Reborn in the World of Oshi no Ko

On a quiet spring day in Tokyo, the city was waking up with the sunlight illuminating its streets. In a modest house, there was a baby of a few months in his crib. His eyes were open, and if you looked closely, you could see that these eyes were very curious and intelligent.

This baby was named Ishida Levi, although he looked like a baby like all the others, he was a person who had been reincarnated, 'Who would have thought that I would die drawing.... ' thought Levi.

'Well, it's weirder that I've been reincarnated... but shouldn't I be in some kind of fantasy world with swords and magic? Why am I in the same world as in my previous life?' thought Levi with annoyance. On one hand, he was happy to be able to continue living. On the other annoyed that he wasn't reborn in an exciting world of epic battles and adventures.

'Although I guess this is better for me. I wouldn't be used to risking my life in a fight to the death,' thought Levi, sighing. If his parents saw him it would be kind of weird and funny that a baby of a few months old was making such a gesture.

Levi in his previous life was a great otaku, who loved manga and anime, especially manga, as he dedicated all his short life to improving the techniques of his drawings taking as reference many Japanese and even Korean mangakas.

His talent as a draftsman was very high since he was a child, and every day he perfected it more and more. To his bad luck, when his drawing skills were at their peak, and he was ready to start creating his manga, he died at the age of 15.

The cause? Spending hours and hours drawing without rest. Without taking care of his health. Not go to school as he was antisocial and making money by uploading drawings to the web.

Now once his little hands grow up he will get back on track and go straight to creating his manga, 'This time I'll create my damn manga,' thought Levi determined as he involuntarily fell asleep. His baby body was less resilient than he thought.

Five months flew by, although for Levi it didn't, being a baby and having the mind of a young man was not pleasant at all. First of all, he couldn't do anything on his own, his diapers had to be changed, which was embarrassing, and he even had to drink milk from his mother's breast again, which sometimes made him not want to be reincarnated.

Finally, after five months, he achieved his first goal: to be able to crawl. This in itself was a great achievement. His parents when they saw him crawling with all his strength cheered him with big smiles, even his older sister, who was five years old and always bothered him, also applauded and had a big smile on her face.

This was an achievement out of the ordinary since babies take between 7 to 10 months to be able to crawl.

One day like any other day, Levi crawled towards the TV where his sister was watching a program with great enthusiasm in her face. Out of curiosity, he looked towards the TV to see what was making her so excited.

When he saw this program, he noticed that it was some kind of concert. When he could see the main person, he noticed that it was some kind of idol. When he saw her face, Levi's eyes opened abruptly with great surprise, 'What the fuck!?' thought Levi.

'That's Ai Hoshino!' exclaimed Levi in his mind remembering the manga that quickly became famous in his previous life.

He never expected him to be reincarnated in this world of idols, shows, and stuff. Noting Ai's appearance and the fame she had in this concert, he concluded that she most likely already has twins Aqua and Ruby, although they are most likely babies like him.

Levi read the Oshi no Ko manga, although due to his untimely death, he was unable to witness the ending. He remembered that Ai would die in a couple of years, but there was little he could do as a baby or toddler. Besides, he didn't even know where she lived to try to warn her, and if he did manage to warn the police, they would treat him like a child wanting attention.

'I guess it's a canon event,' Levi thought with a small hand on his chin.

He didn't know where she lived to go help her. At what point would it happen, and by his means, it was impossible to act as he would be a brat with no strength against a psychopathic grown man, 'Wait... Now that I remember Ai had sent Aqua and Ruby to a preschool, though I have no idea which one of the ones in Tokyo,' Levi thought.

He had read the manga in his previous life and had been entertained by it, though it wasn't his favorite manga and was mostly a quick read. Ai's death gave him a momentary sadness, but knowing that he is in this world and that the person is a few years away from being killed left Levi with a different feeling.

Also, this will make Aqua and Ruby the main characters go into depression and have some psychological problems, 'Even so with my small body it's hard to save her,' Levi thought. He couldn't think of any way to save her.

He gave up on this issue. Remembering that he was in another world, his mind clicked, 'Wait... this world doesn't have the sleeves of my past life...' thought Levi as a small smile formed on his mouth.

A new idea started to form in his mind, 'I can recreate the most famous manga of my past life and revolutionize the manga and anime industry of this world,' he thought, remembering that in this world manga were not a big deal compared to the manga of his past life.

Besides, his passion was drawing. He wasn't very good at creating stories, but he enjoyed reading or watching them, although he didn't remember to the letter all the details of manga like One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, etc.

By just remembering much of the plot and a few fundamental things, it makes it all easier.

'With my drawing skills and the most famous manga of my past life, I will become the best mangaka in this world!' thought Levi with excitement on his baby face.

'And I will be able to make a living from drawing, as I will earn millions,' he thought feeling his blood rush to his little head and getting a little dizzy with excitement.

Being a cartoonist was a job that didn't pay very well, especially if you wanted to be a mangaka, although drawing was a great determinant, if your story is crap no one will read it, and you will earn very little money.

What many cartoonists did was draw erotic scenes and all kinds of fetishes, but Levi was against doing such drawings, mostly because it was not what he liked to draw.

The only idea he could think of to try to save her was to enter the same preschool as her children, then become friends with them and go to her house every day, since he doesn't know the exact day of the stalker's attack, then when that day happens try to do something with his little body.

This plan had many flaws. First of all, he didn't know which preschool Aqua and Ruby would go to. For another, Aqua and Ruby were reincarnated so becoming friends with these two people would be very difficult or almost impossible. The only way is to pretend to be Ai's fan since they in the manga were crazy fans of their mother, 'No... I don't even know the name of any of Ai's songs...' thought Levi shaking his head.

Another problem was that, if he managed to befriend these two specimens, he needed to get them to invite him to their house. This is even more difficult since Ai is hiding that she has children, so she won't let anyone know, especially since his parents would have to go looking for him.

And even if he somehow manages to accomplish all these things, there is still the final and most important step: confronting the stalker, which being a 4-year-old (for that time), would be very dangerous and would only be putting his new life at risk, something he is not willing to do unless he is very sure.

As he was about to give up on Ai, he heard a doorbell ring in his mind.

'What!!?' exclaimed Levi in his mind in surprise. It was the third time he was so surprised in his life. The first was when he was reincarnated. The second was when he saw Ai on TV and now getting a system... not a manga store.
