(Chapter 49) Ancient Weapon

Vice Admiral Derumi otherwise known as Kimuhashi Rasuma was a seasoned Veteran and had served under the Marines for over 29 years having gone on multiple dangerous missions

He has risen through the Ranks of the Marines through sheer determination, The last time he was on the Masayoshi was 20 years ago during the battle against the Draconic Pirates having seen the power of the mighty ship first-hand

He was now on his last legs (No pun intended) Fighting against the horned monster as he dodged the incoming Kanabo, Using both Shigan and tekkai to strengthen his body sending a flurry of kicks towards the monster making him cough out blood as he stood there taking the attack

It soon smiled before taking ahold of his Leg and crushing it between its large hands as the Vice admiral grit his teeth due to the pain, and quickly used his other leg to kick the monster right in the face as it grunted falling back onto the ground letting him go in the process as he took deep breathe's as the adrenaline that lead coursing through him slowly diminished making him feel all the pain

'Ororororo! That was a good fight' Came the voice of the Demonic monster not too far away from him as it stood back up making its way towards him with a grin plastered across its scaly face

It sighed as it looked him up and down before frowning accessing his state before turning the other way as it walked off, The man was scared at first fearing death before his face turned from that of solemness to confusion as he looked at the back of the monster

He sighed in relief as he lay there both his arms and one leg injured and broken, He was in the now destroyed forested region, He kept gazing at the back of his opponent that was pure of injury or scared as it slowly turned from a scaly blue to that of a normal human

"At least I get a chance of getting back to my family..." He thought as he slowly drifted into unconsciousness as he chuckled to himself, 'The new generation are fucking monsters I tell ya...'

Guzban soon appeared next to his captain as he ducked under Wukong's staff as he felt the fist of the monkey king land a square hit to his jaw sending him flying upwards, He pulled out his sword before deflecting two jabs from the pole as Xebec used his devil fruit to pull the Fleet admiral in

Wukong grunted before punching the pirate captain to the ground as his fists glowed a golden aura, That same energy soon surrounded the vice-captain who had his sword mere inches away from the Fleet admiral's neck as the man looked back grinning and kicking the man in the face shattering his nose and making him bleed heavily

He looked to see that his students and comrades in arms critically injured states before making up his mind, "This isn't worth risking their lives, I should have ended this from the start" he said as he pulled his den-den mushi once more sending the signal to the Masayoshi

The legion of ships next to it were damaged and had stopped firing 2 hours ago as both sides had run out of ammunition, But this didn't mean that the Masayoshi was vulnerable as a dozen Rear admirals including a few vice admirals were still on the ship protecting it from the likes of captain John and Stussy only for an alarm blared to life causing the ship's front to quickly shift

The Turrets in front of the Ship were quickly lowered revealing a compartment under it as a Large Futuristic cannon that was pointed directly at the island

The downed Xebec stood back up as he spit a mouthful of blood as he looked at the far away figure of the ship as he could "see" the new weapon coming out of the inside of the ship using his observation's Haki

'Don't tell me that's what I think it is!' Shouted the Red-haired man as he glared at the Fleet admiral losing his grin for the first time in the long battle

'It is... Let us see how you handle the might of the strongest weapon in the world' Said the Fleet admiral smirking at the red-head

The man's frown loosened before chuckling to himself, as those chuckles turned into full-blown laughter as he clenched his stomach

'XAHAHHAHAHA! I didn't think you pesky Marines had such a weapon, If I had known I would have gone after you lot sooner!' He said Grinning madly

Wukong looked on as he raised an eyebrow, before frowning, 'Your a fool if you think that you are going to be able to survive an ancient weapon of all things' Only for the man to stop laughing as he just had a calm expression

He only pointed his blade towards the Monkey King, 'I didn't think that you were going to be such a fun challenge but I think it's due time to end our little fight' Said the man as the blade seemed to shake in excitement

Wukong just sighed as he whirled his staff before hitting the ground causing shockwaves to resonate around the battlefield using his fruit to boost the morale of his men

'Have it your way' He said before feeling the pull of gravity suddenly pull him down as a portal formed under him making him pass halfway through it Guzban smirked blood running down his face

'This is where it ends fleet admiral'
