{2 Hours Later}
Hikaru walked back to base camp after coming back from the Land of Rain. The War hadn't officially started yet, but he could see a few shinobi who were wrapped up in bandages sitting in the medical tent.
'Did Suna attack us while we were gone, how did they spare so much manpower for a forward attack while at the same time they attacked Ame? What is going on...'
He walked into the commander's tent and noticed that no one of importance was there, even Jiraiya wasn't around. A little puzzled he asked Kyou Hyuga where everyone was, "Kyou-san, where's Tsunade-sama or Orochimaru-sama."
While before the war he wouldn't address Orochimaru or Tsunade as such, after almost a week on the frontlines the chain of command has slowly developed and imprinted on almost everyone.
"The outpost we were making in the Land of Rain was attacked by Suna a couple of hours ago, so Orochimaru-sama and Jiraya-sama went to check up on it. Tsunade-sama is treating the injured in the medical tent."
Hikaru nodded as he turned around and walked out of the command center, the medical tent was close by so it only took him a few moments to arrive there. A strong smell of anesthetic hit him as soon as he walked into the tent.
In his battalion, there were just 5 Medic-nin stationed, and Tsunade was one among those 5. The glow of green healing chakra was everywhere around the room so Hikaru walked over to an unoccupied bed and motioned for the next shinobi to walk forward.

'Mystical Palm Jutsu'
'Sharingan'
He confirmed that the name was blue before he went through the hand seals for the mystical palm jutsu. A stable green glow emitted from his hands as he began healing the bruises that were on the chunin's arms.
His proficiency in the mystical palm jutsu wasn't the best as it hadn't been long since he learned the skill. He had to stop the jutsu several times in order to not burn Ryōichi's muscles and skin so he almost took twice as long as any other medic-nin would have taken.
No one complained though as his Sharingan was able to see just when his Yin-chakra overwhelmed the physical energy produced within Ryōichi's cells so no actual damage was done.
They kept working in silence, after 2 hours of healing, Hikaru's charka was dipping down below 4 figures so he stopped. Since he wasn't a medic-nin he didn't have to use all his chakra for healing. He looked at the notification about the Mystical Palm Jutsu leveling up as he waited for Tsunade to be free.

[Medical Ninjutsu: Mystical Palm Jutsu (Active)- Lv 3 (12/300): An A-Rank Medical Ninjutsu in which the user uses their Yin-natured chakra to stimulate the physical energy in the target body to increase the rate of regeneration.
This rate is highly different from person to person, so caution is advised because too much Yin chakra flowing through a foreign body might collapse the chakra network of the target.
Regenratin rate: 3x
Chakra used: 1.7/s]

"You did a good job, your jutsu looked more stable today," Tsunade complimented, she had left the rest of the patients to the other medic-nin when she noticed that Hikaru was done.
"Yeah, I feel like I'm getting the hang of it." Hikaru smiled as he stood up. Both of them walked side by side to the command tent. The atmosphere in the base camp was a little muffled today because of the attack.
"So, how was it, did you encounter any trouble?" Tsunade asked as they entered the tent. Hikaru nodded his head and motioned for her to come in.
The tent was marked with fuinjutsu seals so no one outside would be able to eavesdrop on them. Inside the tent Hikaru saw Kiyoshi Nara, he was hunched over the map constantly marking all the areas around the map with pins.
He looked up and saw Hikaru coming in so he asked, "Suna or Ame?"
...
Hikaru blinked a couple of times before he replied, "Suna..."
Kiyoshi picked up another pin and marked it on the map. Seeing that Kiyoshi was too engrossed in his work Tsunade left him to it. Instead, she turned to Hikaru and asked, "What happened, you met Suna shinobi?"
Hikaru nodded he thought back to the incident and tried to explain it the best he could, "Well it was weird, it was a 5 man-squad, and each of them was wearing Suna's Jonin outfit but I don't remember seeing them in the Bingo book. They bombed a civilian building and then fought the chunins stationed in the village before they retreated."
"The whole situation was weird, they used Wind jutsu when they fought but they used the Earth Release: Hiding like a Mole technique to escape." Hikaru tried to paint the picture of the scene. Kiyoshi stopped his work as he listened to Hikaru's description of the scene.
"They used Earth Release to escape?" Kiyoshi asked.
"Yeah, they seemed quite proficient in that too, there was almost no delay or hand signs, as if on command they could slink into the ground," Hikaru replied.
"Orochimaru's primary element is Earth and he also can do that..." Tsunade supplied.
"So they were from Iwa?" Hikaru questioned.
Kiyoshi thought for a moment but shook his head, "We can not confirm, comb through the Bingo book and see if you can identify anyone. They could be Iwa shinobi who wanted to frame Suna with their wind release jutsu. Or Suna Shinobi trying to trick Ame with a double bluff by letting a specifically cultivated unit that has primary Earth Release do the misleading..." Kiyoshi thought out loud.
"In any case, this was targetted at Ame, right now what we need to do is figure out why only a third of the outposts were targetted, was there something special behind it..." Kiyoshi started muttering again ignoring everyone else, his eyes scanned the map in front of him trying to see any connections.
Seeing that Kiyoshi was busy again, Hikaru pulled out the corpse scroll from his pouch and gave it to Tsunade.
"This one contains the corpse of a Suna Jonin who attacked me on the way, I didn't touch anything or search through it because of poisons..." Hikaru spoke.
Before he was finished Tsunade's glowing hand was pressed up against his forehead and he could feel her chakra search through his body for any injuries.
'...There is no point in her searching me, the fight ended too quickly for me to be exposed to poison...'
