"Improving Conqueror's Haki ultimately involves competing with others to determine the firmness of their will. Your belief in your dream must always hold on, no matter what situation you may face.

"Many who awakened Conqueror's Haki in the past faced countless suppressions later on, with their ambitions slowly getting completely subdued.

"This weakened their Conqueror's Haki, and when they lost faith in their own strength and ambition, they also lost their ability to use the Conqueror's Haki.
