The beginning of the beginning:
Today was the big day everyone had been waiting for anxiously.
The day for the audition was finally here. The green room was filled with around 50 more participants with left including Lucia and Sam.
"Hey, Lucia.."
Sam knocked on her head as they were getting ready for the audition in the green room.
For the nth time Sam saw Lucia getting lost somewhere far away in her own world but there was sadness in her eyes rather than the normal nostalgia feeling she gave off.
And it started the day that was her mom's birthday.
Did they fight or something? Sam hoped he was wrong as he looked at her face.
"I am alright…Just a little nervous I guess." Lucia waved off her thoughts and tried acting normal feeling a little bit bad about making him worry about her.
"Is everything alright? Why do you look so out of it?" Sam fetched a glass of water from the nearby table and gave it to her.
