The Real World!

Link sat in his room looking at a woman. She looked 5 feet 5 tall with a crown made of vines and a dress made of flower petals. This was Link's new Pet Beast Soul. "You look more human than a pet, this makes me uncomfortable" Link spoke, but like before, she did not answer him and just kept staring. "Let's go!" Link muttered, getting up and tapping her on the shoulder.

They both now stood in an empty field. Link wanted to test her skills and see what she was good at. Just like with Zasho, she had her own set of skills that he found interesting.

Reading her set of skills again, Link was not disappointed by their few numbers as he saw potential in the first 2.

After some sparring and testing, Link figured out that Vine Armor allowed her to create any type of armor she wanted. Not only light armor but heavy and medium ones, which makes it so she's ready for any type of combat. As for Vine Weapon, unlike what Link saw when he fought the boss back at the dungeon, she not only can create a sword, but bows and arrows, spears and daggers, morning stars and so on…

Link was a mage but he relied mostly on close combat as his main thing, and with Thaya (The Queen of Thorns new name) she can support him in any position, be it in ranged or close combat.

Their training session concluded and Link unsummoned Thaya. He went to meet up with his mother and sisters to walk them back home. To him, this place was unknown and just as dangerous, with the nobles and many other things, Link did not want neither of them to deal with any arrogant cunt that might do or have any malicious ideas towards them.

"We can take care of ourselves you know" Rena said as they walked down a dimly lit street.

"No, you can't" Link answered straight away.

"Yes we can!" Lisa said, slamming her foot harder as she walked.

"Rena, Lisa. Listen to your brother, he's right" Anny spoke "We're not in our village anymore where we knew everyone. Some noble might take any of you by force, or we might get robbed and killed on our way home..."

Rena and Lisa listened as their mother explained. They were not kids anymore, but since they never left the village, hearing only rumors and stories, their fear and alertness was not properly formed yet.

As they walked passed a dark alleyway, a shadow kept looking at them in the darkness, as two more were right behind him. "There's people; should we do it?" One spoke in a whisper. "Yes, let's go!" The man in front answered in a whisper and then proceeded to sneak towards Link and his family.

Of course, this whole thing was not missed by Link. With his Psight and incredible hearing, he was well aware of what was happening, but decided to let it happen. "This might be a good lesson to Lisa and Rena, i want them to see how evil some people are and be more careful in the future when i'm not around" Link thought to himself, his eyes looking to the side as a man jumped in front of him.

"Stop right there!" The man yelled as he held a sword towards Link's neck. "Move or scream and i'll kill you!"

Anny, Lisa and Rena were startled as they slowly started to panic. "Who are you!" Lisa asked.

"Look here boss, these are some pretty girls and this one is a bit old but she's still attractive. How much do you think they'll be worth?" A voice spoke from behind the group, ignoring Lisa and speaking directly to the man in the front. "We can probably get a good coin if we sell them to the right people" The man in the front said "Take everything you find on them and tie the females, we're taking them with us"

"What about the kid?" One of the men at the back asked.

"I don't care about the kid, beat him up and leave him here to die for all I care!" Hearing these words, Rena spoke "Link, do something" She said, knowing full well what her brother was trying to do.

Wosh!

A wave of vines wrapped themselves around the men. They were tightened to the point that they could no longer hold onto their weapons and were lifted up in the air like pinatas.

"See?" Link asked "This is quite common around here. If i wasn't around, they would have sold you off to some sketchy slave trader and you'll be sent to some god forsaken places" Link spoke.

"Ok we get it" Lisa said, stomping away angrily.

Link called over the guards and handed them the men, after that he continued on his way back home.

"Link" Anny pulled Link to the side as they got back home and spoke to him with a low voice "I know you meant well, but you should go and apologize to your sisters" She continued "We knew you're strong but seeing a sword aimed at your neck wasn't something we wanted to see"

Link nodded, he didn't think that far. His family had been through some tough times that lead to his father's death. Link kissed his mother and apologized to her first as he could see her face was still a little pale.

Entering Rena's room, Link sat down with her and did the same thing, only leaving until she was smiling again. Link then walked towards Lisa's room, finding the door locked.

"Hey Lisa, may i come in?" He yelled to her but she did not respond. "I'll take that as a yes then" He said, activating Blink. At the same time before he could do anything, he heard a "Don't Come in!" Although by the time Lisa finished her words, Link was already standing inside the room.

"I'm sorry!" Link said quickly, covering his eyes and Blinking out. Lisa was in the middle of changing her clothes. She did not respond to him at first because she was angry, but she never expected him to teleport himself in.

Link was not related to them but they loved him as if he was. Back when his father first brought him home, Rena and Lisa were both young, but they remembered that day clearly. Lisa blushed a little but quickly shook her head "He's my brother!" She said.

Little did they know, Link knew that they weren't related, which was why seeing Lisa with her shirt off had more effect on him than he liked. "She's my sister!" He told himself.

"You can come in now" She said as she unlocked the door. Link could tell that her face was still a bit red, thinking it was from anger. "Sorry" He said while walking in.

"For which one?" She asked.

"What?" Link asked confused.

"Your sorry is for which thing? For what you did on our way home or for coming in without permission!" Lisa said with a stern look, although try as she could, her red ears and big eyes made her look more cute than scary.

"For both" Link said "Out there, i wanted you guys to see it for yourselves. The world is too dangerous and i .." Lisa lifted her hand, making Link stop then spoke "Teach me" She said.

"Teach you what?" Link asked, but he knew what was coming.

"Teach me magic!"
