Devil's Armor

I thought these guys are cool from the moment i saw them, they already started fighting! I want to make a good impression so i won't stay here watching with my hands crossed!!

"Hey captain!! I want to cut the distance between us and the enemy ship, can you do that for me?"

While Lever was thinking at choices, he lets out a grin followed by his next crew's instructions.

"Approach the ship and invade it!! Don't let a single hidden treasure slip!!"

With great leadership, the crewmates are pursuing the commands of Lever in no time and starts one on one fights with the enemy crew which had the same plan of getting closer to steal the treasures.

I guess this is truly what a pirate means! Fascinated by my comrade's fights, i hear the captain's voice.

"Wasn't your plan to get closer to the enemy ship? Now what you'll do?"

"I'll beat their asses!!"

"Show me of what you're capable!"

"Yes!!!"

Without thinking, i make my way through the useless individuals and go to their boss who was waiting in a vip room on the ship.

The ship was a big and round one, covered in gold paint and the figurehead of it is a lame one i can't lie, its their captain's head as a figurehead? You can't be serious looking at this.

Who this guy thinks he is?

"Bugu Bugu no!!"

I gathered strength in my hand's grip and...

"Forged Punch!!"

Destroy the boss wall's room.

"Who-WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!!"

The big boss pirate was looking in disbelief, i feel pity for the girls who are around him. Playing all bossy around here, isn't he ashamed?

"I'm Steel D. Friedrich! The one who will beat you and become The King of Pirates!"

"The King of Pirates?! Don't make me laugh brat!! Also aren't you from that bastard's ship who has the same dream as you?! What a shameless subordinate!!"

Am i the one shameless now...? he said "that bastard who has the same dream as you"....So Lever wants to do the same thing....I'm sorry for him but i can't let him achieve that...i will end the friendship with him from now on or what....?

"Huh! Think whatever you want!! While you do that i'll kill you!!" The bossy guy touches the gun trigger and a bullet with great speed is approaching aiming for my heart. Unfortunately....

These things won't work on me.

"Ah, i forgot to say...but i am a devil fruit user."

"The bullet stopped.....?!"

His jaw dropped and shouts in despair

"Th-That's impossible!!! What magic trick did you used brat?!"

"You didn't heard..?" Maybe he didn't pay attention or he is deaf..

"Double impossible!! You're saying that those type of things exists?! Don't play with me!!"

People really don't know that devil fruits exist...even though a long time ago i thought the same as them but it's really obscure...Most of Vice Admirals have these powers so i don't know why they're not that known.

"It's your problem if you think they exist or not...my problem is if i don't beat you, also i'd want you let those girls leave."

"Don't boss around brat!!!" He stood up and came to hit me, a real fool here ladies and gentlemen.

He successfully lands a hit on me and as successfully he destroyed his hand by himself. With my ability, blunt attacks with no great force doesn't work.

"You really are an idiot...As i've said, i ate the Bugu Bugu no mi and achieved the power of creating armors and weapons with materials, i've created a rock armor, hitting this it's like hitting cement with your bare hands."

After punched my armor, he fell on the floor screaming and squirming. I've thought that pirate captains aren't that weak and stupid....the sea surely is big.

"Hey, Fried!! You finished?"

One of my crewmates came to check if i managed to finish my fight. See? I'm quite a fighter!

The drawback of my abilities is that i can't use it if i don't have at least wood or rock with me, i can't use leaves in a fight after all. If i could have mithril or diamond with me i'd been unstoppable.

That's obviously if i can find those, i can't imagine getting them from some random island...

"Yeah, you took the treasures?"

"We took them! They're a good amount of gold!"

Seams like this idiot captain had value with him, good that i've defeated him! I didn't want less!

"What we do with him?" i point my finger to the man laying on the ground with girly tears in his eyes.

I wonder what's wrong with this guy....

"We leave him! Without any treasures, he will have no more his crew anyway. They left this place like some scared cats.."

His crewmates are alike his captain...huh....because i feel pity for him i throw a bag with gold to not starve if he somehow arrives on an island.

"Don't pick fights that you can't win, you'll seriously die...."

He nods and squeezes the bag i gave him. I hope he doesn't holds gratitude because i spared him...right?

Without additions i went to my captain to report our win, he seemed proud for all of us but especially for me.

I don't know what expectations had for my battle but i'm glad i managed to do my job, that guy was really weak though...

"How did you fight him? I heard rumors that said he was a strong guy!" a crewmate asks in curiosity.

"That guy....strong?"

"Yeah....he wasn't?"

"I don't know. I knocked him out pretty easily..."

"H-How may i ask?"

"Like this"

I use my fruit powers with a rock and i made a gauntlet.
