In a house located on the edge of Midway Forest

'Dadan, we've come again' shouted a small old man wearing a striped hat with a stick in his hand when he saw a middle-aged woman with orange hair in the yard.

'Dadan-san, is there any change in Luffy?' asked a young woman next to the old man, the young woman had a black-haired appearance and wore a bandana on her head.

'Oh Mayor, Makino you guys have come' replied a middle-aged woman sitting in front of the courtyard named dadan

'There's still no change in Luffy, and he's still asleep' She continued.

'What exactly is going on with Luffy, even the Navy doctor who was previously brought in by Garp-san can't explain anything' said the black-haired young woman named Makino

'We can only wait for Garp. earlier, he said he would bring a great doctor' Said the old man called Mayor

'Is Garp here yet?' asked Dadan.

'Yes, I saw that his ship has docked while on its way here' replied Mayor

'I'll go in to see Luffy first Mayor, Dadan-san' Makino said.

'Yes' replied Dadan and Mayor

Mayor and Dadan then continued talking about other things while waiting for Garp's arrival.

Not long after came an old man who was almost 3 meters tall with a scar on his left eye, the old man had a stocky body and muscles that looked very solid on his arms and he looked very strong.

While the other old man although not as tall and did not have as much muscle as the first old man, he also had a body that looked stocky and muscular, he also looked strong. This old man had a crocus flower on his head and was holding a suitcase in his right hand.

'Mayor, Dadan' said the old man who looked very strong.

'How is my grandson doing?

The old man called Garp then nodded to Dadan and Major. Then the four of them entered the house and entered the room where Luffy was sleeping.

Inside, they saw Makino who was sitting beside the bed along with several other people who were Dadan's men cleaning the body of someone on the bed who was none other than Luffy.

'Garp-san' Makino said seeing someone who suddenly entered the room.

'Oh Makino, you cleaned Luffy's body again. Thank you for taking care of my grandson' Garp said.

'No problem Garp-san, I've always thought of Luffy as my little brother. And as a big sister, I have to take care of him when he's sick' Makino said while ruffling Luffy's hair which had become quite long.

Garp smiled at Makino's words, then said to Makino

'Makino, let this man check Luffy's condition first and hold off on cleaning Luffy's body'

'Alright Garp-san' Makino said then left from the bedside and was followed by dadan's men.

After that, Crocus immediately sat by the bed and started checking Luffy's body condition.

'How long has he been sleeping like this?' Crocus asked.

'About 6 months' Dadan replied, as the owner of the house where Luffy lived, of course she knew best when Luffy first fell asleep.

'Then, it was around May. Then is there any noticeable change in him?'

'I think it's his height' This time it was Makino who answered, since she was the one in charge of cleaning Luffy, of course all the changes that happened to Luffy she knew about it.

'Yes, Luffy was originally a little shorter than me but in the past few months Luffy has become taller and taller. According to the men I asked, a significant increase in height should happen around the age of 17 to 20. But Luffy is currently not even 15 years old'

Crocus nodded at Makino's words and started thinking

'So it's not a Devil Fruit then, I'll check his blood first. Maybe I can find something' Crocus said then opened the suitcase and took out a small knife and a small tube to store Luffy's blood.

They then followed Crocus' advice and stood around it, then Makino asked Crocus because she couldn't hold her curiosity.

'Doctor, what exactly is Garp-san going to do?

'Hm, you'll find out soon' Crocus said after using his Kenbunshoku Haki and seeing that Garp was ready to take action.

After seeing Dadan, Makino, Major and the others had moved away. Garp took a deep breath then used the Haoshoku Haki Infusion technique on his fist and adjusted the Haoshoku Haki to be used.

'Hopefully this will work' Garp said then he looked at Luffy who was on the bed and continued to say with a slightly raised voice

'Time to wake up Luffy!

But just as Garp's fist was about to hit Luffy, something happened.

The sleeping Luffy suddenly opened his eyes, and had also used the Haoshoku Haki Infusion technique on his fist. Then his fist quickly blocked Garp's fist which seemed to be moving slowly towards his body.

Garp of course saw this, but the movement made by Luffy was too fast and he didn't have time to retract his fist and then

'BOOM!'

A loud explosion occurred along with a strong shockwave and caused the house to be destroyed instantly. Even the ground around was destroyed.

Among the debris of the house that was destroyed and blown away by the shockwave, Garp was also mixed in. And the reason Garp was blown away, it was because the Haoshoku Haki he used was very little compared to Luffy.

Garp who was blown away, landed near Crocus, Dadan, Makino, Major and others

Then Luffy who was in the center of the explosion suddenly appeared in front of him and then, Luffy who appeared in front of him opened his arms wide and hugged him
