Nine months later, on Agartha Island.

The whole island is in the festive atmosphere as today is the Revival of Sakura Kingdom, which emerged from the depths of Ocean after 800 years. It is also the Coronation Ceremony of King Embra, the ruler of Sakura Kingdom.

The island has gone through some changes as there is now a big castle in the middle of the island. The castle is big enough to fit the whole valley and from afar, it looks like the castle is being enveloped by two huge hills, which form the valley. The huge lake exist behind the castle while the castle is facing east. In front of the castle is a huge garden where thousands of different colorful flowers are displayed to decorate the castle which has a blue color as its primary color.

The castle is a futuristic castle with white and blue colors. It is also quite tall while giving off the impression of neat, majestic and powerful. Around the castles are houses built in modern style with asian roof tiles which unsurprisingly does not seems out of place with the huge castle behind it. The houses are built in front of the castle like a crescent moon shape that spans till the coast of the island. On the sides of the islands are fields for vegetables while int he back of the castle is the factories with heavy duties. Training fields are also beside them.

The whole castle is built from all the raw materials that Embra had in his inventories, raw materials from his houses in previous life. He did not hold back a bit in building it as he also used the materials found on the islands of West Blue. His SP is also steadily decreasing with things he buy and summons he had to make to complete the castle in just eight months but, he has no regret.

There is one thing strange with about the houses and castles though. It is that, there is no walls in between them. There is no huge walls guarding the castle or fences separating the houses. It is to shows that, there is no cases of thief in Sakura Kingdom. Embra adopted the ways of Sakura Kingdom which he wrote in the history. That is to say, the currency used on the island is the same system as the time of 1000 years ago.

Citizens of Sakura Kingdom are guarantee food, shelter, and clothes. That means that, they do not need currency on the island. If one wants things more than the three necessities, one must works for it. For that, many buildings are build among the houses such as building for cooking utensils, blacksmiths places, and factories. They are open to public and anyone who wants something must make it himself using the facilities.

For example, if a man wants a modern clothing, he must goes towards the facilities for clothes and make himself one because there are professionals who can teach tailoring and all materials are there in the facilities, provided by Embra. Of course, that only apply to raw materials like cotton, fiber, and leather.

If a woman wants a jewelery, she must go to the facilities for jeweleries and accessories and make herself as one. The same as before, the facilities has professionals employed by Embra and there are full of equipments to make a jewelery. If one do not knows something, one can learn from the professionals at the facilities but, in here, one must obtain raw materials by himself.

To obtain something in Sakura Kingdom, one can exchange it with someone who has it. Of course, only if both party deems their goods as equal value, one can exchange it. And, in the name of King Embra, all the exchange must be fair and it can never be canceled.

In case that, the material cannot be obtained in Sakura Kingdom, one can go to the 'Market', where all the exchange between outside goods and inside goods happen. In the market though, one must use Beli, the international currency of One Piece. All the merchants that comes from outside the Kingdom also must exchange their goods here and direct selling is not allowed.

That brought up the topic of how can a citizen of Sakura Kingdom receive Beli. Well, it is quite simple. One has to work for King Embra. Btw, the exchange of Beli and goods are not allowed int he kingdom out side the market. So, the only way to obtain Beli is to work for King Embra.

One can use its wisdom or labor to work for King Embra and one will receive salary according to one's work. Oh, that brought up the topic of the Governmental structure of the Kingdom. In Sakura Kingdom, which is a monarchy Kingdom, King Embra has the absolute authority. After King Embra, three divine generals and queens of Embra possess the equal amount of authority.

Generally, the queens will have to handle the internal affairs of the Kingdom while the three divine generals will handle the external affairs. The two group have the equal amount of authority as they are second only to Embra.

After them, five generals have the third most authority in Sakura Kingdom and except for 'the department of research and technology' and its general Ichihara, every other departments and generals have to answer the calls of divine generals or queens. This is the simple governmental structure of Sakura Kingdom and of course, they are not all.

There are two department which is directly under the authority of Embra. They are 'Intelligent Gathering department' and 'Akatsuki', the newly formed assassin squad.

Currently, they are under the direct authority of King Embra because Embra is forming all of the departments from the scratch and sorting out the personals. He completed all of it a month before the coronation ceremony and is now thinking of who he should gives the positions of the three divine generals to.

He is thinking about that, because it is unthinkable for his queens to also serve him as a general. Embra didn't want his queens to be a generals while managing the country as queens. So, he called for the meeting that consists of only higher ups, his queens and three divine generals. Well, as he has not appointed yet who the divine generals are, the meeting consists of he and five S-rank summons, Belfast, Senjumaru, Grayfia, Esdeath, and Mito. Ichihara is here too because she is also soon-to-be wife of Embra.

Sitting at the top of the long table, Embra express his intentions of appointing new divine generals, to all who is sitting on the table. After hearing him, Belfast is the first to propose something.

"My King, Belfast is beyond happy to knows that, my King, cares for us that much. But, Belfast do not want to abandon the position of your personal maid. As selfish as Belfast may sound. Please consider Belfast's desires, my King." (Belfast)

"I am completely in agreement with Belfast, my King. I still want to be useful to you. Please let me serve you in other duties." (Grayfia)

"My King, as much as I agree with my other sisters, I will follow your orders. If you ordered me to be your queen, I will carry out your orders without questioning. But, if I may express my desire, I still want to roam around the world and find many treasure for you, My King." (Esdeath)

"I am also in agreement with Esdeath, my King. I also want to be useful to you. So, please let me use my combat potentials for you, my King." (Senjumaru)

"I also support them, my King. Please consider giving them responsibilities beside being your wives." (Mito)

"I also thinks that, giving them their previous jobs and responsibilities are better, my King" (Ichihara)

Embra's eyebrow twitch hearing them. Though he is happy that, they think for him this much, he also has his selfish desire not to put his wives in danger. But, he must also respect their desires because he has already told them to treat them as their husband, not as their King. So, he must also fulfill the selfish wishes of his wives.

"I see. If that is what you want, how about this? We will appoint my three bodyguards as three divine generals. Izumi, Morgiana and Mito are fits for that position. So, that settles the problems of three divine generals. Now, for you, my dear queens, I will give IG dept to Grayfia and Akatsuki to Senjumaru. As for Belfast, I will leave the training of palace maids and servants to you.

Making a world map, finding treasures, and forming allies. These tasks will be left to you, Esdeath. And, whenever you go out, be sure to bring one divine general along with you. Will that be fine, my queens?" (Embra)

And thus, they reached the conclusion. The new three divine generals will be appointed at the same day of coronation ceremony and his wedding will be a day after the coronation ceremony. Embra has prepared everything for that day. From building the castle to the forming of governmental structure, he has done as much as he could. Especially, he did the most in building the castle as he is the best in that field after Ryuko, the general of construction. He mainly build the interior of the castle as his DF ability allow him to shape any inanimate objects to his desire.

Finer details are left to Senjumaru though, as she has the best sense of beauty among everyone. The clothing of himself and others are also left to her where she works with Shizuku to finish it in three months. The technology installation on the whole castle is left to Ichihara, the general of research. Embra only help in cases where it is difficult to install.

Security of the island is handled by Embra who subjugated the sea kings in the calm belt. Embra wanted all of his subordinates to have complete freedom during the festival. So, he left the security of the island to the sea kings he forc-, tamed during eight months. Of course, there are also other security from drones and sensors. In addition to that, the whole island is covered in a fuinjutsu barrier

All in all, Embra and all of his subordinates worked hard in preparation for the coronation ceremony of Embra and the revival of the Sakura Kingdom.
