Nailed it!

I don't know how much time ,I have spent here but right now I didn't even cared about it as only one things was on my mind . To exterminate what was in front of me.

I was standing on the shore facing the 80ft tall kraken with my blades in hand and didn't wasted too much time to think what I can do.

'Activate silver lightning'

I said and felt electrical current flowing through my whole body .

I focused on my magic and merged all the lightning in my left knife.

I gripped the handle of knife in my clutch tightly and ran toward the water , with my eyes focused on my enemy' s ones.

'Activate Piercing throw'.

I said and felt blood circulation in my hands started maximising and that's what I really wanted right now.

I threw the embuded knife with the force that can even make a crater in moon .

The speed of my knife was sonic fast and before the kraken could put it tentacles in the way, my weapon made its way to the monster's left eye.

*AAAAARRRRRRRRR*

"Nailed it". I clenched my fist in excitement but felt dizzy as using magic for the first time was tolling more than I expected.

I could've thrown my another knife to its another eye but I didn't knew that I can face that shit with my bare hands.

I gathered my strength and jumped toward water to get a grip on one of its jerking tentacles. It's whole body was roaring in pain as eyes seemed it's most vulnerable part.

I jumped on its tentacles and this time without alerting it much I made my balance toward the centre of all tentacles.

'I have to think how to defeat this thing ,before I run out of stamina.'

I was running while dodging the hitches and jerks in the way until I made way toward its head.

I don't know how but the kraken didn't noticed my presence at all.

'Lets try my bare hands'. i put away my knife in the inventory and jumped about 10 foots above the kraken's head , crashing through the black clouds , I made my way back with a 360° turn.

I clenched my fist tightly and upon landing I punched on it's wobbly head using my all strength in just one punch.....

*THUUUUDDD*

*GRRRRRRRR*

...My hand went inside its head and I felt liquid on my penetrated hand. Its tentacles were about to reach toward me when I did what I planned.

'Its skin is not tough huh'.

'Activate silver lightning'.

I imagined my lightning forming on my left hand which was inside its body and senting a spear of electricity throughout.

[Effect activated]

[Enemy will be paralysed for 10s]

'Yosh , thats what I wanted'.

I took out my knife and ran toward its another eye, and with my current speed it didn't took more than 4 sec to reach there and make a mess out of its another purple eye .

*AAAAAAAARGGGGGGGG*

I heard the loudest scream of it and its tentacles started flowing aimlessly and with furious speed.

I wasn't agile enough to dodge the fourth tentacle simulataneously and got hit in my stomach and I landed under the water.

'This shit have senses to feel my presence even without eyes huh'.

I was about to swim back to surface when I saw my one of the saber lying idly on a rock

.

'Ah that's what I needed.'

I picked it up and fished back toward the giant squid .

I caught one of its tentacle by piercing it with my blade and with the jerk that the kraken was making , I easily landed on its body.

'Activate Stealth'.

I ran toward its head again as I knew cutting down tentacles was futile. I deducted that the portion near its eyes was a weak point so I started slashing it with my saber.

And it worked , the cuts were looking fatal as I was not only using all my strength with attack but the technique I learnt in the dojo.

The kraken was roaring bad , throwing it's tentacles here and there aimlessly but my reflexes was fast enough to dodge this time.

'Activate dripping blood'. I remembered the effect of my saber and made a deep cut in its head to make the effect work.

[Effect activated]

[Enemy will loose it's HP for 10 s]

'Acitvate dripping blood'. I said and made another deep cut.

I was loosing my strength to keep going but still I used my skill another four times.

*ARRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHH*

At this time its tentacles were flapping water just in pain nothing else just pure pain.

"Hah...ha....ACTIVATE DRIPPING BLOOD".I roared and penetrated my saber right though it's right eye with the last ounce of strength I had remaining in my body.

'Finallllllyyyy'.

My body which was lying on the dead kraken suddenly woke up and I said.

"That means one and a half day already..."

[It's about 2 p.m there and I guess you have an appointment at 3 p.m]

"This day is so long ".

"Thanks Darbi , you are a real angel".I said while putting my remaining saber back in the inventory.

I tracked down another one with my enhanced vision and it took 10 minutes to fish it out . And another 10 minutes retrieving my engulfed knife from the creature's eye.

"I can't help it. These weapons are prize of my hardwork ".I said while putting away all my weapons.

"Enter dojo". I said and just a second there and I was back in my room again.

"SHIIITTT....ITS 2.40 ALREADY". I dashed toward the bathroom as my clothes were complete mess and I was smelling like fish all over .

I was in a hurry but took my time to bath as I didn't wanted to make bad impression in front of my love even I have to be late on our date.

'Date huh...not bad for dreaming once in a while'. I chuckled while putting on my white shirt.

I tied my hair and used the Witch perfume which I got a while ago.

"Perfect". I said while I checked myself out before hitting the streets.

"It's already 3.10 ".

I was lucky that Latte de cafe wasn't far from my house and at 3.20 I reached there with slight unusual walking speed but no one seemed to notice that and I also didn't cared about it much .

I entered the cafe and immediately spotted the beautiful girl in pink top and black skirt sitting alone on a table with 3 coffee mugs infront of her. Her hair was tied in a ponytail and her pure white face was alluring as always.

I got dazed for couple of seconds but realised that I was already late.

"Sorry for being late Miyuki". I said while taking the opposite side of table .

"Ahh..oh ..y-you are h-here Izumi kun". She said with slight blush and stealing her gazes .

"Oh should I go if you are not comfortable?"I said as I was about to stand up.

"Ah no no wait. Geez let me calm my heart first". She said while swaying her arms criss cross like a child.

'Cuttteeeeee' I thought on her cute antique and controlled my urge to hug her .

I ordered another coffee for Miyuki and one for me also and sipped on it while waiting patiently.

After being silent for 10 minutes she said in a low tone.

"Izumi kun , the reason why I didn't came to school and was cooped myself up in my room was not because of the incident but because of ..." She stopped her words and stared with a glittery eyes at me .

It also made me nervous and I stopped all my movements , and even held my breathe in anticipation.

"...it's because of you." And she exhaled but I didn't.

"Me ? Why ? ." I said but I have a slight idea and some hope, that where the conversation was moving toward.

"I wa thinking about what you did for me . How you saved me , how you fought for me . I liked you even before my kidnapping but after I saw you that day , I realised one thing..." She held her breathe and I wasn't breathing at all after she started talking.

"I LOVE YOU IZUMI. PLEASE BE MY BOYFRIEND". She yelled, not said but yelled.

All the other customers, waiters and even chef from the kitchen started watching us.

'I can survive that kraken , but this sudden confession from my long time crush...'
