After Shin, Kai and Aina had finished their introduction, Shin started to draw the framework to build his organization.

He note down his priorities as:

-Strengthen Kai and Aina

-Find the place for the main office of Niji No Hane.

-Gather enough members

-Educate and train all recruits.

-Made the organization self-sufficient Firstly, Shin taught Kai and Aina his self created chakra cultivation method.

Shin thought that it might take some months for Aina and Kai to extract some chakra but he truly felt too low of his intelligence.

While the chakra refining method of great shinobi villages were good, they are mostly mass produced and of inferior quality as compared to Shin's method.

Although Shin did not extract chakra himself, his previous life knowledge of energy properties along with his deep research capabilities had helped him to improve the chakra refining method.

Also, He had found out that chakra is a combination of A.T.P cells of the body and the energy of the soul. This energy of soul or spiritual energy is the one that helps those shinobi's to extract chakra.

Shin also found that every human who can extract chakra has some alien D.N.A in their blood. This is the reason why anyone without high concentration of Alien D.N.A can not become in this world

Since the system is flawed then how could there be powerful people in this world.

So, Shin just tweak with the refining method and made it so that people would not extract chakra from their own bodies but instead fuse their spiritual energy with nature energy

But, there arouses a question that how could it be possible? Right!Well, that's because natural energy in this world is the left-over, after Juubi/TEN-TAILS absorbed all the planet's vitality.

One more thing it's the original energy system of this world.

But, there's a catch that if someone extracts chakra(Which is a foreign energy system) and has an alien sense then it's difficult for them to sense natural energy.

As for why, Naruto and Hashirama in the canon can use sage mode, it's because chakra is a highly fusible energy and thus, resulting in sage mode.

Remember Sage-mode is not the strongest boost that natural energy can give.

Back to the topic,

After Shin checked that there is no problem with his method, He taught the theory of Chakra to them and some Tai-jutsu practice for their body.

It took Shin only a month to teach Kai and Aina to reach genin level. Again, with the new chakra/ Natural-chakra( We will call it chakra-N for now) their physique becomes like a Sage body while they can regenerate their Chakra-N in a minute at most.

Shin thought it must be the effect of Chakra-N.

After reaching his first goal Shin took both Aina and Kai to an underground cave far from any town or village in the land of rain.

While Kai and Aina were training Shin had already found a place for his organization. It was a deep cave with a 1 kilometer radius and it is only 10 meter's deep underground with 5 meter's high ceiling.

Shin had also made some hole's for the oxygen to come into the cave while also making sure to build some makeshift toilets and area's for staying, eating, working, cooking etc. using his own architecture from his past life.

When Kai and Aina saw it they were dumbfounded! As they thought back then when Shin would leave after giving them some tips in the morning, he would come back dead-tired at night.

Now, they know the reason for his past condition. Kai felt pity and Admiration for Shin while Aina felt some worry when looking at Shin's small face who always wore a mask till he met them.

After Shin had completed all the preparation, Kai & Shin made two groups to recruit all the orphans in their nearby towns while Aina stayed there to take care of the cave.

On the first day, Kai returned empty-handed while Shin found a boy named Utagawashi Buru( Tribute to Bluesus_Cyan_sus). He was an 8 year old boy with a cheerful smile on his face. Shin introduced Buru to Kai and Aina while also telling about his past.

Buru was an orphan from birth but he still somehow survived and did not get killed as the same Ugly bast***s who tried to kidnap Shin found him raising him like livestock to sell him when he grew up. Fortunately. no customer desired to buy him, saving him from the evil clutches of those perverts.

Shin killed those peoples. he decided to visit their place and find him in a cage along with some rich kids.

Shin released all those rich-kids and took Buru with him. On his way he also found out that Buru is a good child with a naïve world view...

With that discovery, he glanced into the sky and thought about something...
