She is missing
Millicent walked to her daughter's room and found the bed empty. The basin she was holding in her hands fell on the floor spilling all its contents.
Her face turned pale all of a sudden as she rushed out to the lounge. She found her husband Oliver Richards and screamed, "Missing…Cindy…she…missing!"
She could not contain the panic and fear that gripped her heart as she relayed the devastating news to her husband. Oliver's expression darkened with alarm as he took in Millicent's words, his own heart lurching with fear for their beloved daughter.
"Missing? Are you sure?" Oliver asked, his voice strained with worry.
Violet Sterling, who was here all along also looked at her, "What do you mean Cindy is missing?"
Millicent nodded frantically, her eyes wide with terror. "Yes, I went to check on her, and she's gone. The bed was empty, Oliver. I don't know what happened to her!"
