Chapter 276: Enel`s Defeat

"Gomu Gomu no Rifle," Luffy said as he twisted his arm and stretched it even further. He released the twist and launched his hand towards Enel and hit his stomach. 

At the same time Alvida came down from the sky. Her fingers closed around Seraphina's handle. She swung her mace down with all her strength. "Kanabo Swing," Alvida shouted as she hit Enel in the head. 

In a cataclysmic convergence, both attacks struck Enel simultaneously. The impact was visceral, tearing through flesh and bone. His stomach crumpled inward, agony radiating from the epicenter. His liver ruptured. His eyes, once arrogant, were bloodshot red. The massive blow landed on his skull, reverberating through his entire body. Enel crumpled, colliding with the ground with a loud thud. Blood leaked onto his face. He gasped, as blood escaped his mouth.

Alvida jumped away. "Hey, that was mine," Luffy said as he stretched his hand back to normal. 

"He hurt my love," Alvida replied as she looked at Enel on the ground. 

Ben saw the two attacks hitting Enel. He thought the battle was different. Luffy fought Wyper and then got swallowed up by a large snake. This battle should have not happened here. Ben wondered why Enel was even here. He knew Gan Fall had not arrived yet so Enel came to Wyper and Luffy first. That must be a sheer coincidence he fought them, Ben thought. He thought either way, this worked well for him.

He flew down and saw Luffy throwing a tantrum. "It was my fight," Luffy repeated. 

"Hey Luffy," Ben remarked. 

"Ben, she was stealing my fight," Luffy said. He added, "We agreed it was my fight." He pouted. 

"We are an alliance, Luffy," Ben replied. He chuckled. 

Luffy pouted. "This is my fight," Luffy commented. 

"You did everything, so it is your win," Ben said. 

"Yes, I only wanted to give him a piece of my mind for hurting my love and the crew," Alvida said. Her tone of voice was serious. 

Ben smiled. He thought Alvida was precious, she truly was dedicated to him and the crew. He will give her a reward after this, there was a quest left as well. 

"You vermin," Enel shouted as he got up. Ben, Luffy and Alvida looked in the direction the voice came. They saw Enel, wobbling up. He looked in terrible shape. "I am a God, you will not defeat him,"

"He is annoying," Luffy said. 

"He is but he is desperate now, so he will be more dangerous," Ben added. 

Alvida and Luffy nodded. "That was a cheap attack, like ants, all together but I will kill you all," Enel shouted. "Thunderbird Funeral," Enel said as he launched multiple thunderbirds towards them. The thunderbirds travelled and headed towards them. Ben and Alvida jumped out of the way. The thunderbirds hit the ground and exploded. An electric discharge came off the ground. Ben and Alvida just dodged the sparks. 

Luffy ran through the thunderbirds. "Gomu Gomu no Bazooka," Luffy as he stretched his arms back and launched them forward towards Enel. He hit Enel in the stomach. Enel leaned forward as he got hit. He spat blood out and stumbled backwards. 

Enel grabbed Luffy's hand and tossed him into the air. At that moment, Ben flew towards Enel. "Demon Blast," Ben said as he fired a dark energy blast towards Enel. The blast came towards Enel and it went through him. Enel looked at Ben and smiled. 

"Slip Spin," Alvida said as she used her devil fruit to slide and spin in a circle. She put her mace in front of her. She spun towards Enel at rapid speed and hit in the chest with her mace. There was an imprint of the spikes on his chest. 

Enel let Luffy go and stumbled back. "Sea Prism," he muttered. Alvida stopped spinning. Enel looked at her. Her weapon looked unique. These two were the threats. Enel looked at Ben. 

"You are a particular vermin," Enel said. 

Ben thought, particular vermin was interesting. "Thunder Roar," Enel said as he shot off a massive forward beam of lightning towards Ben. The lightning raced towards Ben. 

"Gomu Gomu Balloon," Luffy said as he inflated himself rapidly through his mouth. His stomach got big. Luffy landed between Ben and Enel. His belly absorbed the lightning attack. "That tickled," Luffy remarked as he started to inflate back. 

Alvida came towards Enel and swung her mace at him. Enel quickly used his staff to block her mace. They both clashed. "Tell me are you the leader?" Enel asked. He smiled. 

Alvida looked disgusted. "You really are ugly," Alvida replied. 

Enel gritted his teeth. They both swung their weapons and clashed. Alvida jumped back. "I was going to offer you a place as priestess," Enel replied. 

Alvida's face did not change. "My love is all I need and I will be with him," Alvida declared. 

"Then I will kill him, all of you," Enel replied. 

"200,000,000 V Amaru," Enel said. His body transformed into pure, 200,000,000-volt electricity while growing in size to become a giant. His body was glowing blue. He had a large stomach. His hands were huge. However, he was panting. 

"You vermin, have witnessed my final form," Enel said as he spat blood. 

Luffy, Alvida and Ben stared at him. Luffy then ran up to him. Enel moved quickly and punched Luffy. Luffy went flying and hit the ground. "Ouch," Luffy remarked as he got up. 

"You okay?" Ben asked.

"I am fine, he is stronger," Luffy replied. 

Ben smiled. "We will beat him," Ben remarked.

Luffy smiled. "We will," Luffy added. He started to run towards Enel. "Gomu Gomu no Rifle," Luffy said as he twisted his arm and stretched it even further. He released the twist and launched his hand towards Enel. 

At that time, Alvida ran up to Enel. Her fingers gripped around Seraphina's handle. She swung her mace down with all her strength. "Kanabo Swing," Alvida said. 

"Demon Abyssal Lance," Ben said as he formed a spear-shaped projection of dark energy. He hurled it at high speed towards Enel. 

Luffy first hit Enel in the stomach. The large blue man bent forward due to the hit. He spat blood again. Alvida then smacked him in the head with her mace at full speed. He was launched into the air. He lost a tooth. Then Ben hit him with the lance. The lance went straight through him, piercing his body. Enel came back to the ground and hit it with a loud thud. His blue form went and he went back to normal. 

"I lost to vermin," he remarked as his eyes closed.
