The final act (1)

3rd Person POV

The beginning of Jackson's fight. The first to attack was Jackson. Since he was already outnumbered and at a serious disadvantage, he should at least take the initiative and momentum.

Using soru he appeared behind vice-admiral Tsuru in the time one would need to blink but the moment he raised his sword he needed to defend from ice spears that shot at him at supersonic speed.

Each one of them as heavy as a truck, and harder then steel yet they were all shattered. Tokikake shot bullets at him that were clad in hardened armament haki, while Gion and Tsuru positioned themselves to Jackson's side and behind.

Jackson foresaw that the later was going to use the Rokuogan, while the former applied advanced armament haki to her sword. Both Attacks were able to break his natural defense and do serious damage if he didn't counter or defend, yet doing so would give Kuzan the opportunity to follow up with more attacks.

He could only disengage at this moment yet a bullet from Tokikae, who foresaw his retreat grazed past his left cheek.

Not waiting long, Jackson used his speed form, to avoid being put in a similar position while rushing toward Tokikae.

The sound barrier was broken multiple times as he even used soru to reach Tokikate. A loud explosion like noise and strong wind pressure raged in this fight's area as Tokikake was attacked but instead of retreating, he defended himself with a combination of tekkai and armament haki.

Outrunning or Dodging Jackson in his speed form was impossible for anyone who wasn't Kizaru but in exchange for this much speed his strength decreased by a large margain.

Applying both, advanced armament and conqueror's haki on his sword still left quite a cut on Tokikake, yet it wasn't anything near enough to cause a serious injury or take him out of this fight.

Instead after the attack connected, despite it's low effectiveness, Ice pillar raised around the foreseeing vice-admiral, hindering the young pirate from rushing at him in a straight line again.

With his current speed, dodging the incoming female vice-admirals wasn't a problem, even the flying attacks they send, But Tokikake was trickier.

Since he could foresee the future like Jackson can, He would know when and where to aim. He forces him to use his foresight in order to counter his, leaving Jackson with only the basic observation haki and instincts to dodge the other three fighters.

Every time when Gion swings her sword, windstorms roar creating a huge flying slash attack that can split almost the whole Groove.

Tsuru on the other hand analyzes every decision and move Jackson makes during the fight. Making use of his speed form, Jackson once again rushed forward, breaking the ground under his steps as he accelerates against towards Tsuru.

During the dash, he changed from his speed form to his muscle form, while keeping the momentum and adding power as he pushes [ACE] forward in a piercing motion.

*BOOm*

Suddenly a thick ice wall raised, turning black after Tsuru put her hand on- and covering it with her haki. It broke under Jackson's powerful attack yet, the person appearing in front of him wasn't Tsuru but Tokikake.

He starts shooting at him again, both with bullets and with rankyaku.

"Black Getsuge Tenshou!"

Being forced to use foresight again, showed that dodging in his muscle form, wasn't going to work so he decided to counterattack instead.

The large, dark and red, sword slash shot forward, tearing and cutting everything in it's path apart, even installing a sense of dread and fear in the four fighters from the navy.

Having to use foresight out of his rhythm just to counter Tokikake's limits Jackson greatly, given that this is a fight 4 on 1.

With the 2 vice-admirals as front fighters, Kuzan as an all rounder and Tokikake being the support, they successfully fought and pushed Jackson back. One injury after another slowly started appearing on his body.

Kuzan rushes at Jackson, with a huge ice spear behind him, but since he is in his muscle form it won't be a problem for the young pirate to break it.

The problem is that they are attacking him from 3 sites akin to a triangle formation while the male vice-admiral keeps check on all possible escape routes.

Jackson already saw that if he tries to transform into his speed form, Tokikake would should to interrupt him, where as if he tries to disengage while in the muscle form he won't have time to prepare his stance for either counter of defense.

Covering both his body and sword with conqueror's haki he shot a gigantic Black Getsuga Tenshou towards Tsuru, before preparing to receive Kuzan's ice spear with his sword.

The big idea is, that his enhanced defense in this form, paired with conqueror's haki covering should tank enough of Gion's damage while he blocks Kuzan.

If Kuzan successfully attacks him with his ice and manages to freeze or partly freeze his body to the bone, Jackson's chances of survival would fall dramatically.

Yet two things happened that he didn't expect. The first one being Gion stabbing her sword into his side despite the conqueror's haki and making a long cut.

