Sudden Outburst

We finished the rest of dinner quietly. Sometimes he praised me in between but I was so embarrassed after what happened, so I only nodded.

I took the plates back and decided to wash them later. First I need to see off my guest. He only said bye to us. But before he can turn to leave my little girl hugged his leg. I seriously know where this is going right now. He won't fall for it, right?

Rachel: Mr. Handsome,can you please stay. We can play with my toys.

Lucas: Baby I need to do some office work. I will come to play some other time. Bella tell her....

He didn't fell for it. Good. I mean I melt for this everytime.

Bella: Oh..yes... princess he needs to do some important work. He can come again later. Let him go.

Rachel: No I don't want to let you go. If you want to leave...you need to marry my mumma. If you don't want to marry mumma, then you need to play with me.

Now this girl is really getting demanding. She even put a deal in front of him. I agreed to invite him to dinner because it was polite gesture but making him stay when he don't want to is not right.

Bella: Rachel.... enough is enough. Aren't you becoming too much demanding... He can come tomorrow again but he needs to leave now.

I don't even think before I outburst on her. It's like I did it before thinking. Strange.... I've never shouted at her like this.

The kid flinched at this. She even have tears in her eyes. Stupid Bella how can you scold your precious daughter. I really want to hug her right now. But before that Lucas agreed to stay to play with her.

He even wiped her tears. She smiled a little at him and took him to the room. Did she only act like that to make him stay? This girl ....forget it. I don't want to scold her now.

We entered the room and I confronted him when she got to fetch her toys.

Bella: You didn't have to agree to her. She can meet you some other day, if you have to go now.

Lucas: Let it be...I am going on a trip tomorrow anyway, so I won't be here for a week. That's why I agreed.

Bella: If it is fine with you, you can play with her. I need to wash the dishes....I will leave you two.

I left them two as I can use this chance to wash my dishes. I started doing my work when I saw Rachel walking to me. Okay Bella....act like you don't see her.
