(T/N: Enjoy!!)

<><><><><><>

Seeing Byakuya knock Jack to the ground with a single slash, Aokiji and Reisun were both dumbfounded, their eyes nearly popping out of their heads.

It would have made more sense if Kaido replaced Byakuya in this scenario.

However, seeing Byakuya, whose body size was much smaller compared to Jack's, deliver such a devastating blow was genuinely shocking.

When Byakuya sheathed his sword, Aokiji and Reisun assumed he had given up the fight against Jack.

Despite Jack's apparent pain, the damage he sustained was not severe, and he could still stand up and continue fighting.

"Byakuya, you should rest for a while. Leave the rest to me." Aokiji thought that Byakuya had already released his full strength, which made him believe that he was out of breath.

"Admiral Aokiji, there's no need for you to intervene. I'm fine," Byakuya replied.

Aokiji insisted, "You've put away your sword. There's no need to push yourself further."

Byakuya didn't respond verbally, instead signalling for Aokiji to stay out of the fight.

Watching this, Reisun thought Byakuya was being foolishly stubborn, refusing to admit defeat.

Everyone knows that a swordsman's strength decreases significantly once they lose their sword.

Even the world's greatest swordsman, Dracule Mihawk, wouldn't be an exception.

Yet Byakuya had voluntarily sheathed his sword and still intended to continue the fight. Was he seeking death?

If Byakuya continued with this kind of arrogant confidence, no matter how talented he was, he would eventually die at the hands of another powerful opponent.

Reisun's opinion of Byakuya dropped even further. However, Byakuya was well aware that Aokiji and Reisun doubted him, but he couldn't be bothered to explain.

The results would speak for themselves once the fight was over. In truth, Byakuya was at his strongest without using his sword.

Did they really think the "One Punch Man" template was just for show?

Jack staggered to his feet, feeling the pain in his tusks, his rage growing. He charged at Byakuya again: "You little brat, you've really pissed me off!"

Byakuya calmly responded, "I'm going to teach you, beast, how to speak properly."

As Jack rushed toward him, Byakuya spread his arms and took a half-step back with one foot, making no move to dodge.

Aokiji exclaimed in surprise, "Is he planning to take the hit head-on?"

Reisun silently cursed, thinking that if Byakuya wanted to die, he didn't need to make it so obvious.

Who in their right mind would try to take on a mammoth head-on? Was this something a carbon-based life form could do?

Seeing Byakuya's seemingly provocative stance made Jack even angrier. His already fast speed increased further. He roared, "I'm going to squash you like a bug today!"

The two spear-like tusks, under Jack's control, aimed straight for Byakuya. With Jack's beast's acceleration, even a sturdy castle would be shattered by such an impact.

Despite this, Byakuya's eyes remained calm. He planted his feet firmly, twisted his waist, and concentrated his strength in his hands. Byakuya shouted, "Stop right there!"

He firmly grabbed Jack's long tusks with both hands, his muscles bulging with immense power. The violent force was transmitted from the tusks to Jack's body.

Under Jack's charge, Byakuya was pushed back half a meter, leaving two deep grooves in the ground from his feet.

After moving back half a meter, Jack could no longer advance even an inch despite all his effort.

The scene of a man and a beast locked in a standoff was intense.

Aokiji couldn't fathom how Byakuya's relatively normal-looking body could harbour such terrifying power.

Before he could dwell on it, Byakuya, having stopped Jack, swiftly appeared beside the tusk.

Byakuya's right fist struck down on the tusk, which already had a half-inch-deep cut.

"Normal Punch" With a light command from Byakuya, the ten-meter-long tusk snapped off cleanly.

Jack let out a heart-wrenching scream that abruptly stopped as Byakuya grabbed the other tusk and punched it again.

Each of Byakuya's punches sent violent vibrations through the tusk to Jack's head, making him feel as if his brain was buzzing more than feeling the pain.

Jack collapsed to the ground, his eyes blank and his limbs twitching uncontrollably. Anyone would be in shock after such an ordeal.

Even Aokiji and Reisun were alarmed by Byakuya's brutal actions.

This was like facing a human-shaped monster! Byakuya then kicked Jack in his relatively soft belly with such force that Jack felt as if his organs were shattered.

Jack was sent flying over a hundred meters, crashing into a small hill, flattening it, and sending up a cloud of dust and debris.

Byakuya happily picked up the two pristine tusks. They were incredibly tough, able to withstand his normal punches.

If Jack himself had taken those punches, he would have been turned into meat pieces. These tusks were valuable collectibles.

Who else could boast of having a billion-berry pirate's tusk as a trophy? And this pirate was one of Kaido's top three disasters.

Although this act was a clear provocation to Kaido, Byakuya didn't care.

If Kaido was dissatisfied, let him come. Another pair of dragon horns would make a fine addition to the collection.

While Byakuya was lost in thought, a voice suddenly echoed in his mind:

[Identified forgeable items: Tusk x2]

[Recycle value: 100 World Energy Points each, recycle?]

'What? These things can be recycled, and what's the meaning of forgeable items?'

Byakuya curiously examined the tusks in his hands but didn't immediately decide.

He wasn't in urgent need of the 200 World Energy Points. It was better to understand their actual value first.

Byakuya suddenly felt that killing Jack wasn't necessary.

The World Energy Points gained from Jack's death wouldn't be significantly more than the value of the tusks.

It might be more beneficial to let Jack regrow his tusks and harvest them again. After all, this approach was sustainable, promoting resource recycling...

Thinking of this, Byakuya unconsciously have a wretch smile on his face.
