Chapter 12. The Butcher.

"We need to save him first!"

Midoriya Izuku thought to himself. The security guard tied to the pillar had to be saved first. So, in that case...

While Izuku was calculating, the "Butcher" suddenly stopped eating. He sniffed the air!

"Fresh meat?"

The Butcher stood up, grabbed the meat hook and chain hanging on him, and slowly walked towards Izuku's position, as if he smelled fresh meat.

"Have I been discovered!?"

Midoriya Izuku was shocked but didn't panic. He knew he couldn't avoid a fight with the enemy. When he was heading towards the cold storage earlier, he had set up steel wire traps along the way!

Izuku pulled his right hand, and the steel wire extended, causing a collision sound in the distance!

The steel wire was tied to a high iron can. When pulled, it fell and made a noise. As expected, the Butcher headed towards the sound of the falling can!

"Now's my chance!"

As the Butcher turned and was distracted by the noise, Izuku quickly ran from behind the cart to the pillar. He cut the ropes binding the security guard, who looked at him in surprise.

"Run quickly, the enemy will be back soon!"

Before the guard could say anything, Izuku immediately spoke. Now was not the time for thanks!

"You..."

Although the guard wanted to ask why this middle school kid wasn't running with him, he was too scared to stay. He scrambled towards the exit in the opposite direction of the Butcher!

"Fresh meat!!"

At this moment, the Butcher, realizing he had been tricked, ran back. Seeing the guard still escaping, he threw the meat hook in his hand at the target!

The Butcher, being overweight, had poor mobility. So his equipment, the "meat hook," was made from the same material as the hero "Eraserhead's" bandages, allowing it to change shape!

This not only compensated for his lack of mobility but also gave the Butcher the ability to pull his prey from a distance!

However, things didn't go as expected. The meat hook stopped in mid-air, missing its target, and the guard had already escaped through the door!

"I'm here! Don't think you can hurt anyone!!"

Izuku extended his right hand, and the steel wire from his "Death Glove" intercepted the meat hook in mid-air, firmly binding it!

"Was it you I smelled earlier?"

The Butcher, seeing Midoriya Izuku, realized where the fresh meat smell had come from. Drooling, he said to Izuku:

"Because that guy ran away, you'll be my dinner!"

The Butcher' pulled the meat hook back. His immense strength dragged Izuku, who was entangled in the steel wire, towards him!

In a dangerous situation, Midoriya Izuku immediately used the device on his "Death Glove" to cut the extended steel wire. He escaped the danger and quickly ran towards the slaughterhouse conveyor belt!

"Fresh meat! Don't think you can run!!"

Like a tank, the Butcher recklessly chased after Midoriya Izuku!

"They're catching up!"

Just as planned and predicted by Midoriya Izuku, the butcher wouldn't let him escape. Now, he had to lure him into the web!

To deal with this terrifying enemy, Midoriya Izuku didn't come unprepared. He had made thorough preparations before coming alone!

"Meat! Meat!!"

Chasing behind Midoriya Izuku, the butcher aimed his meat hook directly at him. The sharp hook targeted Midoriya's back. If it caught him, he wouldn't be able to escape and would be cruelly turned into a tasty dinner by the enemy!

However, just like before, Midoriya used his left hand to shoot out steel wires, wrapping around the meat hook and intercepting it in mid-air. Even if the butcher could manipulate the hook's direction, he couldn't get past the steel wires!

As the butcher retrieved the meat hook, Midoriya Izuku cut the steel wires again to avoid being pulled back. At the same time, he ran to the place where he had set up his ambush!

In this part of the slaughterhouse assembly line, there were many meat hooks hanging side by side, with dim, scattered bloodstains adding to the eerie and terrifying atmosphere!

When the butcher's meat tank chased him here, Midoriya Izuku faced him directly, no longer running away!

"Little guy! Have you given up? Then obediently become my dinner!"

The butcher drooled as he looked at Midoriya Izuku, saying terrible things. Midoriya calmly looked at the enemy in front of him and said just one sentence:

"Steel Wire Technique: Spider Web Formation!"

Steel wires shot out from the fixed "steel anchors" in various corners, and the steel wires from the "Death Gloves" also sprayed out, connecting with the steel anchors' wires instantly. Midoriya's formation was complete!

"Fresh, tasty meat!!"

Midoriya Izuku's actions further fueled the butcher's rampage. He charged directly at Midoriya, his massive body capable of crushing a person to death!

However, Midoriya's formation was already woven. Under his control, steel wires intercepted and formed a defensive net in front of him. Just like when the werewolf threw a car at Midoriya, the fat butcher was bounced back by the steel wire defense net, crashing into a row of iron barrels!

The butcher, who hadn't yet gotten up, threw his meat hook at Midoriya again, intending to break through the steel wire defense net with the hook!

In mid-air, the meat hook stopped halfway, completely fixed by the steel wires like a spider web. The butcher couldn't retrieve the hook. Now, Midoriya wasn't just relying on his own strength to fight the enemy!

The steel wires passed through the meat hooks in the slaughterhouse, and Midoriya used them as pulleys to enhance his strength. The butcher was actually being suppressed by Midoriya!

"Brat!!"

Unable to retrieve the meat hook, the butcher got angry and shouted at Midoriya, then charged at him again!

"Binding Web!"

Midoriya activated his move to capture the enemy. Layers of steel wire webs wrapped around the butcher, completely binding the enemy who was charging at Midoriya. With the support of dozens of meat hooks, the butcher was completely immobilized!

"Is it done!?"

Seeing the butcher tightly bound, Midoriya Izuku breathed a sigh of relief. Facing such a dangerous enemy on his own was quite stressful. After all, he was just a second-year middle school student who should be studying diligently!

"Kid, I really want to taste your flesh more and more!"

The butcher stared at Midoriya with a sinister grin, drooling so much that the ground was soaked! In Midoriya's shocked eyes, the enemy began to break free from the steel wires with all his might. The wires had cut deeply into the butcher's flesh, and blood was flowing out!

"Stop it! You'll seriously hurt yourself!!"

Midoriya Izuku hurriedly shouted to stop the enemy. He knew very well that the thin steel wires could be used as blades in special situations. The butcher was acting recklessly, trying to break free while being tightly bound by the wires. This could result in his flesh being sliced like a thousand cuts!

"My Quirk! It's not just about eating!!"

The butcher laughed crazily as the steel wires finally snapped, but his body was in a terrible state, looking like it had been shaved by a knife, with blood everywhere!

Then, his wounds began to heal quickly. The previously injured flesh instantly recovered, making Midoriya Izuku's eyes widen in horror!!

"Brat, you'll make up for the flesh I lost!!"

The butcher attacked Midoriya Izuku again!!
