Olvia Pov

Garp the Fist. The hero of the marines and one of the strongest marines. When I realised who was standing in front of me I was terrified, thinking that he came to catch me. I was afraid that my past might have caught me. It isn't that I am afraid of getting caught but it's because I don't want my daughter to be scrutinized or belittled because of me. I want my daughter to be free, not shackled. That is why I was worried that he might recognise me. However, when he asked about saul I knew that he recognises me. I didn't panic or tried to run away. Because no matter how far I run He will catch me and I didn't panic because Escanor is here.

Escanor, appeared out of thin air to save us, Ohara. Nobody knows where he came from and why he saved us but they couldn't question him because, in the end, he is the one who saved us. His strength is abnormal for a 10-year-old kid. He single-handedly defeated the marines. Did he eat a devil fruit? but the devil fruit users cannot swim in the sea because they will get weaker if they fall into the sea. However, Escanor could swim. That doesn't make sense. His existence itself doesn't make sense. When he introduced himself, I was stunned when he claimed that he is the strongest in the world. I wanted to refute him but because of the absolute confidence in his voice, I couldn't open my mouth.

Many things happened after that, he started to train robin. We left Ohara to sail on the sea. We stayed on an island full of Disgusting, gigantic insects and fought them to death. We became stronger than we were before. But it is our bad luck that we came across one of the strongest marines. Escanor, who is too prideful for his good, challenged him. I know he's strong but I don't know if he can stand a chance against him. I tried to warn him but 'he's careless as always' is what I believed but then he said something that made me change my opinion of him "hahaha, don't worry Olvia-san. I take pride in my strength but I'm not arrogant. I know he's strong but not strong enough!"

Although I am worried I guess he can take care of himself.

Escanor pov

I didn't expect that I'll meet him so soon. He should have been in the Grand line. Maybe he came to see ace? I wonder if Sengoku sent him because he was just being annoying as always or maybe he came here on his own. Well, doesn't matter because I get to fight and see how I compare to a top power in this world.

We both decided that we'll fight on a desolate island. We didn't need to find it for long because we found it after about 2 hours.

Garp is now standing in front of me. He seems to be relaxed. I wonder how a full-powered hit covered by haki would feel coming from a person who is one of the strongest in this world. Hahaha, I am excited.

A grin appeared on my face, thinking about how this fight will go. Oh garp, I wonder how long you will last. I can not wait, hahaha. When I looked at him I noticed that he was also smirking.

Garp Pov

We have arrived on a barren island. This will be a good place to fight. We are now standing in front of each other. I have to confirm if what he said was true or not.

The way he declared that he is the strongest. I couldn't believe my eyes, confidence and pride were oozing out of his body. I could sense it, he is strong but I cannot sense the depth of his strength. It feels like his strength is limitless. Then there's strange energy inside his body, It looks as bright as a sun. I want to invite him to join the marines but he looks like a free spirit.

*sigh* I at least hope my grandsons become marine.

I lift my head to look at the kid. Bwahaha This kid, he is grinning hahaha. Looks like he is eager to fight me. He is young, I wonder how he got so much strength despite that small body. Doesn't matter, All that matters is the fight ahead of me. A Smirk appeared on my looking at him. 'Brat, I'll show you my fist of love. No matter how strong you are.'

General pov

As both Garp and escanor were grinning at each other, the atmosphere got tense. Everyone was nervous. Just then they both stopped smiling and instantly lunged at each other at great speed. They moved so fast that they looked like a blur to others. As they got near they prepared their fist to attack. When both of their fists connected a loud boom resounded. Everything around their vicinity blew away. Some of the marines who were weak fell to the ground as they couldn't stand the pressure.

Robin and Olvia were holding onto each other. Although they were fine, Olvia didn't want to take any chance so she held her daughter in a protective position. Witnessing two monsters clashing against each other Olvia couldn't help but think ' Both of them are monsters. One is a little monster and the other is an old monster. I am glad that at least one is on our side. I knew Escanor was strong but I didn't think he would be strong enough to go against The marine's hero. I hope he wins '. Robin also had similar thoughts as her mother.

They came to a standstill, both were looking at each other. Well, escanor is looking up at Garp and he didn't like that one bit. Garp looked at his annoyed face, then he had a smirk on his face. They both backed away after the confrontation at the same time. Escanor looked at Garp and saw his smirk, he was standing with his arms folded looking down at him because Escanor was small compared to Garp.

Escanor who saw this got more annoyed. It was almost noon, the perfect time for him. He started to grow, his body getting bigger and bigger. His muscles bulged, and he got taller. Almost as tall as Garp. His eyes were burning like a real sun, It looked 'hot'.

"Now we'll be able to fight properly old man hahaha. This is just the start, Let's continue."
