With the Nasipit City mission accomplished, the party journeyed to Carmen City. Here, they took on a Rank D mission set amidst the city's vibrant streets.

While striving to fulfill their mission, they became entangled in an unusual event—an abrupt eruption of fire geysers, an awe-inspiring yet perilous spectacle. These fiery outbursts, however, posed an unforeseen challenge that demanded their immediate attention.
Lara: (concerned) "We cannot stand idly by! We must help control these fiery eruptions."
With courage in their hearts, Joshua and his party joined forces with fellow adventurers and concerned citizens to tackle this unexpected crisis. After a well-deserved respite, they accepted yet another mission, one leading them to Bayugan City, renowned for its lush forests and bustling marketplaces. However, on the way to Bayugan, they stumbled upon a rustic tavern, its inviting glow beckoning to them.
Leroy: (enthusiastic) "Why not stop here for a while? Let's relax and enjoy ourselves."
The party indulged in merriment and camaraderie, relishing the respite from their arduous journey. Little did they know that their moment of relaxation would bring them face to face with three enigmatic adventurers, each bearing a rare blue flame.
Mikoto (Rank S), Lida (Rank A, reserved and enigmatic), and Mickey (Rank A, brash and impolite) entered the tavern with a mission of their own—to track down an elusive escaped criminal.
Despite their inquiries, the tavern's patrons were unable to provide any information about the criminal. Instead, a whisper from a nearby party praised the strength of the newcomers, singling out Mikoto in particular, who was known as "Mikoto the Phoenix" due to his remarkable healing abilities.
The chance encounter in the tavern was brief yet impactful, and it left Joshua and his party with lingering questions about these blue-flamed individuals and their pursuit.
Resuming their quest toward Bayugan, they ventured deeper into the woods, and to their astonishment, they chanced upon an extraordinary discovery—a mysterious portal, shimmering with the allure of the unknown..
Leroy, driven by his insatiable hunger for strength, couldn't resist the allure of the enigmatic gateway.
