"Oh now do you understand ? You have been eating the flesh of the animals you hunt since last two and half years. The simple difference being I just felt generous and cooked them for you."

His word kept playing in my head.

All the pain, all the sufferings I went through..... Everything.....

He made everything meaningless with just a few words.

He made me the very thing that I didn't want to become...., an animal.

He really turned me into a monster. Now I wonder who exactly he is ? The world Nobels, call themselves gods. Maybe they are truly gods.

Till now I have thought of them as demons. But the truth was I am the demon. I was the demon all along. And if I am the demon, then it will be my job to kill all the Gods.

*Breathing heavily*

Now that I think about it, there was not much difference in taste between human flesh and the flesh of a sea king. Sum of them tasted different but not much.

"Hehe hahahaha !"

I went forward to the platter. I didn't know why I was laughing like a mad man. Wait I am a woman.

"Hehe hahahaha !"

The amount of meat, the god has given me this time is thrice the amount of my usual meal. It won't completely fill me up but it was in to regain some strength.

"Hehe hahahaha !"

I picked up a piece of meat and started chewing. It was plain roasted meet without any seasoning, not even salt.

But still it somehow tasted better than the boar meat I have eaten back in the dawn Island.

I savoured the sensation of the meat in my mouth, embracing myself for truly what I am. I wonder how the flesh of a God would taste like. Maybe I should try it out in the upcoming event. I won't have the luxury to try it out with seasoning or roasting. I will have to satisfy myself with raw flesh. But it is fine too. I just want to savour the flesh of those Gods.

"Hehe hahahaha !"

A hysterical laugh sent chills down everyone's spine who heard it. Including the CP agent who came to take Maki away. The laugh was not high. But anyone who heard it understood very well....a true monster has been born.

As her last laugh died down, Maki stood up and devoured all the meat infront of her in an instant.

The CP agent came forward but stumbled and fell on his knees when he saw Maki. Her expressionless face was too calm. She was not leaking any haki, but the agent felt like he will pass out at any moment.

Fortunately he was not an ordinary cp member. He was assigned to serve one of the God's knight. Obviously he belonged to the strongest force in the CP organisation, the CP 0. So he managed to hold himself and proceeded to follow his orders.

"Saint Nusjuro, I don't see why you are concerning yourself so much for a mere slave ?"

V. Nusjuro narrowed his eyes on the leader of the God's knight, Saint Figerland Gingerling. He was the highest ranking world Nobel after the five elders. And in terms of actual strength he was just below the five elders.

Nusjuro still remembers when he felt that haki what the first time. Ever since then, whenever he went to check on that special slave of saint Figerland Gingering, he was astonished everytime by it's haki that was getting stronger instead of getting weaker.

Among all the five elders, Nusjuro was the most capable fighter and has years of experience. So he knew that the longer they kept that slave alive the more problem you will create for them in the future.

"I am telling you from my experience Saint Figerland... The Marine who has eaten op op fruit has yet to be captured. You are one of the finest world Noble till now, after us. So I don't want any mishaps happening to you before you get your perpetual youth." V. Nusjuro spoke with concern.

"You should not worry about that elder. That slave is a rare rabbit in the upcoming native hunting competition." Gingerland spoke trying to assure the elder.

"I agree with him." Saint Topman Warcury spoke up. "And besides, I am going to this year's native hunting competition anyway. So you can rest assured."

With this, Nusjuro calmed down.

All the rare rabbits for the upcoming native hunting competition were put into a single cage. Leaving Maki, there were 14 other rare rabbits. Four of them were considered as wolves because of there constant winning in the weekly matches of the arena. The rest of rabbits were considered as problematic slaves.

After the cage was loaded into the ship of the world government, it was covered with a dark cloth cutting off the light from outside world.

"This is going to be our last struggle before they kill us." A male rabbit spoke up.

"Yeah ! For them we are nothing but animals. I don't want to die. I just want to go back to my family." Another male rabbit spoke up.

"But wanting something won't get you the thing. Do you think anyone of us here wants to die ? But our fate is already sealed. So the only thing we can do now is to struggle. Sometime I wonder why am I even struggling this much."Another male rabbit spoke up.

"Hey, I heard that they will free us from our explosive collars during the hunting. Why don't we try to kill one of those bastards. We are going to die anyway. Let's kill at least one of them. At least that way we will show them that they are know gods. They are humans exactly like us." A female rabbit suggested.

I was listening to their conversation. It doesn't matter what they say. At the end of the day they were on rabbits who were going to be hunted down.

West blue right ?

If what I have heard about the scheduled is correct then it will take them roughly 7 days to reach there.

'let these rabbits live a little longer.'
