Cyttorak crystal

In the wreckage of of a room, there was a human popsicle frozen to the ground. Sitting on top of the human popsicle, I.C.E was munching on some ice while waiting for his master to come down.

I.C.E looked like a bored child as he swung his legs back and forth and started scratching at the ice to draw some crappy images of what looks to be him and his master fighting off some stick figured enemies.

As I.C.E was in his own little world, he suddenly felt the presence of his master approaching. He quickly layered a new layer of dense ice over his sketches to cover them up then jumped off of the human popsicle and tossed away the ice he was eating.

When Vali appeared, I.C.E immediately kneeled and lowered his head, "my king!"

Vali was still in a crappy mood due to Static so he didn't bother with the greeting and just wanted to get everything here done with. Staring at the huge mass of ice, it was a little hard to see juggernaut in it but he was still somewhat visible.

Nodding his head, Vali complimented I.C.E, "good job, now release him."

"Yes my king!" I.C.E replied then immediately freed juggernaut from the ice.

Before the ice was completely gone, it already started to crack and juggernaut broke free or so he thought. Once his entire body was free of the ice, juggernaut wanted to stand up but for some reason reason he couldn't, there was someone keeping him down.

Staring at juggernauts humongous body, Vali looked around. He couldn't find anything on his back so Vali kicked him over so that he was facing upwards.

As Vali thought, on the chest of juggernaut, there was a red crystal embedded deeply into his flesh. The cyttorak crystal, it was the item giving juggernaut all his power and without it, juggernaut was nothing special.

"Who are you!?" Juggernaut growled as he was pinned down by some unknown force.

Looking at the people who had him in the palm of their hands, juggernaut frowned. He recognized I.C.E but the other two he had never seen before but for some reason when he stared at Static he felt some familiarity.

Static had juggernaut firmly pinned on the ground. Although juggernaut had no magnetic items on, due to Static's increase in power he could literally control water using electromagnetic fields and what were human bodies mostly made up of? 60% or more water.

Kneeling down beside juggernaut, Vali ignored the question and reached out to touch the red crystal. Then, before juggernaut could even prepare, Vali dug his fingers into his flesh and he slowly dug out the crystal carefully.

"Ahhhhhh!" Juggernaut screamed in agonizing pain.

"I'll be taking this... kill him!" Vali said in a cold voice.

Hearing Vali's cold voice, juggernaut raged, "you bastard!"

Unfortunately for him, Static held no hesitation when dealing with enemies so before he even knew it, all the water from his body was forcibly removed and his body started to shrivel up and slowly die.

Looking at the red crystal in his hand, Vali felt a surge of power coming from it but it didn't feel good to him, it almost felt disgusting as if his own powers were rejecting it due to it being inferior or something.

To be honest, Vali was planning to use the cyttorak crystal himself but the rejection he was getting came as a surprise to himself, it seems his shadow monarch powers were superior to the powers of the cyttorak crystal.

Vali didn't really care but he wouldn't just throw the crystal away so he tossed it in his storage for now at least until he could find a use for it. Before he left, Vali quickly extracted juggernaut's shadow who was surprisingly at the rank of elite knight like I.C.E.

The name Vali gave him was quite simple like the rest of his named shadows, he simply went by Nut-head. He was about the same size as hulk v2 but Vali was was unsure who was stronger between the two.

Settling everything with juggernaut, Vali headed back to the room of mutants, they should have come to a decision by now and if not then there was no point in him wasting his own time trying to convince them further.

Walking in, he found that the mutants were split into two sides. It seems like there's been some conflicting views and those on the right side still had an unfriendly look towards Vali while those on the left side just showed some wariness.

Seeing this, Vali smiled, "so have you guys decided?"

"Screw you, you think we're fools? You're going to kill us either way!" Immediately a person on the right side shouted.

Vali looked at the middle aged man who cursed at him and calmly asked, "does this man speak for all of you?"

No one on the right side said anything but a person on the left spoke up, "w... we want to go to the x mansion... please let us go!"

Looking at the woman who spoke up, Vali nodded. He could see which side was which and didn't ask any more questions, he knew what he was going to do now.

