A / N: I decided to edit the past chapters, solving the grammatical and plot errors I found. If any information is changed, it will be announced in later chapters. I'm probably going to change the personalities of some NPC's as they are pretty similar and generic in my opinion.

In a Maid cafe located inside a huge flying citadel, two figures were drinking tea facing each other.
One looked like a girl in her early teens; she has platinum hair and amber eyes. The other looked to be in her early twenties and has white hair and bright pink eyes.
"Eve-sama, this...I don't know if this would work...", the older-looking woman said hesitantly.
The younger girl raised her eyebrow and replied," Ponder: So you think my plan is going to go wrong huh, Selena."
"E-Eh?! T-That's not it, Eve-sama! How could I have the audacity to claim such a thing? It's just that...," Selena flinched shyly," I don't think I'll be of much help...I'm not good at pretending at all. All I can do is heal and protect..."
"Explanation: And that's exactly why you're perfect for the role. I don't need you to pretend for my plan to succeed. I need someone who can heal the wounds of the body, mind, and heart. And out of everyone here, Selena, as head of the Healing division, you are the ideal candidate", Eve said with conviction.
However, Selena still didn't seem very confident about herself.
Seeing Selena's lack of self-confidence, Eve sighed, then watched her own reflection in her tea with a wistful expression. "Nostalgia: You know, a long time ago, I met a very special woman. So special that all creatures loved her and would do anything for her."
Listening to Eve telling her something about her past, Selena glowed with interest. "A special woman that all creatures loved her? There was really someone like that in the past? What was so special about her?"
"Acknowledgment: Such a woman did exist", Eve answered and took a sip of tea. 'I mean, she did exist in one of the classic adventure video games I played at the hospital, so I guess that counts as existing.'
Eve then continued, "But she didn't have any special powers. Everything she did went wrong, and it seemed like she had no talent for anything."
Selena looked at Eve in confusion. "Eh? So how could she be special?"
"Reply: Because she had something that nobody else had back then, which was a time of rampant wars. She had compassion and love for everyone, no matter what race they were. In her life, she suffered a lot, but even in pain and suffering, she sacrificed herself to help others with a smile on her face. And one day, a god was delighted with the woman's love and self-sacrifice to those in need, and blessed her with the power of healing."
Eve paused for a second and glanced at Selena, who seemed very focused on the story. "After being blessed with a God-given power, the woman set out on a journey to heal not only people but the world itself. On her journey, she came across many different races and creatures, making connections and friends along the way. It was a difficult journey in the beginning, but because of her good heart, she easily conquered the trust and affection of many. At the end of her journey, she managed to heal the world, and everyone lived in a time of peace and harmony. After managing to fulfill her life goal, she passed away with a satisfied smile. This woman became known as 'The Saint'.
'The real story is that she healed and captured the hearts of every prince in every nation in the world, creating for herself a gigantic reverse harem, and after saving the world she lived happily with all her harem, but I can't say that to Selena.' Eve thought as she turned her face, unable to look Selena, who was really fascinated by the story, in the eyes.
"Heeeh~! What an interesting story, Eve-sama. I wish I had known such an exceptional Healer!", Selena commented with a smile.
"Statement: Sadly, she was long gone. But you remind me a lot of her, Selena. After all, I created you in her image. Even your name is the same", Eve said, surprising Selena.
It was true. When Eve, or rather Suzuki, was in her teenage phase, in addition to playing YGGDRASIL, she played many shoujo games. Among the shoujo games she played, the one that stuck with her the most was a fantasy game called 'Selena's Fantasy.' It was a pretty cliche fantasy shoujo game, with heroes, demon kings, and so on; but the most interesting mechanic of the game was being able to collect all the princes from different countries for your harem, each with its unique characteristics.
At that time, Eve loved the game's protagonist, and because of that, she created an NPC based on her personality and appearance. That's how Selena was created.
"Such a thing...I...I don't even know what to say...", Selena stammered, a little shaken.
"Demand: Don't think too much about it. My point, Selena, is that just like 'The Saint', you are also special. You have a kind heart and you don't turn your back on other people's suffering; you are also the first one to worry about me when something happens. You don't have to pretend, you just have to be yourself, and that's why you're perfect for the role. So please, have more confidence in yourself, will you?", Eve said with a snort.
Selena lowered her head and didn't answer. Eve looked at her with soft eyes.
"Ultimatum: I'm not trying to force you into this, Selena. You can decline if you want, and I'll find another candidate. But if you're thinking about refusing because you don't have confidence in yourself, then you just need to believe in me who believes in you."
Selena widened her eyes.
'Eve-sama said that she believes in me...She believes in me...Hehe...', she thought with a grin on her face. 'Eve-sama is right. I don't have confidence in myself, but I don't need to believe in myself, I just need to believe Eve-sama, who believes in me!'
Rising abruptly from her chair with fire in her eyes, Selena exclaims, "Eve-sama, leave it to me! I'll bring them all to their knees!"
"Satisfied: Umu. That's what I wanted to hear." Eve responded with a slight smile.
I planned this chapter to be longer, but since the conversation was a bit long, I decided to split it into two parts, so the chapter is a little shorter than usual.
Anyway, what's Eve planning, huh?
