My mom was a fashion designer and my dad was a worker who works for a construction company in Korea so he was always away from home, my brothers 'Ben and danny where both in high school though Ben just got out they both study in California.

Left me, my mom and annoying Jeremiah. Jeremiah is a month older than I am and we are in the same class he might be really annoying but he doesn't like it when am been called a nerd… like this one time when he locked a guy in his locker because he called me a nerd.

Well, I might be a nerd but I also have special talents away from books, I love swimming and sports but that's a secret only I and Lydia knows.

After school that day I went home, when I entered the house everywhere was messy I know mom wasn't around so it's definitely going to be Jeremiah he have brought home his girlfriend miah. I walked close to his door and kicked it open and there was the two lovers making out in the couch

"Ew! Jeremiah"

"What the hell kitty" he jumped up

"Is this why you skipped school today"

"Fuck you!" He yelled and slammed the door at my face

I laughed and ran upstairs but before I entered my room I saw Ben coming out of dads room

"Ben?

"Oh, hi kitty"

"Huh, so how was college" I tried to make a conversation with him

"College was awesome kitty you should try to be there someday" he said hurriedly and left

Ben was always like this he don't like been around people same as me but mine is different at least I make efforts every single day to be an extrovert well honestly am really making progress but Ben, he is getting worse by the day

I fell on my bed looking up to the ceiling when my phone rang

"Hello Lydia"

Lydia said she is front of my house

"Oh my god, did you follow me home?

I asked as I opened the door for her

"Well, my dad gave me some cash let's go shopping girl" she said excitedly

"Really"

"Yh, kitty why is everywhere so messy? Never mind is Jeremiah at home am dying to see his face"

"Huh, yes I mean no he went out"

Just then Jeremiah and miah came out of the room "god this is going to be a disaster"

Lydia have been crushing on Jeremiah for like a whole year now and seeing this scene it's not going to sit well for her. As the Lydia I know I expect her to yell and express her feelings but she just walked away crying

"What's wrong with her? Jeremiah asked

"Babe, I'll be on my way now, bye" miah said

"Oh, bye"

"Bye kitty" she said

"Yh, bye"

I then turned to Jeremiah to express my own feelings to him

"What's wrong with her? You're wrong with her Jeremiah you know Lydia have been crushing on you for so long"

"Wait what"

"Yh go deal with it okay" I said as I ran out side to catch up with Lydia

Jeremiah knew but he just chose to be a jerk

He was a player and Lydia was my best friend I can't let him hurt her feelings.
