Every month, Raiden made a yang release shadow clone, named Yama using half of his chakra. That's it! That's why many fail at creating kekkei genkais! They all focus on the ratio of the amounts of chakras, ingnoring yin and yang balance of the individual chakras!

It seems there's also an affinity threshold. Luckily, I have a good affinity to most elements and enough to create Light release from my two highest. Soon, dark release would also be created using this knowledge. This kekkei genkai creation method will be a secret of the Kaminari clan in the future and must be well guarded...'
