In the room of authority in Pangaea Castle, the Elder Stars were currently discussing some important matters.

[A/N: I'm currently too lazy to write out all descriptions for the Elder Stars so you guys know who is talking. Due to that, I'll be generalizing and saying one Elder Star said, another Elder Star spoke, and so on and so forth. If this is annoying to read, well it's annoying to write to lmfao. Seriously man, just drop their names, this is way too annoying to write.]

" So he is serious in his endeavor."

" We knew he was serious once he stepped into a war."

" Indeed, but we needed to make sure. If it turned out he didn't actually want to pursue being a pirate, then we would have to deal with the fallout."

" True. Granting someone complete immunity isn't a light matter. It's only been done once, and that was with his own father. His bloodline has proven to be especially annoying even amongst the other D's."

" Certainly. Explaining to the Fleet-Admiral, and Admirals, why we wanted to give a child that wasn't even serious in his quest to become a pirate, complete immunity from persecution, would be a hassle to explain."

" It still is, it's just that we are now sure that he won't be backing down no matter the challenges."

" We should hope so, it would be a mockery of my blood if he could quit that easily."

As the sword-wielding member spoke, the other Elder Stars either chuckled or snorted in amusement.

" So then it is decided, let us call Fleet-Admiral Kong, and explain the headache that is Achilles."

" He is one annoying brat." The standing member spoke as another Elder Star took out a Den-Den Mushi.

*Purururururur* The Snail Rang.

In a beautiful large office space in Marineford, four people were talking. This office space was incredibly large easily spanning 30 feet in height, and 25 feet in width. This office space had glass flooring, a beautiful glass table, and a stunning view of a garden filled with trees with orange petals. All in all this office was built for a king.

All four of these people that were talking were not only powerful but as influential as they come. Just their mere presence commanded respect, they were the greatest of authority and justice this world had to provide.

These four people were the current three Admirals, and the Fleet-Admiral. These were the highest-ranking and most important members of the Marine Corps.

When someone mentioned the word 'Justice', these four people were the first to come to mind, well one more was also included, but he was a 'special' case.

" The Elder Stars told me to call you all here for an important announcement. Even I'm unsure of what they are going to be telling us, but if it's worth calling us all here then it is without a doubt something incredibly important. Be ready for any news, and orders that they have to give us."

One of the three men in the room spoke in a booming, and commanding tone. His words were spoken casually but were delivered with an air of authority. This man was the Highest-Commanding officer in the entirety of the Marines. Unless the Elder Stars personally refuted something he said, his word was law. This man was none other than Fleet-Admiral Kong.

Kong is an extremely muscular, broad-chested, tan-skinned, strong-shouldered middle-aged man who had his black hair and beard arranged in an array of spikes, and some fuzz on both sides of his face, similar to a lizard's spine. He also had a stitched scar under his left eye.

" Understood." A voice of man commented in respect to his leader's wishes.

This man was none other than Admiral Sengoku, also famously known for his epithet "Sengoku the Golden Buddha."

Sengoku is a tall, fair-skinned, and muscular man with a mustache and a black hair afro.

" Got it." Another man's voice lazily replied to the Fleet Admiral. This man was renowned for his complete mastery of the Color of Arms.

This man had purple-colored hair cropped back, and he also wore a Marine cap on his head unlike the other admirals in the office. This man was Admiral Zephyr, more commonly known as "Black-Arm Zephyr."

The last person in the room merely nodded their head; this person was also the only female in the room. This woman had been an admiral for slightly longer than Sengoku, and for a much shorter time than Zephyr.

This woman's name was Diana. She was promoted to the rank of Admiral after killing a total of over 10,000 Pirates during her time as a Vice-Admiral. Her epithet was " Diana the Regulator". She was given this title due to her uncompromising, and unyielding pursuit of justice.

" Good." Kong nodded in approval to his subordinates.

*Pururururururururururu*

*Click* As this noise was made the snail projected an image showing the Five Elder Stars. This was a very special Den-Den Mushi that allowed for Video Communication.

" Kong, Admirals. It's good that you have all gathered here."

" Esteemed Elder Stars." Kong nodded in respect.

" We've called to inform you of an important matter that has come to our attention."

Kong and the Admirals merely nodded out of curiosity. They were curious about what was so important that the Elder Stars had to call them personally.

" What we are about to enact hasn't been done in over 30 years; we are about to give another pirate complete immunity."

As the Elder Star finished his sentence he was met with various reactions to his claim.

Kong merely grunted, surprised but uncaring about the new claim. Sengoku nodded his head in acceptance. Zephyr narrowed his eyes at the Den-Den Mushi for a second but then slumped back into his seat, waiting for further information.

The worst reaction to the Elder Star's sentence received however was from Diana. She could be seen clenching her fist, and rage could be seen on her face before it was quickly quelled.

" Granted it won't be complete immunity as lower-leveled Vice-Admirals, and ranks below that will still be eligible to capture this Pirate. However, any top-tier Vice-Admirals and ranks above that will not be eligible to capture this Pirate."

