Stalker Alert

My eyes twitched in response to her nonsense. I knew that she won't give me a proper answer, and I was not even mad. But I still can't help but be shocked.

"I'm just glad no one can hear us…" Kenneth muttered, looking numb and feeling numb.

I looked at Kenneth, and as soon as our eyes met, we both felt a sense of camaraderie.

"How long have you known each other?"

"Almost three years…"

I sent him a pitying gaze.

"You're so brave."

"Thank you."

Imagine dealing with Sera for three years… 

The source of our camaraderie was unaware of this exchange at all.

"Do women here only get to be housewives?"

What a strange question.

"No. Although it's true that women after marriage stay at home, it doesn't mean they are only tied to be housewives. They can still do what they want to do."

"Uh-huh."

She doesn't believe me...

"I'm serious. There is even a lady knight in the palace."
