"Why are you doing this?" Someone asked, she was somewhat elderly

"Because I need scientists with near-zero morals, no one and I mean absolutely no one has a more active imagination than a crazy scientist. You guys strive to create the impossible and I am someone who has the means to allow you do that without hurting anyone, a win-win situation. You tinker, I provide and Humanity advances" James answered the woman

"We are free to do anything including, I am not saying I will but just asking, Human experiments" Another guy asked

"We have synthetic humans here, they are alive but dead at the same time. Their bodies function well but they don't have any sort of consciousness, you can experiment on them, you want to blow them up sure, no problem. Just make sure I see a result of all the waste" James said

"All we have to do is submit our project ideas first to the A.I"

"Yes"

"I have a family, can I return home to them"

"Nope, the island is massive and comes with apartments for each of you, you can move your families there, your children would go to our schools for free"

"Why are you doing this"

"Cause I want to"

"So we can really do anything…. Like anything"

"Okay!, I see you guys don't have any more good questions to ask, Paris would take you all on the tour, please I beg of you, do what she tells you to, I don't want to see you die, $500 Million isn't pocket change" James said then turned around and left as Paris took over.

A.I.M was an evil organisation, yes but most, not all of their members were just scientists that enjoyed the non-ethical environment the organisation provided so you could say that most of them were just 'innocent' crazy scientists. With James providing an environment which basically allowed them to do as they liked, it wouldn't be long before they all returned to their usual selves and started bringing forth inventions like rain. All that was left was for James and Paris to decide the best place to put said invention to use.

[Please go to the nearest door when you hear your name] Paris said as multiple holograms of her appeared by the many doors in the hall. The hall only had one entrance and exit and it was located by the end of the hall while the other doors led to a small room that only had enough space for a single person.

As they enter this dark room, the person is scanned and a certain series of nanobots are injected into their bloodstream that would allow for easy tracking. The nanobots had no other functions except for allowing for Paris to track them no matter where they were, this was because of the simple reason that both James and Paris can simply disintegrate them should they ever betray them after all they were both nigh-omnipotent with Paris even having a hint of Omniscience

James was cosmically aware about affairs that could affect him in any way and just knew about how things were, Paris on the other hand inhabits the body of an extremely powerful cosmic cube and had the brain of what can only be described as a true God of knowledge so she could be said to have omniscient level knowledge on all things science and due to having access to basically everything with a camera and the various Smith Industries Satellites that were orbiting the planets, you could also say that she was viewing everything like a God so these things weren't even needed but just for the sake of doing it. The nanobots were mostly there for the psychological effects, it was so that the scientists would figure out that they were being monitored and be careful in their actions even though it didn't really matter.

After the implant and scans, the A.I.M scientists were all given several tours around the island or the Science island as it was named. They were shown their personal labs, equipment, the various modes of transport, then the various modes of transport from the science island to the main island where the housing district is located. The main island mainly consisted of a giant group of towers or skyscrapers in the middle of the entire city which looked like some alien structure, surrounding it were several high rise buildings, large hospitals, clinics, grocery stores, schools etc basically everything that should be in a local housing area. The Buildings were nearly as tall as skyscrapers and each floor were apartments where the families of these scientists would be located.

The Islands around here were designed in a weird way that despite being large enough to be considered a whole island on their own, some of them were positioned around the main one and designed in the shape of a comma making the entire set up circular in shape. There were four separate islands surrounding the main island which was about four(4) times as big as Russia with the other islands being as big as New York and all of them connected to the main one through either a series of underwater tunnels or above ground Maglev trains. When the teleporters are complete then they would be placed all around the islands allowing for nigh-instant transportation between the islands.
