Chapter 106: Water Dragon Bite??
"Boom!"
Standing in front of a collapsed house, Shiryu stooped down and drew a long blade, its surface glinting with a cold, metallic sheen, from amidst the ruins. A look of surprise flickered in his eyes!
Even with just a brief glance, he could tell that the quality of this blade was no less impressive than his own sword, Raiu! It was definitely a blade on par with the grade of the Great Grade Swords!
For such a sword to appear in a mere naval base like this... could it be?
A glimmer of interest flashed in Shiryu's eyes. With a flick of his wrist, a green flame shot out from his hand, lifting the broken bricks, shattered tiles, and various other debris away from in front of him. Another long blade was revealed in the rubble!
In an instant, Shiryu seized the newly uncovered blade in his hand. At some point, his own sword, Raiu, had already been sheathed back at his waist!
"Boom!"
Shiryu drew the new blade from its scabbard, and yet another sword of the same quality as Raiu appeared before him!
"Oto and Kogarashi, the blades of the Golden Lion... What extraordinary swords!"
Shiryu casually swung Oto and Kogarashi, sending two crimson slashes through the air, cutting a two-story building not far away into four pieces!
An unrestrained expression of satisfaction appeared in Shiryu's eyes as he admired the two legendary swords. For a brief moment, he even entertained the thought of becoming a three-sword style swordsman!
"Swoosh~ Swoosh~ Swoosh~"
Just then, the sound of something piercing through the air echoed!
Shiryu looked up, only to see dozens of magma fists, each as large as a small warship, slicing through the sky and raining down upon every corner of the G-2 base!
"Admiral Akainu... reinforcements have arrived so quickly."
Shiryu's expression remained unchanged, as if he were facing not an Admiral of the Navy, but an ordinary soldier.
Without hesitation, Shiryu withdrew his presence and faded into the shadows!

"Not good! It's Admiral Akainu! Quick! Turn the bow of the ship and prepare to flee at any moment!"
Mr. 3, who was stationed on the Sunny, looked at the incoming magma fists, panic written all over his face, as he frantically gestured to the crew to adjust the ship's position.
At the same time, Mr. 3 pulled out a Den Den Mushi and attempted to contact Buggy, who was still in the G-2 base.
But before he could make the call, a massive shadow loomed over the entire Sunny!
A massive magma fist, larger than the Sunny, loomed overhead!
Mr. 3's jaw dropped in shock; he completely forgot to dial the phone bug number, his eyes filled with despair.
"Ryusei Kazan!"
At that moment, a figure appeared above the Sunny, unleashing a gigantic magma fist that scattered fiery rain across the sky!
Boa Hancock landed heavily on the deck of the Sunny, causing the entire ship to sink momentarily into the water.
She turned to Mr. 3, still in shock, and shouted, "Idiot! What are you doing standing there? Get the ship moving! Do you want to be a live target?"
Hancock understood that she couldn't take on Akainu directly, especially with his long-range attacks. In the face of his power, they could only defend themselves passively!
If things continued like this, Hancock wasn't sure how to keep Sunny safe from Akainu's relentless assault!
Buggy was worried about Sunny!
"Yes, yes!"
Mr. 3 snapped back to reality, quickly signaling to the others to get the Sunny moving!
However, they didn't venture too far from shore, just circling the G2 dock in preparation for Buggy's arrival.
"Hmph! The Pirate Empress, Boa Hancock, and former Baroque Works agent Mr. 3! Those are the pirates who escaped from Impel Down! This time, I've caught a big fish! Bring the ship closer!"
On the warship, Akainu spotted familiar faces on the Sunny, a glint of excitement in his eyes as he urged his subordinates to accelerate, continuing to bombard the Sunny with his magma fists from a distance.
Vice Admiral Doberman glanced at the surrounding navy personnel, irritated. "What are you all staring at? Start firing!"
"Yes, sir!"
The navy soldiers snapped out of their daze, rushing back to their stations to aim their cannons at the fleeing Sunny!
Doberman's expression turned serious. Just as he was about to speak, he suddenly sensed something, his pupils dilating as he looked up at the sky!
Onigumo also sensed something amiss and was about to warn him when a figure landed behind Akainu from above!
"Poof!" With a resounding bang, green flames flickered all around him, and the long sword in his hand slashed down at an angle from Akainu's left shoulder, embedding itself in Akainu's chest!
"Shiryu of the Rain!"
Akainu's expression remained unyielding as he reflexively threw a punch at Shiryu!
Shiryu drew his sword to block, but after a loud crash, the immense force of Akainu sent him staggering back more than ten steps, creating distance between them.
Shiryu straightened up, flicking his wrist to shake off the remaining magma clinging to his blade. He said casually, "You truly are worthy of being a Marine admiral; your reflexes are far superior to those old geezers!"
Akainu's expression darkened, his eyes burning with murderous intent as he glared at Shiryu. "Shiryu, you traitor! How dare you show your face before me!"
His voice was cold as ice.
"Today, I will settle the score!"
Akainu despised pirates and had always hunted them mercilessly! Equally, he held a special loathing for traitors like Shiryu, who had betrayed the Navy! There would be no mercy shown!
Shiryu replied indifferently, "If you label me a traitor, then so be it. But to me, I simply chose the correct path!"
"Meigo!"
Without a moment's hesitation, Akainu launched a powerful punch at Shiryu!
Shiryu countered with a swift slash, his blood-red arc of energy colliding with Akainu's massive magma fist!
But in the next instant, a figure appeared beside Shiryu, wielding eight long swords and launching a fierce assault against him!
Shiryu was on the verge of retreating when a figure suddenly appeared in front of him, swinging a sword and slashing at him!
As Shiryu swiftly turned his body, blue flames erupted, and with his rapid rotation, a hurricane formed to deflect the attacks from Onigumo and Daoberman!
Akainu snorted coldly, stepping outside the Flame Storm, and launched a powerful punch that sent Shiryu flying!
Just as Akainu was about to capitalize on his advantage and pursue, he suddenly halted in his tracks.
At that moment, two massive currents surged up on either side of the warship, taking the shape of dragon heads that lunged toward the vessel!
"Water Style: Water Dragon Bite!"
Akainu's pupils narrowed; this attack that commanded the sea reminded him of someone!
But there was no time to dwell on that!
With a swift wave of both hands, two enormous magma fists shot out, colliding with the water dragon!
The magma evaporated the water dragon, while the water dragon doused the magma!
The two attacks seemed evenly matched!
Akainu exhaled deeply, choosing not to pursue immediately as he raised his gaze to three additional figures on the battlefield!
The Four Emperors: the cunning Buggy the Clown, the infamous Blackbeard Teach's crew, and the traitor from Impel Down, Domino!
Remembering Blackbeard's ability to steal Devil Fruits, Akainu focused intently on Domino!
It appeared that this woman had already acquired the Float-Float Fruit from the Golden Lion, making her bounty at least ten times greater!
