ALEC
"Alec, What are you doing?" Sofie asked calmly, but I could
tell she was startled. I don't care tho, I'm too angry to care. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" I asked. "What?" "Don't what me right now. Every damn time you treat me like I'm some 5 year old kid who can't do shit for himself." I ranted. "Alec I didn't mean to-" Sofie tried to speak but I interrupted her. "Well you did. So think about what the hell you did. I'm 16
now and even if I'm not a so called adult yet, I can handle my own shit. Hell, some adult you are, using our dads' names to threaten the principal. Real damn mature Sofie." Saying that I released her and walked away. Sofie followed me again trying to talk to me. "Alec please just listen to me." She pleaded. My
eyes were red at this point. "Sofie, I'm not in a mood to talk right now. Give me a few days, I'll be fine." Saying this I rushed out. Sofie didn't follow me this time. Well that's that. Now I'm in a fight with my best friend. Amazing. I checked the time and it was time for lunch. I headed towards the cafeteria to meet up with my friends. I reached our table and slopped down on a chair. "Woah, someone's having a shitty day." Nathan said. Nathan Briar was the only person other than Sofie who got moderately close to being my best friend. I still refuse to call him my best friend. Only Sofie gets that title. "Shitty is an
understatement." I grumbled. "What happened champ? Spill." Nathan said leaning on his fist. "First sit down properly, you'll fall off." This guy always had everything backwards. Right now he was sitting down on a backwards chair with a baseball cap on his head that was also backwards. Talk about twisted. "Make me daddy." He joked. I glared at him until he made the right decision. "Okay okay fine." He fixed his chair and sat down properly this time. "Now tell me what happened." "I got into a fight with Sofie." I answered. "What? Man, you can't seem to catch a break today. First Northel busts your head then you get into a fight with Sof. " Nathan said rocking his chair now. This guy just can't sit still. I grip his chair and say "It's Sofie for you, also the whole reason we
fought was Northel himself and stop rocking your chair." I let go and sigh. "North? Uh oh, so it's true. You did come in between them. That's why she got mad." I gritted my teeth. One of these days I'm gonna smash his face. "We fought because she got North kicked out." Nathan practically fell off his chair. "WHAT? DUDE SHE'S AN ANGEL. HOLY SHIT. WHY WOULD YOU FIGHT OVER THAT?" Nathan yelled loud enough for the whole cafeteria to hear. Now everyone is staring at us. Great. "Because it was unnecessary and wrong. If you seem to be on her side this much, you're welcome to go and eat lunch with her." I bickered. "My bad. How about we go play pool today to cheer you up? Get your mind off of her." Nathan suggested. I didn't have anything better to do so I agreed. "Alright fine." The bell rang and we went back to class. The rest of the day was pretty normal. I was starting to feel a little bad about lashing out on Sof. She still deserved it. I went to my locker to grab my stuff, when I saw a note on my door. The note read: "6 pm; Meet me at the sea shore ~ Sofie" I smiled at the note for a second then remembered I was mad. No smiling Alec. I called Nathan. "Hey Nat, I'm not coming."
