After Aria and Xavier got finally got freshened, they went downstairs to eat. Kim and Austin had prepared some food for them."so...how did you guys end up in a forest" Austin asked bluntly. "i was with my family friends before I lost consciousness and found myself here. I...also don't know what happened" Aria explained and they all turned to Xavier who had stuffed his cheeks with food like a squirrel and had a tint of pink on his cheeks.

"you're so cute~" Kim and Aria said at once and giggled after and Austin glared at Xavier. He took his time finishing up the food in his mouth "young miss, you were sold to me by your parents for shares in my father's companies years ago" he looked at Aria while explaining and Aria shook her head in disbelief.

The Gordon Family, a powerful family in the business sector in America were doing business with a royal family in the southern part of china, the Chen family. The Chen family had wanted their son to marry a girl from a rich American family with power. Gary Gordon and his wife Mary Gordon who had just had a babygirl called Aria, joined forces with the Chen family for a massive capital contribution and shares in their profitable businesses in China and vice versa.

Shu Wei Chen and his wife Chen lang Shi signed a contract of agreement to 'buy' the daughter of the Gordon Family and they gladly complied. Xavier Chen who was just a 2 year old boy watched his father introduce him to his 'future in laws'.

Xavier grew up being nurtured to be a warrior, a prince, a businessman and a husband for someone he had never seen. At the age of of 9, the Chen family went into war with the Tang family, their enemies whom wanted their territory for decades. They were many deaths and injuries at that time. A plan had to be made to make their soldiers stronger. Chen lang Shi, the wife of Shu Wei Chen was a scientist and developed many chemicals, both good and bad.

When the war started the king ordered his wife to make chemical to make their soldiers stronger. Chen lang Shi, stayed in her lab hiding with her child while working on the chemical. After weeks of trying and failing, she finally got it right! she told her husband the king and he asked for it to be tested...but on his 9 year old son, Xavier. "are you crazy?! he is so young!! what if it goes wrong?!" she shouted at her husband.

And he slapped her across the face "dont shout at me woman!! you are who you are today because of me!! you come from a stinky room in the village and I took you in so don't disrespect me and follow what I say!! you should test it on Xavier" he shouted back and she had no choice but to do it or else he would hurt Xavier.

She took the chemical and filled it in a syringe and bent towards her son and who was sitting lifeless on the corner of the lab and looking at his mother who was filled with tears and was trembling. "am so sorry Xavier. please forgive me, I failed as a mother" she said injected her son with the chemical. Xavier didn't move nor wince nor cry. Xavier just looked at his mother with no emotion as she injected him. "father wants me dead. He uses me for his selfish desires. I want to see the world not just be couped up in this dark place. I will adhere to his wishes as long as you are happy and healthy. I want you to run away from here and live a happy life with no burdens and sadness" Xavier said blankly

He stood up and took his pocket knife and walked to his father "Let her go and I will fight in the war" he said looking attentively at his father "and what makes you think I will do that?" he scoffed and Austin pointed is pocket knife towards him "or else I will kill you in your sleep" Xavier said and watched his father who now had wide eyes filled with nothing but fear. Mr Chen knew that his son was capable of this because he was a feared ruthless killer ever since the age of 6.

"okay... as long as she keeps her mouth shut and she changes her names and must leave the continent" he said and Xavier looked at him with questioning eyes"that's not all is it?" he asked "no. You two should never see each other or be in contact forever" Mr Chen Answered.
