Kai wasn't advanced enough to do any breaking into places, so Kai was told to just do monitoring while also being trained on the side. However, that wasn't just it, because Henry could now extract the essence of things, he was finally able to create tier 4 potions, like the potion he made using Thundercore Crystal. Although he used a tier 5 material to create a tier 4 potion, it wasn't a waste as the potion itself was amazing.

The skill that made all of that possible was a single skill, a single skill that took him from a struggling tier 3 potioner to a tier 4 to 5 potioner. Although he still hasn't been able to make tier 5 potions yet, aside from his first-ever tier 5 potion.

Chapter 27

Potion-synthesis: You can synthesize two plants/materials by melting them together using mana, as long as the materials do not possess two opposing qualities. 50% chance of getting a third grade potion, 10% of getting a 4th grade potion, and 0.01% chance of getting a 5th grade potion. Alchemical-Weapon: You can combine two or more materials to create a weapon which, depending on the materials used, would have different effects as long as you know how the weapon works. Cooldown: 3 hours. Tier: 4 (81.02%) 

State-Of-Matter: You can permanently change the state of matter on the materials you create/synthesize, allowing you to turn solids into liquids and liquids into gas with a 40% chance of failure. Tier: 3 (12%) 

Essence Extraction: Extract the essence of matter, living beings, objects, or natural phenomena, capturing their unique qualities in liquid form. However, there's a 50% chance of failure, which may result in the loss of essence and the source. Tier: 1 (2%) ]

After getting his liquefied lightning essence, again, he teleported back to his first hideout, which looked different, well because he had to lay low. Even though Aldrich Killian was dead, that didn't mean there weren't people looking for him. Although he has to go out again in a couple of days. After placing the lightning essence down, he removed his jacket, revealing his body which was actually jacked up, which made him smile, "nice and jacked up." His physique had changed; there was a noticeable big bulge of muscles on him. And of course, knowing Henry, this wasn't acquired naturally. Why would he work hard when he can just concoct a potion.

The reason why he had so many muscles and he looked bigger, not just in muscles but in height as well, as he now stood 6 feet 5, 2 whole inches taller. Women seemed to have the talent to notice such a difference. The reason why he grew despite hitting puberty years ago was also due to a single unique potion, which was the luckiest he had ever been. Henry can attribute this luck to it being his whole year's luck as the chances of him making said potion were 0.01%, basically non-existent. But despite the odds, he succeeded, and he made the only tier 5 potion, something he shouldn't be able to achieve but he did. He also used his newly enhanced mutated plants, but he had already gotten a seed from them so he was okay with using them. This mystical potion was the following.

It wasn't just his height or muscles that grew, but rather his bones, tendons, blood circulation, and skin durability. He had to put it into 5 different portions, and the thing was, he had only consumed the first potion, meaning that 4 portions remained, yet he attained such results. After admiring his plants, he arrived at the central island where he saw a strange plant, which was actually Ashwagandha, except it was strange, and so was the soil it was growing on.

This was one of the many plants that benefited from his new skill. Thanks to the essence extraction skill, many of the plants have been undergoing some changes, which caused him to smile to himself as he liked the direction he was heading. Of course, most of his plants died, but failure breeds success, so he wasn't afraid of making any. While he was checking up on his plants, a snapping sound could be heard as he turned his head around, where he saw Terry. Terry the turtle had also changed, and he grew, boy did he grow, which was mostly due to the damn turtle eating some of his plants, greatly pissing off Henry, who nearly fried it. The only reason Terry was alive was because he himself started to mutate, growing faster than normal freshwater turtles.

He checked, so that was the main reason Terry survived, although terry believes that Henry was afraid of him but nonetheless, Terry was not amused with Henry. Since he was born, the damn turtle could sense Henry's personality and character and seemed to treat him worse by the day, and Henry made sure to treat Terry the same, the proud owner of the alchemy system was fighting with a turtle. After checking all of his plants, Henry decided to focus more on one of the things on his to-do list. Thanks to the essence extraction skill, Henry could now make a lot of bombs, one of the bombs being a bomb made from actual liquid sunlight. Yes, liquid sunlight, which sounded crazy but to Henry it was doable, and it had a lot of uses.

[ Name: Sunburst Bomb ]

[ Grade: 4th ]

[ Description: A volatile mixture of Liquid Sunlight and powdered magnesium. When detonated, it creates an intense burst of light and heat, blinding and burning everything in a wide radius. ]

[ Effects: +100% light burst intensity, +100% burn damage, +100% range, +100% blinding effect ]

A/N Yes, I know it's an overpowered skill. The potential of it is unlimited. Can you imagine caging lightning and storms, and liquifying spells (spoilers)? The sheer use of it is astounding. Imagine turning actual shadows into liquid. Yes, he can use that and add some of his mutated plants to create a potion that allows him to meld into shadows (which made me realize something—in the next couple of chapters, he breaks into several buildings and I could have used this. Fuck). So yes, he isn't far off from being a D&D potioner or alchemist, and of course, what is my fanfic without D&D elements? Anyways, enjoy.

PS: What do you guys think of a *friends with benefits* type of relationship with Black Widow? Of course, Fury sent her to get some information and some of those longevity potions (which again, since he is a villain, a lot of young girls' essences are going to disappear and who knows, our MC might live up to 1,000 years old). Anyways, it's a scenario where Black Widow tries to get something from him while he knows and just uses her for her body, like a villain would.