Taking out his phone, Vali dialed Charles number. After a couple of rings, Charles picked up, "hello?"

"Charles, it's me Vali... can you take in a couple more mutants?" Vali got straight to the point.

Charles on the other side went silent for a bit then asked, "mutants? Where are you right now?"

Vali simply replied, "Atlanta city, just meet me at Trask industries."

Right after that Vali hung up then looked at the group of mutants and spoke calmly, "those of you heading to the x mansion follow this guy!" Vali pointed to I.C.E.

There was a bit of hesitation but all the people on the left side eventually got up and followed I.C.E out after giving Vali a look of gratitude for giving them this chance.

On the other hand, when Vali was left alone with the remaining mutants, his face turned a shade darker as a cold smirk rose from his face, "I gave most of you an equal chance... I don't really care but I'll ask anyway, why are you guys being stupid?"

There was a hint of fear on the remaining mutants however one of the braver ones spoke out, "we don't believe you and you already killed a lot of our allies!"

Vali chuckled, "so you even count those crazy maniacs as allies?"

"Stop lying! I know you killed Rio, he was my friend and he wasn't crazy!" Another mutant shouted.

Vali tilted his head, "well then, I'm sorry about that but let me ask you this, when you guys were under magneto, how many people have you harmed or killed?"

"You! We only hurt people if it was absolutely necessary!" The same mutant retorted.

"Well I could say the same, after all I didn't kill everyone, did I?" Vali also retorted back using the mutants logic against him.

"I... it's not the same! We have a good reason for do—" the mutant wanted to argue back but before he could even finish, his vision suddenly slanted and he could only see Vali's cold face looking down on him before he blacked out.

Vali suddenly appeared among the group of mutants with a blade in his hand dripping with blood, "I've heard enough, since you guys don't appreciate my kindness then I won't offer it any longer. Why did you guys make me do this?"

With a sigh, Vali cut down every single one of them. After that Vali left the room with 12 new shadows, seven of them knight rank and the rest were at the elite rank.

Thirty minutes later Vali met up with Charles and explained most of the current situation before leaving the remaining mutants with him. Vali still had one last thing to do before he could head home.

.....

"Where are we going?" Asked a man in a trench coat and sunglasses.

"To meet a friend of mine." An Asian woman in a shady attire replied.

The man was skeptical then asked, "Alice, now that we have time, can you tell me what's going on with you?"

"Nothing, my friend is here. Just let me do the talking." Mystique replied, she was still trying to avoid explaining things.

Harper looked to where mystique was looking and saw a man in a black suit with some handsome features but it looked like his hair was starting to recline making him look kind of like a douche in Harpers opinion.

"Who is he?" Harper asked warily.

"Like I said, he's a friend. His name is Sebastian Shaw, leader of the hellfire club. Stay here I'll go greet him." Mystique replied then approached Sebastian.

Harper frowned, he hated being left in the dark about everything but the other half was his lover so he still held a basic trust towards her.

Sitting down on a nearby bench, Harper patiently waited. A few seconds later he suddenly felt a few small taps on his shoulder so he turned around and jumped a bit when he saw Vali's familiar face.

"Holy shit, where the hell did you come from? Were you following me?" Harper asked as he tried to calm down.

Vali smiled and scratched his head, "sorry about the jump scare, I found you because I forgot to tell you something."

Harper was confused but he calmly heard Vali out, "Harper, that woman isn't Alice..."

When Harper heard that, he immediately got defensive and glared at Vali, "not Alice? And how would you know that?"

Vali expected this reaction and was about to explain but when he saw mystique walking over with Sebastian he immediately cut it short and handed Harper a letter.

"This will tell you everything, you can investigate it yourself if you don't believe me." After he said what he wanted to, Vali disappeared.

Harper stared at where Vali disappeared for a bit before he glanced down at the letter in his hand. He tore it open and quickly looked through the contents causing his eyes to widen.

Looking at the approaching mystique, Harper stopped time then once again looked through the contents of the letter carefully. There was an address on the letter that Harper was especially focused on.

"I have a son?"
