Omnipotent system of the Otherworld's Judge

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, Aster found himself in the midst of a cosmic energy storm. He was supposed to be migrating from Earth to another place called Gaia along with millions of people. He was supposed to have a world of possibilities for his future, literally. But instead, he was going to die. 'No, I won't accept an ending like this!' With the massive amount of energy mixture overcharging his soul and destroying his body, he desperately searched for a way to live. And he found it. What is the most powerful thing in the entire world? A lot of people would say dragons, demon kings, humanity's heroes, shadow sovereign, gods, etc. Aster would say the system. What is the thing that can make an average weeb a world conqueror? What is the thing that can make the smallest of ants into the king of heaven? What is the thing that can turn ugly people beautiful, weak into strong and mortal a divine existence? It's the system He found his way to survive. He channeled all of his excess mana into his system, mutating it... evolving it to something unprecedented, something unforeseen, something that has endless potential. Armed with a new responsibility and a goal, he sets out to enjoy his new life in this new world. *** The cover is ai generated. Evolution Conclusion

'I will choose… Arch-human.

It's not because the other choices are bad… It is just my personal curiosity to see what the natural evolution of humans looks like.

Ever since the dawn of humankind, we have all been sandwiched between angels and demons with no way to get past those two. I want to see if this evolution can change that.

Considering the strengths of angels and demons, it isn't that far-fetched to assume that humans can achieve similar levels.

According to the system, I can just evolve back to human and then choose another race again. I'm pretty sure evolution doesn't work that way but I will roll with it.

So Arch-Human it is.'

[Race has been selected]

[Select the body's gender;

'Male, 100% male. I don't want to waste time on this micro customization.'

'Alright, more choices. Let's analyze all of them.

Physical strength is self-explanatory. The system is asking me if I want to be a particularly buff version of an arch-human who specializes in total physical force. I don't know how much the other attribute suffers from this choice so I will put it on hold. The same goes for the other attribute function.

Physical combat is probably a mix of everything that came before it. If I want my body to be an all-rounder in all fitness-related areas, then I should probably choose this one.

The same goes for magic combat. If I want to focus on magic overall then this one is the better choice.

Mixed combat is most likely physical and magic combat mixed together. I don't know if both suffer from their efficiency reduced in exchange for versatility so this one is least likely.

Mental capacity would have been the best back on earth. Imagine having a body that is specially built for maths and memorizing. But it doesn't sound as good as others before it though. Being smart is always a gain but being smart does not translate to strength.

The description of smart is vague in the first place. Does it make me quasi or semi-omniscient, does it boost my comprehension attribute to inhumane levels or is it something else?

I will pass on this one.

Charm probably makes me handsome as hell, fertility is useless, and reproduction is even useless since it is the middle ground between these two.

Survivability, now this one sounds promising. Does it help me gain resistance skills faster? That would be useful. Getting every resistance skill there is could go a long way.

Longevity is… complicated. It could fix one of Arch-humans' critical weaknesses but I don't know if it would be effective since they don't live long to begin with. At best, it would prolong my life span for a bit, and at worst, it would do nothing. It is better to forget about this one since I probably could evolve further or de-evolve and try out the other evolutions before my life span as an arch-human runs out.

Command. It is basically a commander's power. Like, if I became a king of a country, then with this, people would be more inclined to follow me than if I didn't have it. Useless.

So in the end, I will choose mixed combat. I'm sure that I can recover the advantages I lost by choosing the function that covers the most area by gaining more classes, using equipment, and upgrading the system.

[Select the secondary prime function]

'Oh. I guess I would go for survivability then.'

[Are you satisfied with your choices?]

'Yeah, I can always do it again so this one is mostly an experiment. The greatest system gotta have the best body and I can't find the best body without experimenting.'

[The optimization has concluded]

[The host will go into a coma during the remaining period]

With that, Aster's ego sank into darkness once more and the bloody cocoon that used to be his former body is used to construct a new, stronger, and better body.

A short chapter today.
