  It's currently 7:30 in the morning. I've been standing here since 7:00 waiting for Sofie to come out. "Sof for the thousandth time we're gonna be late." I sigh as I yell after her. Sofie Waves has been my best friend for as long as I can remember. Our fathers are best friends who built a multi million dollar enterprise together. We live one house away from each other because the old folks apparently made a "grow old together" pact in their prime. I'm not complaining though, because for their pact I got the best gift in this whole world. My best friend. Growing up, Sofie and I pretty much lived with each other. We are closer than anyone can ever imagine. We know everything about each other. First crush, first kiss, first heartbreak; literally everything. We've helped each other out in every situation. You could say we're each other's rock, or coral if you wanna say it the Sofie way. "Jeez I'm here." Sofie says as she finally comes out of her house. Oh and one more thing about Sofie Waves, she's drop dead gorgeous. Her eyes are an ocean blue paired with a beautiful set of long eyelashes. Her lips are plump, luscious and perfectly pink. Her natural brunette hair falls beautifully into waves that almost resemble waves of the sea. Her body is perfect. She isn't fat nor is she too skinny. She's slightly chubby making her the cutest person I've ever laid my eyes on, all while having curves that can make a man bark. Needless to say I'm head over heels for this woman. But I need to swallow all of this silly crush down because 1. She's my best friend 2. She's 18 and I'm 16. Sofie is 2 years older than me. So bye bye chances of ever getting to date her. "Finally woman. I thought I was gonna die standing here waiting for you" Sofie scoffed. "Yeah right over dramatic ass, get moving or we're gonna be late" "Oh now you're worried about being late. One of these days I'm gonna leave you here and then you'll be la-" "Shot gun on driver's seat." Sofie said as she rushed to the car. "HEY ITS MY TURN TO DRIVE."
