Angel used her magic to instantly clean her hands and clothes that were stained by the werewolf's blood. She usually kills or alters the memory of whoever discovers her identity as an elf, but mostly, if the threat is high, she goes for the instant kill.
Angel is an elf posing as Wendell's mate. The original mate of Wendell was killed by Angel and ate the wolf whole for Wendell to feel that she was his mate.
She justifies all her wrongdoing as her way of loving Wendell.
However, another problem arises after she successfully marries Wendell. Angel cannot bear a child of a wolf. No matter how much they mate, there is no way a werewolf child will form in her womb, as elves don't mate and conceive in that way.