When that was spoken the four people in the room had differing reactions. Kong just nodded in understanding. Sengoku merely raised an eyebrow. Zephyr seemed uncaring; Diana nodded curiously, confused by what Pirate would deserve this level of attention.

" This Pirate's name is Achilles, and this is his bounty poster." As the Elder Star spoke, he held up Achilles' bounty poster. The reaction was instant.

" So he's their son," Zephyr muttered.

Sengoku's face had litten up in recognition, and there was a scowl plastered on Diana's face.

" It seems you all have realized who this man is, and who he is related to."

All four people in the room merely nodded.

" Good, then you must also realize why we have given him such a perk."

His un-asked question was once again met with nods all around.

" Perfect. Contact the other high-ranking Vice-Admirals, especially the ones that preside over the New World. Is that understood?" The Elder Star questioned Kong.

" Indeed. Though would you also want us to contact Garp?"

" No, we will take care of mentioning this to Garp."

" Understood."

As Kong finished speaking, the connection between the Elder Stars and the Greatest Military Force in the world came to an end.

" So the two lovebirds had a brat, zahah." Zephyr chuckled with amusement, remembering a certain white-haired woman that he used to have arguments with.

" Umhm, it seems like Lady Moro, and that troublesome Pirate had a son," Sengoku grumbled in exasperation.

" That's so typical of the five bastards. Giving immunity to that monster's child, they'll come to regret it." Diana muttered in hatred, remembering the menace that was Chiron.

" Silence." One word from Kong was all it took for everyone to quiet down.

" We've been given our orders, there's no reason to question them, let's get back to our work," Kong said in a tone that left no room for argument.

" Understood." All three admirals spoke at once.

On a Marine ship in the New World, a muscular and tall man could be seen sitting on the figurehead.

This man was someone who had gained a good amount of fame, and it was only continuing to go up. He was the man that you sent when you had a problem that needed to be dealt with. He had short-length black and wore a royal-blue double-breasted suit, with a brown tie, and white dress shirt.

He was Monkey. D. Garp, also known as "Garp the Fist".

" Sir, you're getting a call on your 'special' Den-Den Mushi." The most loyal subordinate of Garp's informed him. This man was Bogard.

" Eh, what are the old farts calling me for? I guess I need to go entertain them." Garp grumbled as he got up to go to his on-ship office.

" Oi, Bogard, wait here. I'm gonna go answer the call."

" I'm surprised you're actually going to pick up their call," Bogard remarked dryly.

" Heh if they called me over to Mary Geoise I would have blown off the old bastards, but they're calling me while I'm sailing so it must be something somewhat important. And besides, if it's boring like there usually meetings with us, then I can just hang up, Bwahahahaha." Garp laughed with no concern for what he had just said.

Bogard merely sighed in exasperation, already used to his old friend's antics.

*Purururururururu*

*Click*

" Garp."

" What's up?"

*Sigh* The Elder Stars all simultaneously sighed. Just like Bogard they were irritated by his antics but knew better to expect something else from this carefree man.

" We've called to let you know something of the utmost importance."

When those words were spoken, Garp's demeanor immediately shifted. It went from a jovial and carefree man to that of a soldier ready for orders. Of course, if Garp didn't like these orders, he'd wave them off.

Once the Elder Stars had seen the shift in demeanor, the Elder Star wielding a blade became the focal point of the Den-Den Mushi.

" Do you remember Moro?" The Sword wielder asked Garp.

Garp merely nodded, reminiscing about laughing and making jokes with one of his best friends.

" And considering your occupation you should remember a man by the name of Chiron."

Garp once again nodded, remembering clashing with the former Pirate.

" Well then, you should be able to make out who this is." Those were the words that were spoken as Achilles' bounty poster was shown to Garp.

" They had a brat? Bwahahaha. That rascal's probably gonna cause so much trouble for you guys, Bwahahahahahaha." As soon as Garp had pieced the puzzle together he had reverted back to his previous demeanor.

" You should know that he is being given complete immunity from high-ranking Vice-Admirals and all Admirals."

" Eh? So can you guys demote me back to Rear-Admiral?" Garp asked while picking his nose.

All The Elder Stars twitched in annoyance at the very same time.

" No." They all simultaneously deadpanned.

" Stupid old farts," Garp grumbled believing the call had ended.

" We're still here, try and keep your thoughts to yourself; at least until we leave."

" Oh, uh, my bad?"

All of the Elder Stars' eyebrows twitched in unison.

*Click* The Elder Stars had ended the call, fed up with the Vice-Admiral's behavior.

" Bwahahaha!"

" Do you really gain that much amusement from annoying the Elder Stars?" Bogard asked as he walked into the room.

" Bwahaha, it's not my fault they're so uptight. They need to loosen up a little."

" I don't think that's possible when you govern the entire world."

" You're right, it's still fun to do though," Garp told Bogard as he left his office, and walked up to the figurehead of the ship once more.

" So your brat has become a pirate eh? It seems like the seas will be a bit more interesting if he turns out to be even half as crazy as you." Garp smiled fondly as he looked at the horizon, wondering what type of trouble this brat would bring to the old geezers.
