5: Creating A Character

'Glorious Royal'

Autumn Village, A starting place for all new players. 5 minutes ago this place is peaceful and quiet but after the release of the game, A large quantity of players immediately logged in. The once peaceful village was enveloped by a white light and players started to materialize in the village.

The NPC's didn't show any reactions when the players started to appear out of nowhere. Well, They are programmed to interact to players when they are related to a certain quest.

Because of the new arrival of players, The quiet village started getting lively.

When Sebastian opened his eyes, All he can se around him is pitch darkness. It's so dark that it feels a little creepy however a mechanical voice resounded in the dark place. Sebastian remembered that That voice came from the Artificial intelligence system programmed to assist players on creating their characters.

Hmmmmmm. Both of my favorite usernames are already taken. What username am I going to choose? Bloodsucker? Nah, It's probably already taken. Ho about let's try something uncommon.

The system prompt made Sebastian speechless. 'Who in the right mind would use that kind of username? is he retarded or a psycho? Wait... Didn't I just entered that username? my god...

In Glorious Royal, there are six kinds of paths. The way of the Sword, Way of the bow, Way of the staff, Way of the Lance , way of the knuckles and lastly, The way of the katana.

These six paths have their own classes. The classes under each paths are:

Way of the Sword

Way of the Katana

Under these classes are the subclasses. Each class consist of 2-3 Sub classes including the special and hidden classes. Special classes and Hidden classes Are completely different because special classes can only be obtained by your own luck while hidden classes can be found around Glorious Royal but the system isn't programmed to be so generous that it will give hidden classes so easily

Hidden classes can be found, Yes. But before you succeed in converting to that hidden class, You will undergo Different kinds of trials related to the hidden class You are pursuing. There are hidden classes where the trials on it involves Will power, Mental Strength, Intellect and many other kinds of abilities related to the hidden class.

The Subclasses under each classes that is available were:

However, No matter how you look at the subclasses, They are only available when you passed the tier 1 and enter tier 2. Tiers consist of tier 1- Tier 9. Each tier have their own pros and cons.

6 Hologram of his was projected right in front of Sebastian. Sebastian waved his hand to the left and ignored the other classes without batting an eye. The Pointer stops at the Samurai who is wearing nothing except His underwear. The Samurai is holding a rusted katana in his right hand while holding the sheath on his left.

There are 3 Factions in Glorious Royal . The light faction, Dark faction and the technista faction. The Technista faction is the only faction who is neutral. Being neutral means you can Get guests from the other 2 factions despite you being from another factions however, Choosing the technista faction is like choosing to become a Dwarf. Dwarves are known for their miraculous talent in smithing and was thus exterminated by the other races here on Glorious Royal. The Survivors of the extermination fled to the south and lived at the high mountain rangers there.

"I chose the Light faction"

Being a light faction member gives you benefits like Additional Attributes to healing, Buffs etc. while being a member of the dark faction strengthens the damages of the cursing abilities of the dark shamans and necromancer's there. These two classes are subclasses which were feared for their scary cursing abilities.

These stats were the starter stats of all players that entered the game for the first time. This was created to spread fairness among the players that is entering the game so you will only gain advantages if you started earlier than other users. However, As a reincarnator, Sebastian is already far ahead from them all by a few months of knowledge.
