The Sneak Attack of Justice

Wonder Woman had just collided with Captain Marvel, feeling dizzy for a moment, but being a demigod, her constitution was extraordinary, and she quickly recovered.

Seeing Thor summon lightning, she immediately followed with her Lasso of Truth, using the dazzling lightning to obscure her presence. Thanos evaded Thor's attack but couldn't locate her.

So, Wonder Woman circled around him, wielding her longsword, and suddenly thrust it into Thanos's back.

However, there was a "ding" sound...

Diana's eyes widened. It didn't pierce his armour?

She was holding a divine weapon!

But as the most valiant and skilled warrior of the Amazon, Wonder Woman wouldn't make such a basic mistake in battle. She clenched the hilt with both hands and exerted all her strength, finally driving the longsword into Thanos's armour.

At this point, Thanos had also reacted, turning around to deliver a punch. Wonder Woman retreated, leaving the sword embedded in Thanos's body.

"Phew..."

Thanos twisted his neck and pulled out the sword, its blade covered in blood. He wore a menacing expression. "You should have aimed for my neck!"

Wonder Woman's sneak attack had been quite effective. If it weren't for Thanos's formidable vitality and his sturdy battle armour, she might have killed him.

After removing the sword, a visible wound continued to bleed. However, at this moment, the Reality Stone on Thanos's left gauntlet lit up. The fresh, lethal wound on his body quickly healed, returning to its original state.

"The infinity stone that can change reality..."

Seeing this, Wonder Woman gritted her teeth but charged at him once again. Meanwhile, Superman and Captain Marvel sensed the situation and joined in to double-team Thanos, just like before.

Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch used their magic to restrain Thanos and create obstacles for him.

However, it was a similar situation as before. With the Infinity Stones, especially the Reality Stone, it was challenging to take down Thanos. He could heal from severe injuries instantly, and the Power Stone provided both defence and offence, while the Soul Stone granted some magic resistance and soul attacks.

Until they dealt with the Infinity Gauntlet, defeating Thanos would be difficult. As the battle continued, it started tilting in favour of Thanos, thanks to his near-limitless stamina, fueled by the Power Stone.

Nevertheless, Superman, Captain Marvel, and others were also full of energy. Still, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, and Batman were starting to struggle. The first two were spellcasters, and spellcasting consumed mental energy.

Batman, on the other hand, couldn't maintain his Super Saiyan form for too long, and once he left that state, he would enter a vulnerable period, which was dangerous.

Fortunately, Vision acted as bait, diverting most of Thanos's attention. After Vision became cautious, he was not as easy for Thanos to capture.

Others used this opportunity to engage Thanos, but this couldn't go on forever.

"No, we have to remove his gauntlet first to finish him off!"

After a prolonged battle, Peter Quill was getting exhausted. Thanos was incredibly resilient, and even his small pistol couldn't penetrate Thanos's armour. It seemed like he was just a bystander.

If it weren't for Doctor Strange's portals providing him with exceptional mobility, he would have been caught by Thanos several times. Even with that advantage, Peter Quill felt he could barely keep going.

Bruce Wayne was also out of breath. Taking advantage of the distractions caused by Superman, Captain Marvel, and Vision, Batman approached and whispered, "It's time to switch to Plan B."

"Plan B?" Star-Lord raised an eyebrow. "Hey, did you mention anything about Plan B before?"

At this moment, Thanos broke free from their constraints and charged toward Vision, clearly obsessed with the Mind Stone on Vision's forehead.

"I'll create an opportunity for you all!"

Tony Stark's voice sounded loudly through the communicator. He then controlled his Iron Man suit to fly directly at Thanos. In mid-flight, he suddenly disappeared, or rather, he shrank.

Tony Stark's suit, enhanced with the energy of the Infinity Stones and Pym Particles, had the ability to shrink and grow, just like Ant-Man's suit. This was a standard feature.

After shrinking, Iron Man quickly jumped onto Thanos's left hand. Due to the distraction caused by Superman, Captain Marvel, and Vision, Thanos didn't notice the tiny Iron Man.

Iron Man, now miniature, stood on one of the Infinity Stones. He took a deep breath and said, "Jarvis, let's do it... Honestly, I'm a bit nervous right now."

"Sir, if something goes wrong, you'll be in grave danger."

"No mistakes. Trust me; there won't be any."

Tony Stark was not only persuading Jarvis but also reassuring himself. Jarvis would never go against his owner's wishes, so he initiated another program in the suit.

In that instant, a brilliant blue light emanated from Thanos's left hand, gradually spreading until it completely enveloped him.

The next moment, Thanos disappeared...

"Where did he go?"

Superman and Captain Marvel looked around, but Thanos had suddenly vanished.

Bruce Wayne rushed over and said with a serious tone, "Tony took him into the quantum realm. Be careful; they could return at any moment. If Tony's plan goes well, the first one to come back won't be Thanos, but his Infinity Gauntlet."

"The quantum realm?"

They exchanged puzzled looks and had no choice but to wait.

The quantum realm had a completely different flow of time compared to the real world. No matter how long had passed inside, when they found the right path back, only a second or two might have passed in the outside world.

Shortly after Batman spoke, there was a loud bang. A damaged suit suddenly squeezed out from a spatial rift, crackling with electricity...

The suit split apart, and Tony Stark jumped out. He looked somewhat dishevelled and immediately shouted at everyone, "Quick, get away!"

Although they didn't understand what had happened, they followed his instructions and stepped back. Superman kindly took Iron Man with him as they retreated.

Just as they turned around, Iron Man's damaged armour suddenly exploded. In the midst of the explosion, Thanos's figure slowly emerged...
