Chapter 64: A moment of hope

Mengyao Da finally arrived back at the army base with Kang Lei in his arms. His fellow subordinates looked puzzling at him as he carried the lifeless body of an omega through the building.

"Welcome back Captain, should we call the morgue for this omega" one of his subordinates asked upon seeing him enter, he had not realised Kang Lei was still alive at first, when he looked closer he noticed who the omega was. "Captain is this not the omega from the other day?" He asked puzzled, he couldn't fathom what his Captain was doing with the omega.

Mengyao Da remained silent refusing to respond he simply ignored his subordinates questions and continued on his journey at hand. The subordinate who was still looking at him in dismay, discreetly walked off to a deserted area of the building and took out his phone. He selected from his phones contact list a named he had personally edited to read 'ASSHOLE' and hit the call button. "His he back?" the very familiar voice of Michael voice answered.

"Yes Alpha 2, he also has an omega with him" the subordinate replied.

"WHAT! An omega, what does this omega look like?" Michael asked panicked.

"Am sure he's that omega who works for Alpha 1 I think his name his Kang Lei we interview him some weeks back" the subordinate stated in a low voice looking around to make sure he wasn't followed. As the subordinate was unaware of the situation with Dominic and Kang Lei he didn't realise he had just reported something huge.

After a long time with no responds from Michael the subordinate became worried thinking he had said something wrong.

"Alpha 2 are you there, alpha 2" he called out panicking.

Michael came back to his senses and finally responded "Alpha 2 copy, solider you don't understand what you have just earth, I'll make sure Alpha 1 rewards you for this, for now get into place we're coming" Michael ordered terminating the call and running to Dominic's office.

"We found Kang Lei" Michael said out of breath, bursting through Dominic's office door.

Dominic eyes became wide "what did you say?" He couldn't believe what he had just heard.

In hurried breaths Michael spoke "Our spy at the base just told me Mengyao Da just walked in with him".

"Was he okay, did he say how he looked.. huh?" Dominic asked panicked.

"I didn't ask, right now we need to keep it together and stay focused, we're not only having to rescue our men but my sister- in-law, as well as kill that fucker Mengyao Da", they both nodded in agreement then rushed out the office to round up their men.

At Cai Hung's home, BoJing was thrown to the office floor by one Cai Hung's men, they had bounded his hands together and had placed a cloth over his head. Cai Hung waved his hand at his men who quickly understood and removed the covering revealing BoJing's unemotional face. Cai Hung stared at BoJing waiting to see what the boys reaction would be, but BoJing simply stared back, Cai Hung Scoffed thinking 'what does this kid also have mental issues?".

Not getting the reaction he expected Cai Hung went about intentionally try to provoke BoJing, "Kid do you know who I am" he finally asked firmly not moving his eye from BoJing for a second. BoJing stared back at the man no longer afraid of him and said nothing, Cai Hung grew impatient with BoJing's silence and slammed his palm on the table before shouting in a fit of rage at BoJing "boy are you deaf I asked you a question do you know who I am!"

BoJing who was unfazed by the man before him refused to answer his question and instead asked quietly defiantly "where's my father,"

Cai Hung laughed an Insidious laugh "your father... haha! Who knows most likely dead". Finally BoJings body twitched at the words before once again becoming composed. Cai Lei was impressed with the little Alphas reliance, unlike most children his age he was able to manage well under stress, like the saying goes like father like son and he was most definitely the son of a Hung.

"Do you have nothing to say, would you not like to know what I have done with your father" Cai Hung smirked waiting for this little alpha to beg.

"Why ask the devil where is hell when he'll lead you there anyway" BoJing responded, he had already concluded what the kind of person to which he spoke, he was intelligent enough to know people like this was not worth reasoning with.

"Hahaha! clever kid— but kid I don't like a smart mouth even if your my own flesh and blood" Cai Hung's face darkened as he saw BoJing little reaction to this revelation. "Are you not shocked to know your father kept me secret from you, do you even know who I am" Cai Hung said proudly puffing out his chest awaiting BoJing's reaction.

BoJing looked him dead in his eyes and replied firmly "well if I do the math correctly what you are and who you are is nothing but a highly powered dirty PERVERT!" BoJing roared his little face red with anger. Cai Hung flew from his seat headed straight for BoJing and slapped him in the face forcing BoJing to the floor bursting his lips.

"You're brave boy I give you that, but don't you ever cross that line again do you understand me" Cai Hung stood over BoJing and glared at him dangerously.

"Now seeing that your my son I have decided to keep you around till I see fit. Call it a rebate for the loss of that omega father of yours. Rule One; No one is to know you're my son, I can't have another alpha pissing is dominance around me. Rule two: There's no requirement for you to be educated so school is out the question. Rule three: Your job is to carry out the tasks that only I assign to you, do you understand?"

Cai Hung was cold his displeasure in BoJing evident.

BoJing nodded his head nervously holding the side of his mouth. His only thought was getting to his father and finding away to get a hold of Dominic.
