Naruto Shippuden 15

"Looks like there are a few more people to avenge than just Pervert Sage now." Naruko said to herself as she walked over seeing some corpses of Konoha shinobi lying around.

'This place really took a pounding didn't it Naruko, not as bad as what I did though. Nothing beats that.' Tamamo said as the blonde groaned in response.

"Naruko Uzumaki," a cold voice said snapping Naruko out of her thoughts as she looked up above to see Pain hovering over her. "So you've finally come out of hiding?"

"You talk a lot of shit for a cripple, and I was never hiding." Naruko replied looking at the puppet.

"So you know about this not being extensions of myself." Pain asked getting a nod from Naruko.

"Mhm, after I beat the breaks off you. I'm going to go to your hideout and we're going to have a nice long talk. Best hope you have a good speech because if I don't like what I hear. I'll just kill you and don't think being a former student of Jiraiya is going to save you from this beating." Naruko said looking at Pain.

"Words are meaningless Naruko, only action can save you now," Pain replied bluntly as he lowered himself to the ground. "Not even your precious Sensei could dissuade me from my path so what hope do you have?"

"Firstly, he was not my sensei, but I did care for him as a very good friend and I don't plan on talking you down from what you're doing," Naruko replied as she summoned the kokorowatari into her right hand. "You deserve nothing less than this ass-kicking for what you've done!"

"Well now isn't this interesting," Pain said with a hint of amusement in his voice. "The student of Jiraiya who preached peace wants to kill someone for revenge, how fitting a legacy Sensei has left behind!"

"For the last time I am not his student and Jiraiya's dream was admirable in some way. However, it is also impossible so long as people like you exist to try and impose your will on others! Those with power always use it to keep the weak subdued and subservient to them as they destroy everything else in their battles with the strong. I admired his dream however I could never follow it because it is next to impossible to achieve and a waste of time." Naruko said.

"Then tell me Naruko Uzumaki what dream have you chosen to follow instead?" Pain asked striking up some conversation between them.

"I'm creating my own dream to best suit me and those dear to me. If others are lucky to benefit from it then good for them." Naruko said.

"A selfish dream, foolish dream of a foolish child! There is a reason that all three Shinobi World Wars were so close to one another and it's because such a peace is impossible, all the nations hate and despise one another!"

"Hmph, ls that supposed to be insulting. You say I'm selfish and I say damn right I'm selfish. That's my love for my family and anything else can burn for all I care. The cycle of hatred is going to pass on as the actions of the past bleed on to the next generation." Naruko said with a smie.

"Such an idea could never be achieved especially not the way you want to go about it through either peaceful or selfish methods!" Pain explained to her. "Without imposing your will such acts would be meaningless, violence is part of human nature and makes up the primal part of who we are as human beings. Humanity as a whole will forever be incapable of maintaining peace willingly due to its primal need to rape, pillage, and destroy. Only power can keep such sin at bay."

"Who did you lose?" Naruko asked.

"Excuse me?" came Pain's response.

"Only a person who has lost something or someone important to them talks like that and from what I can tell you've lost someone to the cycle of hatred," Naruko replied. "Who did you lose?"

"What does it matter?" He asked.

"So I can understand your view better. I guess I was like you once. Planned on using my anger to get revenge on all that wronged me, but I changed with friends and a new family." Naruko said with a sigh.

'You done trying to talk his ear off?' Tamamo asked from inside her.

'I'm fighting for your freedom Tamamo, cut me some slack.' Naruko replied telepathically.

"Well, the time for talking is over show me what you can do Uzumaki. Come feel the power of god" Pain said preparing for the fight.

With a blur of red Naruko was gone as she immediately broke apart the paths before the main Pain could react landing a punch to his face and sending him back into a mountainside.

"Well come on then Pain. Stand up, you're not going to let this all end in one punch are you?" Naruko asked walking towards his downed form. She then slightly moved her head to the side as something flew past her.

"ALMIGHTY PUSH" came the voice of Pain.

Naruko let the hit phase through her as she continued her assault.

Naruko jumped back avoiding a few chakra rods that impaled into the ground. The rods ripped themselves out of the ground and returned to Pain's side as the Rinnegan user floated toward her, the rods orbiting around him latched to his center of Gravity.

"Impressive work defeating all of my Paths so easily not even Jiraiya Sensei could do that," Pain said lowering himself back toward the ground several meters before Naruko. "However for each one you defeat the remaining ones are able to perform better than before which means with none remaining I'm at my strongest." Pain said getting a laugh from Naruko.

"Hmm, this should be fun but don't let me down your divinity" Naruko said with a grin.

"Do not mock me Nine-Tails." Pain said before firing a rod at her to which she surprisingly flew to it before performing a bicycle kick and sending it back at him to which he was forced to dodge as it imbedded into a mountain edge and destroyed a chunk of it from the force of impact.

