With Vigilantes starting to show up in mass, along with the SOL network offering protection, this allowed Charles the chance to improve on technology.

One such thing was Trans-solar system communication.

These were easy to create, but very fragile, since just a slight shock could ruin them.

Installing one on each Battle ship and on the Mars Base, he planned to be able to call for reinforcements whenever possible.

Next, he improved the original Bastion suit by increasing the strength of the nano bots

Next, he created an outer layer that can be transformed into a back pack, this carried heavier armaments and increased the armour strength. By including mini replicators from Star trek, by powering them himself he could have an infinite amount of missiles and small torpedoes. He created two such attachments for each shoulder which would be stored in the Bag.

He also increased the strength of transformers and Made many more. He ended up assigning all terrestrial vehicles to roam and protect the earth, except Clint who would stay with him.

The aerial transformers he had set base on Mars, to act as heavy hitters.

And finally, the strengthening of already existing Starship models along with improving the CHAPPIES.

One day while doing a check on the mars base, Charles received an emergency beacon from Bulwark.

Looking at the message he immediately called for available forces which included 5 Skyhawk Battleships, 3000+ Star fighters and countless Droids, along with a detachment of 35 aircraft transformers.

The reason for this was a small fleet of 11 Convenant Battleships have appeared on the outer rim of the Bulwark System heading for that planet.

Sending a message to George and Gwen explaining the situation, Bastion activates the hyperdrive of his ship.

Getting to Bulwark was quick

Taking Stock of the situation, he spots the 3 Bulwark Battleships holding off the Covenant

The star ships they have sent seem to be getting decimated by the convenant.

Approaching at full speed from behind his fleet begin bombardment of the enemy.

Having his Battleship fly in between each of the enemies he ordered them to keep firing and then to unleash half their fighters on the other side.

This tactic was a favourite of his, to take the enemy by surprise and two hurt two ship in one go.

Unleashing the Transformers

They quickly overwhelmed the Convenant one ship at a time.

Unknown to those fighting, 3 cloaked ships passed by, and followed the trail of Bastions hyperdrive.

 When these ships got to Earth they snuck ships down to earth filled with soldiers.

They were commanded to slowly build an outpost

Elsewhere on earth

Director Fury felt irritated

Somehow Stark obtained information to save him from palladium poisoning.

Now Shield could no longer gain an easy first impression with the arrogant inventor

Along with this irritation homeless and multitudes of civillians or retired soldiers have been disappearing

Observing videos of different fights involving super powered beings Nick massaged his temple

Calling Coulson the order was given to begin recruiting of rehabilitating Captain along with the Hulk, IronMan, Spiderman.

Putting on his Coat Fury left for Gotham hoping to arrange a meeting with Batman

A storm was pelting the streets of Gotham

Trwo figures stood across from eachother in the abandoned and ruined streets

"why do you do this Batman!!! All I seek is to protect the earth!" shouted the man in blue

"it is your Presence that is Harming us! You must fall for a safer world!"

Seeing that talking will not change anything Superman rushes forward grabbing the Batmans throat and slowly began crushing.

The feeble mortal flailed around but with one swift motion Batman grabbed a green dagger and impaled the left chest of superman.

Gfasping in pain the man in blue stumbled back in disbelief.

"for what it is worth Clarke, I am sorry that this was necessary. I will see that lois is taken care of."

Batman stumbled away

The rain fell

All was silent

And there laid the body of the last Kryptonian

A species that no longer existed

Snuffed out in a single night with little fanfare.

Peter Parker was rushing down the streets on his bicycle in hopes to deliver pizza on time.

Currently he needed all the money he could find since his uncle has died leaving he and his aunt alone.

Rounding the corner to the place the pizza was ordered he saw a middle aged suited whiteman.

"here sir, did you order this pizza?"

"Yes I did, now Spiderman could you stay and chat with me for a moment?"

"me spiderman? Look pal, I think you need glasses I am someone completely different."

While saying this Peter slowly backed up

Sighing the man continued " I am Agent Coulson with the SHIELD an organization made to protect the earth. I want to bring you onto a team that will respond to protect from various threats."

