With zero hesitation, the Slime turned back time... only to find that he had gone too far. Geth watched as the black, gelatinous mass moved around in a destroyed forest.
The Slime had retained some of its memories, but they were split and confusing. When the creature tried to remember, Geth had the feeling that he was staring at the scenes through a broken gyroscope.
Those shattered images only became worse as the Slime tried to hold on to them. In the end, Ro-Zek slowly lost his memory.
But his feelings remained.
Emptiness returned to the Slime. This time, it wasn't just hunger.
The starvation that all Slimes felt had been exacerbated by loneliness and purposelessness. Ro-Zek knew nothing but to consume.
