"Chakra is a type of energy produced by the perfect fusion of various energy groups controlled by the human body. It is the main source of ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. This energy can be obtained from two sources. The first is to absorb the energy from the 130 trillion cells in the body one by one. The second is to obtain it through practice, accumulating experience, and training spiritual energy."