Peter hesitated before responding " I am willing to join but I need this job to earn money and hero work has never paid the bills so I am hesitant to take on more."

"that could easily be done, $20000 for being on call for each year and for any threats we bring you in for you will receive $15000."

Peter lost all composure before quickly shaking the mans hand in agreement.

After having recruited the strapped for cash Spiderman Phil made way for the egotistical hero Ironman

Entering Phil was first greeted by Ms Pepper Potts.

"Hello Agent Coulson, What could I do for you today?"

"Ms Potts I would like to talk to Mr Stark Privately, now if possible."

Pepper asked JARVIS for Tonys location and made way for it

The two entered the upper level Workshop and saw Tony building a large and bulky Ironman suit.

"Hello Mr. Stark, I am Agent Coulson we met during the Stane incident. I have come to recruit you into a league of super heroes to protect from super threats."

Coulson then tried to hand the man a foulder in correlations to the team but Stark refused to take it, causing Pepper to sigh and take it herself to begin rifling through the dosier.

"Captain America, Spiderman, Fantastic Four, Ironman, Hawk eye, Black widow, Hulk. This seems like a pretty varied line up of heroes what sort of scenarios would you call them for a full assembly instead of their usual solo missions?" asked Pepper

"it would only be if super powered armies arrive or super strong aliens descend."

Tony spoke fiddling with an arc reactor "Agent take the dosier with you and tell your director I will under no circumstance join this team you are making."

Coulson tried to argue but Stark would just ignore him.

After Pepper escorted the man out she returned to find out the reason.

"why did you refuse Tony? This would seem like your kind of gig?"

"I have not officially joined yet but I will be joining another organisation called the SOL Network, they are already established in space, this organisation is headed by Bastion who has already stopped a few Alien incursions, if you look under the tarp in the corner you will see an alien ship that I have been given for study."

"How are they in space already? Have you been supplying the machines?"

"No, Bastion is extremely gifted in technology, everything he uses is of his own make."

A man could be seen rolling through luscious lawns surrounding an academy

This man was Charles Xavier.

He ran the sole academy in the USA for mutants, he himself was an extremely powerful telepath/telekinetic.

Beside him walked a short and bearded man named logan.

"Logan, When using Cerebro I have noticed many minds leaving and entering the earth, I have pinpointed a few locations with this high movement rate, I would like you to go to them and figure out what is happening."

"Sure Chuck, will I have anyone to join me or is this solo."

"I believe it would be best if you do this solo, try to keep death to the minimum please."

The Covenant was able to sneak 1 ship of 300 warriors onto earth

As of this moment they focused on intelligent and preparing for reinforcements

Having done research and hacking they united with two organisations the Light and Hydra.

With these bolstered numbers moles were sent into key locations starting in the US and Russia preparing for the signal.

Sending a coded message back home they were notified a large fleet was being prepped at this very moment.

A blonde woman named DR Halsey ran for her life alongside her compatriot Dr Octavius and his wife Rosie.

The three were fleeing from Oscorp and Hydra

Having found out their experiments on Cyborgs and amassing an army to aid aliens in conquering the Earth, the three were disgusted and chose to run for their lives.

Heading up towards Canada they were soon set upon by the attack dog of Hydra "the Winter Soldier" the supersoldier shot a rocket that over turned the car.

Crawling out of the wreckage Rosie was bawling in fear

The Supersoldier then approached slowly and begun to raise his gun to fire.

BANG

A shot rang out

But this was not caused by the soldier, naye he was shot by someaone else.

Stumbling back the supersoldier turned to the direction and saw a group of 30 gunmen rushing forward.

Getting shot again the soldier chose to flee and complete the task another day.

Seeing the threat run off the gunmen approach the car.

"Dr Halsey and Octavius? We are from SOL and have been sent to protect you." stated the group leader.

"SOL? Who are they and why should we come with you?" asked Otto

"Well Dr simply put you have no protection which we can give, also SOL is a spacefaring organisation dedicated to defending the Earth from Extraterrestrial threats. We already have a colony planet, and our organisation could always use minds like yours."

The three began to whisper before agreeing seeing as this was currently their only option to stay alive that was not going back to Oscorp.
