Chapter 4

"Ahhh fuck, I'm tired, it's 5 in the morning," Hikari thought as he put his hand over his mouth and then looked at his watch.

Hikari was currently walking in the direction of the Raimon College training grounds.

"Ah ah ah ah ah."

Arriving at the training grounds, Hikari found Mark running across the field.

"Hey Mark, you're already training even though we have a match today," Hikari said, approaching Mark with a small smile.

"Oh Hikari, yes, if you want to take part in the Football Frontier, you have to be ready to the max," said Mark with a big smile.

"It's true, it will be incredible to play against the best team in Japan," Hikari says, taking the ball from Mark's hand.

tac tac tac

Hikari juggled the ball while looking at Mark.

"Come on Mark, put on your glove, we'll practice together," Hikari said, holding the ball to his head.

"Hahaha Ok, let's do it," Mark said with a big smile before putting on his glove and standing in front of the goal.

"Well, do you want me to use my super technique or just hit it normally?" asked Hikari with a tired little smile.

"Huh?" echoed Mark with a confused look.

"What?" asked Hikari, tilting her head to the side.

"You have a great technique? why didn't you say so before? it's great hahaha," Mark said happily.

"Well, I didn't really have time, after all, we only played one match before we all trained for the match against the Occult," Hikari explained with a small smile.

"Hahaha, that's true," Mark said, scratching the back of his head.

"Here we go, show me your super technique," Mark continued, clapping his hands together.

"Well, get ready Mark," Hikari said with the ball on his head.

Hikari looked at Mark for a few seconds before he let the ball fall from his head, he let the ball bounce on the ground, touching the ground, the ball shook the ground like a drop of water falling into water.

"Impact Shot," Hikari said before hitting the ball with extraordinary speed.

Mark watched as the ball came towards him at an incredible speed.

"Heavenly Hand," Mark shouted as he raised his arm to reveal a golden hand, then reached out to stop the ball.

As the ball hit Mark's hand, he felt an incredible force that sent him backwards into his goal, but fortunately Mark was able to stop the ball before it entered the goal.

"Wow, incredible!" said Mark with stars in his eyes as he ran towards Hikari.

"That was an incredible shot, you made me go all the way back into my goal," Mark continued with a big smile.

"Yes, but you could have stopped it easier if you'd known it was my super technique," Hikari said with a small smile.

Hikari walked over to the bank and picked up his bag.

"What are you doing?" asked Mark as he approached Hikari who was getting ready to leave the field.

"Hein, we have class, you forgot," Hikari said, looking at Mark confused.

"Oh, that's right, hahaha," Mark laughed before running off to get his bag and walk next to Hikari.

The two walked side by side to Raimon College.

Arriving at their destination, the two split up and went in different directions.

"Ahhhh why am I not in the same class as Mark, it's boring in this class, I should have asked to be in the same class," Hikari thought.

While Hikari was thinking, he didn't see the girl sitting next to him trying to talk to him.

"You shouldn't be training, your team could ruin Raimon's reputation," the girl said arrogantly.

Hearing no answer from Hikari, the girl decided to throw an eraser at him, which landed right on his head.

"Oh," Hikari said, then looked in the direction of the eraser and saw Nelly with her hand outstretched in his direction.

"Did you do that?" asked Hikari with the eraser still on his head.

"No, it wasn't me," Nelly replied, trying to lie.

"Ok," Hikari said before turning back to the window.

"Huh," Nelly said, looking at Hikari with a confused face.

Hikari looked at her for a few seconds before speaking.

"What is it?" asked Hikari.

"Why aren't you training with the others?" asked Nelly.

"It's not very polite to answer a question with a question, but I'll answer your question.... I just don't want to miss any classes," Hikari replied with a wry smile when she saw Nelly getting angry.

Nelly stopped asking questions and turned to the teacher angrily.

"Well, I kind of expected that reaction, but to be that angry, she must be really spoiled," Hikari thought, concentrating on the lesson.

1 hour later

"Ahhhhhh finally done," Hikari said aloud as he stood up, grabbed his bag and headed for the team locker room.

Arriving at the locker room, Hikari saw that everyone was stressed except Axel and Mark.

"Well guys, it's time to prove that we're strong enough to take part in the Football Frontier," Mark said, raising his fist.

"Yeah!" shouted everyone in the locker room except Axel and me.

After this moment of joy, everyone went to the field to wait for the Occult College.

"Wow, I'm tired," Hikari said as she lay down on the ground.

"Hahaha, we're still counting on you, Hikari," Mark said with a big smile as he watched Hikari lying down.

"Do you know anything about this team?" asked Hikari, looking at Silvia while the rest of the team nodded.

"Well, apart from the fact that they have cursed techniques, we don't know much about them. Oh yes, we know about one of their techniques that can apparently paralyze the players of the opposing team," Silvia explained.

"Hikari said and closed her eyes.

After Hikari spoke, a mist began to form around the field, revealing the Occult team.

Seeing the Occult Team arrive, many of Raimon's players shivered.

"I have to pee," Jack said as he started to leave.

"No, you don't!" shouted Raimon's team, holding him back.

Meanwhile, Hikari went over to Axel.

"Hey Axel," Hikari said, looking at the Occult team.

"Yes, Hikari," Axel replied, looking in the same direction as Hikari.

"Some of the players won't trust you, and I don't think Kevin will even give you the pass, so don't try to ask for the ball in the first half, but watch the players and the coach if you understand what he's hiding. Give me a sign and I'll give you the pass," Hikari explained before going to his position on the field, the 10-man position.

"Axel replied as he watched Hikari leave.

The two teams then took their places on the field to start the match.

BEEP

The referee blew the whistle to start the match that would decide whether or not Raimon would take part in Frontier Football.
