramas back on earth."

"Which one was it?" Link asked.

"What?"

"Which boy did she throw herself at?" Link asked again.

"Me. She wanted to sleep with me and i rejected her. So what she did was steal my belongings" A boy with long hair and dark brown eyes, smooth face with an irritating smile.

"I'll start with you then" Link smiled.

"What?" The group frowned.

Link dashed forward in a millisecond, grabbed the boy by the neck and Blinked away. Vanishing into thin air.

"What the hell happened?" The group started freaking out, they looked everywhere but they could not find a trace of the two.

Link kept Blinking. Appearing and Vanishing in seconds. He was on the roofs, nobody noticed anything. And in the next minute they were outside the City, heading South.

The boy did not know what was happening. His vision was blurry and all he could feel was the strong grip on his neck.

"Do you know who i am? Let me go before you regret it" He tried to yell, but it came out as a whimper.

With 'Air Boost' Link was a blur in the forest, nothing could stop him in that Area.

In the next second, he stood in front of a cave. At the entrance, 2 Goblins wearing light armor and swords stood, guarding it.

"Are those Monsters? What are you planning on doing?" The boy asked, his face twisted "I am Julian Goujin, my father is a powerful man, I swear if anything happens to me you won't get away with it" Julian screamed.

"Don't worry. You're just gonna help me with something" Link spoke, throwing Julian a few feet away from the cave entrance.

KIK!

The Goblins chreaked. Pointing their weapons towards the unknown individual that appeared. They ran towards him.

Julian screamed in horror, he covered his face, waiting for whatever was about to happen.

"I knew it. Kids here are pathetic" Link muttered "Or it might be just them"

Slash!

Link swung his Dagger. Beheading both the creatures. They did not even know where the attack came from.

More and More Goblins started flooding out of the Cave. Julian was screaming in horror, he was a pampered kid, seeing these hideous creatures run towards him with malicious intent really terrified him.

Slash! Slash!

Link maneuvered between each creature, beheading them as he passed. It was a scary sight, they were no match for him.

KIK!

A scream came from the cave, a Goblin stood there wearing a robe, it had a staff and a gem in its hand.

The gem shone as the Goblin started mumbling something. Symbols flew around the staff and Mana particles formed.

Slash!

"Is this thing retarded? Why would it leave itself open like that?" Link thought as he looked at the headless corpse of the Goblin Mage.

Link managed to kill 12 Goblins and 1 Goblin Mage. Earning 4 200 Exp Points easily.

Julian was in a fetal position, covering his ears.

"You're fine you fucking baby" Link sighed, lifting the boy up from his hair. He dragged him inside as he passed by the corpse, putting them in his Inventory.

In the cave, Link found a things laying around. There were weapons, bows and armor, even gold and jewelry. The cave was full with all the goods the Goblins stole. There were even some Silver and Gold coins.

"Wow, maybe i should just rob people?" Said Link, claiming all the loot inside his Inventory.

He threw Julian to the side. As he was checking the winnings, He asked "So what really happened?"

Link looked at the kid. Finding him still having his eyes closed and his ears covered.

"I don't have time for this" Link muttered. He stood up, kicking the boy into the wall. Julian coughed some blood as he wheezed.

"Please don't kill me. Please don't kill me" He begged.

"Shut up. I asked you to tell me what really happened with Yen" Link asked again, he was losing his patience.

"I made it up" Julian said "I'm the one who asked her out and came at her. But she hit me and left" He grabbed his stomach, coughing up some more blood "So i hid my family heirloom. It was a bracelet full of priceless Mana Crystals and Gems. and said she took it. The school believed my story, since my dad is one of their sponsors and she was kicked out"

Link looked at him. He stood up and started walking towards him.

"That's just pathetic dude" Link spoke "And pretty petty too. You still have the Bracelet?"

"Yes, I do" Julian answered.

"Clear her name, or i swear to god not even your father will survive" Link spoke, he let all his Mana suppress the Kid. He started screaming, covering his eyes and ears again.

"What a wuss" Link muttered.