He looked back at the distraction before grunting only to turn back at Naruko who had her heels right in his face and kicked him away. She followed up with blistering speeds hitting him across the area causing shockwaves to erupt from each hit. You could see short glimpses of Naruko successfully landing hits on Pain. She flew at him as Pain came to a halt and noticed her coming in with another punch, he mirrored her action attempting to punch her. After the impact, a huge shockwave was seen which split the clouds in the sky.

Naruko's fist could be seen making an impact on Pain's face while his arm was off-target hitting nothing. Pain soon pulled her arm off him and went in for a kick which was promptly caught by both of Naruko's arms.

"I'm just getting started." Naruko stated before getting a tight hold of his leg and flying at lightspeeds as she arrived outside the curvature of the planet in under a second. Before spinning around and flying back downwards with Pain's leg still in her arms and with her brute strength threw him back down to the ground.

In under a second, he was close to hitting the ground only for Naruko to teleport right under him and knee him in the gut, and pushed upwards with her knee sending Pain's body skyward, splitting the clouds as Naruko flew up with a giant Rasengan in hand and appeared on top of him as she prepared to drive her attack into him.

"This is for you Pervy Sage. Big Ball Rasengan!" Naruko exclaimed pushing her attack downwards sending herself and the last Pain downwards as the attack exploded on impact as they hit the ground sending both of them flying backward.

Naruko soon stood up with a few cuts she got from the backlash from her final attack. She walked up to the final path which was on the floor not moving. Gently she removed all the chakra rods in the body as she walked away to look for Nagato Uzumaki's location.

Naruko soon found their hideout and walked in looking at two figures in the distance.

"We finally meet in person Nagato." Naruko said as she waved at Konan getting a glare from her.

"Naruko Uzumaki," Nagato sighed softly as Naruko took in the form of the man who had been leading the hunt for her for so long.

Nagato appeared to be on the verge of death, half bound into a strange machine with a series of rods protruding from his back and his arms stuck inside two extensions of the machine his lower body was encased into.

The man had long red hair, his skin was sickly and he appeared to have no trace of muscle or fat of any kind on his form most likely rendering him immobile.

As Naruko studied Nagato's surprising appearance Nagato studied Naruko and immediately began to realize why Jiraiya was so fond of the young Jinchuuriki. With a sigh, Nagato pulled his arms free from the extensions and seemingly sagged slightly as if tired concerning Konan who rushed to his side.

"I am alright Konan however I've used far too much chakra, more than I thought to be honest, which means I could very well be dying anyway." Nagato said with a sad smile looking at Konan.

"Surely there is a way you can be saved Nagato!" Konan exclaimed.

"Perhaps there is. However all of us know regardless of how these talks go I shall not leave this cave alive, right Naruko?" Nagato asked.

-Timeskip-

"Yes I am aware however there was plenty of time and other intel surrounding the incident however that's not my point. What I'm trying to say Naruko is that you may kill me today however my death means nothing in the grand scheme of things." Nagato said.

"In a way you are correct, there is the real leader of your little group. His name is Tobi right?" Naruko asked getting surprised looks from both Nagato and Konan.

"So you already know? He is beyond even my own power and has an ability similar to yours where he can appear and disappear at will and he can also use it to simply phase through things too." Nagato said getting a nod from Naruko. "In the public face he is known as Tobi, a childish trickster who plays with explosives and can never seem to be physically harmed however in private he is a man from legend and should be dead."

"Lemme guess, Madara." Naruko asked getting another look from Nagato.

"You seem to know a lot about us." Konan said getting a grin from Naruko.

"So it would seem. " Naruko said looking at the two.

"I ask of you Naruko, please stop him and end Akatsuki for us. That's my last request." Nagato said looking at Naruko as he was growing weaker.

"Are you sure about this Nagato we put so much into the Akatsuki just to see it end this way, Yahiko died for it!" Konan reminded him.

"Indeed he did," a third voice said as the final Path of Pain entered the cave walking past Naruko to stand before Konan. "However under Madara its true purpose will be twisted and warped far beyond what it once was making it a shell of what we once wished for it to be."

"I see. You have my word. I'll deal with this Madara and I owe him a beatdown for almost killing me as a baby." Naruko said with a nod.

"I-I'll do it Nagato," Konan sighed before turning toward Naruto and moving to stand behind him. "If you believe him to be the way then I shall follow him to my dying breath."

"Thank you, Konan, Naruko." Nagato sighed as he looked down at the Path of Pain who seemed to sag slightly. "I'm slowly running out of chakra so if you want to kill me you might as well do it now Naruko."

"It was surprisingly nice talking to you when you aren't trying to kill me." Naruko said as she materialized a nameless sword and slit his throat killing him quickly and painlessly.

The Path of Pain fell to the ground lifeless as the Rinnegan eyes vanished leaving Naruko to dematerialize the sword and start walking gout with Konan following her with the body of Yahiko wrapped in her paper jutsu as she prepared to bury him in Amekagure.

"Best of luck Naruko." Konan said looking at the blonde girl.

"You too, do stay out of trouble or I'll finish what I was meant to start and kill both of you. Well, cheers." Naruko said opening a gap back to Konoha leaving Konan alone.