And the second one, Tsuru managing to evade the gigantic Black Getsuga Tenshou, by activating her devil fruit powers on herself, allowing her to deliver a haki enhanced Rokuogan from Jackson's other side.

"BLERGH!!!"

Abusing his condition, Kuzan prepared another attack, as ice started covering his, while both the vice-admirals to his sides got ready for another attack.

Tokikake and Jackson used foresight at the same time, which showed a surprise to both of them. Jackson retreated backwards trying to get away as far as possible from them, prompting the marines to quickly follow after they just inflicted such injuries.

"Fall back!"

Yet, the sudden shout from Tokikake stopped them. Just not fast enough. Still, sensing a sudden threat both the vice-admirals tried to retreat yet a wide and strong light laser shot into their mid.

The resulting Explosion was so huge, that all four were engulfed. Still, since they dodged the main attack, the laser itself, and defended themselves against the flames in time, no one was seriously injured, just shocked. What they just saw, was more than unexpected.

"That was Kizaru's move." (Tsuru.)

Augur provided help using the newly installed mod to his sniper after giving the report on the day before.

The shot just now, was as powerful as the one Kizaru used to fell one of the Grooves trees but it used up a power unit, which provides 20 shots, instantly.

Augur didn't have time to think about it, as a huge Ice spear came flying at him with supersonic speed.

Jumping down to dodge was only partially successful as half of his body got engulfed by the ice that expanded once the ice spear drilled into the tree.

While falling, Augur noticed the others to be in difficult positions yet since his whole right side was frozen he had to shoot with his left hand without properly taking aim like he would from a pistol.

Still Augur shot at Crocodile, Moria and Alman. Still his own situation wasn't idle since he would most probably dye from falling of such a height and even if he survived the initial fall, his complete right sight would shatter, which would still kill him.

Jackson who sensed Augur's presence growing weaker as he was falling begun to clench his fists and teeth in anger while pouring more haki into [ACE], yet he managed to calm down after sensing that Augur got saved by Enel.

He didn't know yet, how and why Enel appeared there but for now this was good enough. Focusing back on the fight he noticed that his body had suffered to much damage from the attacks before.

Both Gion and Tsuru, did a lot of internal damage, that hindered him from fighting at full power from then on.

As the fight continued, the more the marines pushed Jackson in a corner, nearly killing him multiple times until a huge lightning rain interrupted them.

As he was debating whether he should use his final trump card, which at the same time was practically a death sentence for him Enel appeared next to Jackson.

"How come you are here? I don't think you could have beaten Doflamingo already. No forget it. Do you know where the others went? They left my sensing area."

Jackson found Enel's appearance on this battlefield strange, considering that Doflamingo isn't easy to beat and that he should have gone helping the others.

"Old man Rayleigh appeared and forced that Doflamingo to retreat. He, together with Tom and Shakky were carrying the others, back to the ship, since before including Augur."

Enel's words made Tsuru's expression grow dark. It was okay even if this newbie wanted to help his captain but if both Rayleigh and Shakky for whatever reason involve themselves, things could turn on them.

"Admiral Aokiji. I fear we will have to give the signal now."

"I understand."

Kuzan made a huge beard of ice fly up, even above the trees before coming down in form of snow. Despite Kuzan having the higher rank, he still valued Tsuru's opinion and evaluation of the situation to follow her suggestion.

Jackson didn't know what that signal was used for but it couldn't be good for him.

"We have to hurry and get away from here."

"I agree."

As Jackson was mumbling to himself, an old man's voice resounded near him. Rayleigh landed next to him and Enel, making the marines tense.

Even though Jackson is severely injured, he never stopped fighting fiercely like at the beginning and now with two more helpers on their side it could get complicated.

"Old man, how are the others?"

"Pretty bad to be honest. Many are on the verge of death and the doctor isn't in any condition to operate. The silver lining is that he didn't loose consciousness, so maybe Shakky and Tom can prevent some of them from dying."

Hearing all this made Jackson worry more than he should given their current situation.

"Rayleigh, what are you doing there? Don't you know the consequences that will follow if you interfere now?"

"Hm? Tsuru-chan, good seeing you again!"

"...What about this situation is good in your eyes?"

The two somehow knew each other and Jackson could imagine how it came to be. Still this wasn't neither the right place nor the right time for a little chat.

"Anyways Tsuru-chan, I fear that you will have to might me, if you want to stop this young people."

As Rayleigh said that, he took out his sword from it's scabbard and released his conqueror's haki.

"Are you ready for round 2?" (Jackson and Rayleigh)
